About this villa rental
A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the foot of beautiful mountains and lush Green orange groves and just 10 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva,Piles,Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main AP7 motorway makes the villa perfect for those that want to go exploring.
The detached villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large detached villa is split into 2 levels, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. During your stay we give you full privacy at the pool and in the garden. I am on hand if there is anything you need or advice on places to eat ect.
The villa has 1 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +WC, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access,FREE WIFI, Large private terrace with outside table for eating and enjoying the views. The fantastic garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. In hot dry months BBQ with wood or carbon is not allowed, we supply a gas BBQ for these times. There is also a Paella ring and gas burner. Large 8 x 10 private pool with a large terrace and very private. There is also a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool is gated so small children can not gain access to it alone. Pool is closed after dark.

We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to València, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week.

Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didn’t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and I’m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.

Well equipped and clean villa. Pool area was great for lazy days dipping in and out and relaxing. Lovely views all around. Lovely gardens and BBQ area. If you're like me, a tastie snack for mozzies, take lots of spray 😁

Heather was a nice host with very nice house which was very well equipped and clean. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Lovely area and very nice beach in Olivia. Definitely could recommend as it was good value for money.

Super stay. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is amazing, as is the large private pool and outdoor cooking area. Be sure to remember your insect repellent! It’s a great base for exploring the area. Our children loved the close proximity to the sports facilities and playing in the pool. Excellent VFM…..

We have a lovely holiday here. The villa has everything you need with plenty of space inside and out. The pool is great we used it every day. The walk into town is about 10 minutes Heather and Tony are on hand if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely property and great for children
Great property, excellent value for money and really good for children. Beautiful swimming pool, gardens and great to have shutters in all rooms.
The garden is beautful, all enclosed.
Gas and coal bbqs available. Could have done with some more pillows in the bedrooms otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. The local town is authentically Spanish. Would advise checking restaurant opening times before you head down on an evening.

Plenty of space inside and a lovely garden. Right next to sports facilities and recreation area. Fairly short walk into town with shops and restaurants. Heather was really helpful and accommodating. We would stay again.

Perfect for a quiet Spanish break
Villa Flora is a large homely apartment with beautiful gardens & a lovely clean private pool. We had a very enjoyable stay using the amenities in the village, which were more than adequate, just a short 5 min walk to the centre. It's a typical Spanish community so be prepared to mix in with the locals. Very friendly & helpful people in the shops & restaurants. Heather & Tony were very welcoming & helpful, on hand but not intrusive. Their local knowledge is very useful. A great base to explore nearby & further afield.
There are a few steps up to the villa & the pool area. The villa has a locked entrance gate. The sports field across the road is used regularly by the local community. The location was generally very peaceful & tranquil. We'd happily stay here again & recommend it.

Myself, two young sons and my mum have just stayed at Villa Flora. It was more than what we expected.
The villa was spotless and cosy. Loved the little touches like a huge selection of dvds for us to watch in the evening...... it was a home from home.
The pool was bigger than we expected, the surrounding gardens were perfect with a well equipped bbq area and the village was peaceful and picturesque.
My sons loved watching the football from our balcony and all the little parks dotted around.
Heather and tony were so accommodating. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!!

A lovely villa and a great base
A lovely villa in a nice location. Great private pool in a real sun spot at any time of the day. La Font gives a great taste of Spanish life and there are lots of great places to visit. Heather and Tony totally respected our privacy but were there if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend

A great place to relax
A neat and tidy villa with a great pool. Owners very helpful. Easy travelling to surrounding areas with great beaches (especially Oliva), and historic sites. Easy walk down to the village with useful shops. Beautiful evenings on the veranda as the sun sets. Takeaway paella cooked to order from Pana Bar - delicious!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Flora. Heather and Tony were very welcoming and even came to rescue me in the village when my sat nav gave up.
The villa and pool were exactly as advertised and I spent many hours in the gorgeous pool cooling off in the heatwave. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break in a quiet Spanish setting with lots of lovely places to explore nearby.

Lovely homely villa
We are a family of 6 and we are just home from 2 lovely weeks at villa flora. The pool is fantastic, the little town is very friendly and quaint and the beaches nearby are just beautiful. We loved our holiday and the owners were very accommodating.. lovely relaxing holiday. There are great facilities next to villa for the kids they have a football pitch, basketball court and playground just perfect for families

Heather and Tony were very accommodating from day 1 of the booking. The villa is very clean and spacious and great for a couple or family. Its located in a lovely Spanish village and you really get a feel of the Spanish culture. Thank you for having us :)

Enjoyed the villa, it was well equipped. Lovely garden, swimming pool is great and well kempt.
Heather & Tony were very welcoming and meeting Doria (their beautiful dog) was great. Nice small Spanish town with lovely mountains in the distance. Caught the local bus a few times, we especially liked our trip to Gandia, magnificent beach and facilities, went on for miles. Overall even though we were very unlucky with the weather we enjoyed our holiday at La Font 😊�.

A beautiful relaxing paradise that is very well maintained by your hosts who treat you like family.
Close to local shops and bars but far enough away not to be disturbed.
Easy access to rail services and beaches.
I would highly recommend whilst staying there a trip to Oceanagraphic in valencia catching the train from xeraco to valancia through the beautiful rice fields.
This is our 5th year at the Villa and it still never stops wowing me. I could not think of staying anywhere else in spain.
Heather & Tony treat you like family and advise places to go and see they are just the perfect hosts there if needed but not seen if not needed.
Thank you again for a wonderful experiance.

I will be going back
The property was lovely, it was clean, spacious and well kept by its lovely and helpful owners, who also reside on the property (who you hardly ever see) It has all the mod cons including wifi. The pool is gorgeous. The property is situated right in the village, so you do get to hear a lot of village life. I would recomment this to anyone and we will be back. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and didn't want to go home.

Our best choice villa for staying with children
On Saturday morning we realized, that we didn't want to leave that beauty. It was our first visit there, but one week was definitely not enough to get the most of the surroundings, lovely weather and scenic views.
Heather and Tony do a great job of keeping the villa clean, cozy and tidy. The pool is perfectly clean and is pleasure to swim. The garden is merely a beauty, our children liked it so much. And the location is just perfect - close to football pitch and park with children playground (we walked and played there before going to bed). The bar is very close to the villa - we ordered take-away home made paella there.
Heather and Tony many thanks for your hospitality, help and advice! We really enjoyed our stay! Now we know where to spend vacations next year 😀�
