Perfect election to visit NYC.

Very clean and convenient

We had a great time in this apartment. Manhattan is easily accessible through bus #125, and the bus stop is just across the street. There is a supermarket within walking distance (just 6 -8 minutes away). The A/C was especially appreciated given the high temperatures in early July. The apartment is a bit tight for five people: the dining area is too small for five people (only three functional chairs) but the bedrooms are OK.

Very comfortable overnight stay. Nice and clean, all the basic amenities we needed.

Was a tight fit for our family of 6. But it was clean and we could take the bus easily to NYC in about 20 minutes depending on the time of day. Kitchen area is very small but worked for us as we were just doing breakfast there. Great stay!

Nice neighborhood, clean apartment, friendly residents/guests. It was great to be on the first floor with a close parking space. 9-10 minute Lyft ride to the Expo center

Everything about this location was great. It was surrounded by everything that was needed. Also, having a parking spot came in handy. I enjoyed the coziness of the apartment. The host was easy to get in contact with when I needed her. I would stay there again. In fact, I will always stay here if it is available when I am visiting the city.

The apartment was small but perfect for a couple nights. We lost hot water the first night but it was fixed the next morning. Very clean inside the apartment but the outside was not the cleanest(a lot of cigarette butts right next to the doorway) Overall it was a great stay.

Fit our needs perfectly. Arrived Tuesday, went into NYC Wednesday, and left Thursday. Parking space near the front door, which was very convenient. Claudia was helpful with suggestions and answered our questions immediately. We would stay there again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our trip. The apartment was so cute, very clean and well stocked. Check in was a breeze, Claudia was so communicative and sent great directions to locate and access the apartment. Only 2 tiny things: the inside of the apartment was so hot when we got there we had to air it out before it got comfortable. Also, there is just one small mirror in the bathroom. Girl groups- pack extra getting ready mirrors! Otherwise we absolutely loved the apartment and would totally stay here again. There are bus stops that take you to NYC just right outside of the apartment so commuting to the city is very easy! We had a great time and Claudia is a fantastic host!!

There were only 2 toilet papers of really bad quality for 6 people and 3 nights. They could have done better with that. Also, you still are expected to take the trash out and clean when you are paying a cleaning fee? Oh and there is only 1 tiny mirror in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and Claudia was very responsive. Very close to NYC. You can ask to book parking ahead.

Claudia's property was well-maintained and communication with her was a breeze. The parking spot at the apartment building was well worth it as we were able to hop on a bus two blocks from the rental and, for $3.50pp, were able to get to Port Authority in Manhattan within 20 minutes.
The only challenges came from the age and state of the building itself. A lot of cold air came in at the windows and the heat was difficult to control which left us really warm one night.
But overall, we really liked staying here and it was an affordable and accessible way to enjoy NYC.

I so appreciated the clear instructions around check-in, all the assistance with directing us to neighborhood attractions. This place was a gem, quiet, and very centrally located. Pick up and drop off for Uber was very easy. We loved that there was a large grocery store minutes away even walking. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

If you're seeking an affordable place with convenient access to the city, this is the ideal rental. My friends and I spent most of our days in the city and returned to the apartment in the evenings. The bus stop right across from the apartment provides direct transportation to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Just be sure to check the bus schedule before heading out. Additionally, the Jersey City and Hoboken areas are easily accessible by car/bus. Parking is available, but it's advisable to reserve in advance.

This apartment is less than a block away from the 125 bus that runs into Manhattan regularly. It was very easy to travel into the city in the morning and back at night. The home was very clean and comfortable for our group of 5.

We had a fantastic stay in Claudia's apartment, everything was as described and everything you needed was there. There are shopping opportunities around the apartment and buses go right outside, take either 125 or 51. so all in all it was perfect for us.

Overall a wonderful stay. We encountered some pest issues (no fault of the owner and not a reflection of cleanliness) early in the stay and the owner was responsive immediately and had us in a new unit within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is older but very convenient to the city/airports/etc. the building was quiet, clean and had plenty of space for myself, my mom and my two kids. It was nice to have a “home base” after hectic days in the city.

Great property. Exactly as listed. Small but has everything you need. Good, safe location with access to everywhere

The property was clean and well equipped, apart from the only mirror was in the bathroom - with 3 teenagers this was not helpful! Also there was no worktop space in the kitchen, even a shelf on the opposite wall would have made all the difference! One other thing - the air conditioning was very noisy! They looked like very old units. Clearly they knew this as ear plugs were supplied 😂 The location was nice with a local supermarket in walking distance, I felt safe, the bus journey to NY however was SLOW there was always loads of traffic! But as long as you’re prepared for that it’s fine. We had a good stay. Thank you!

Nice property, grocery nearby. Bus stop across the street and we never waited more than a couple minutes.

Title pretty much sums it up. It wasn't the best place I've stayed at but it wasn't bad. It was clean. Price was right. Amenities like toiletries or condiments could have been a little better. Area seemed safe enough.

Our host Claudia provided support from the time of booking to departure that made check in/out a breeze.
The apartment is lovely and bright, with comfortable beds and everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Claudia has provided useful information on metro locations and bus stops to get you to tourist attractions, plus her personal recommendations for restaurants in the area are such a great touch…like having a local friend give you the inside scoop on how to get around and where to go.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, but there are also numerous options for food in the cute walkable neighborhood.
The location is a 5-10 min walk to a large grocery store, convenience store, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza shop, Etc.
The reserved parking spot is conveniently located and large enough to accommodate a full size suburban.
We came down for a concert at MetLife Stadium…and the apartment is an easy 15 minute drive to the stadium. We did not do any other sightseeing in the city, but the apartment is conveniently located/walking distance to transportation to popular attractions.
Highly recommend booking this apartment with Claudia.

I stayed here with my family to visit NYC. The apartment was very clean and the owner was organized and communicated well. The bus stop was close to the apartment but it was a little confusing for us as we don’t come from a big city. Some information available in the apartment on how to use the transit system would have been helpful. The bed was too hard for me, but my husband didn’t mind it, so I guess it comes down to preference. Parking was very close to the apartment and our car seemed safe the whole time. It was a good place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a blast touring NYC and NJ from this wonderful gem of a landing spot!! Not much from the outside, but the apartment was perfectly equipped and wonderfully maintained.
Excellent communication with owner, and super easy check in check out. Would def recommend!

The apartment was nice and clean. Getting there was a little challenging but we made it there. Ubering to and from the city was easy. Over all our stay was very nice.

Super easy to get to MetLife Stadium and Times Square. Public transportation across the street in a safe feeling area. Perfect for a girls weekend getaway. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror (or extra mirror) somewhere in apartment. Everything else we needed was included. Great tips and communication with owner too!

What a great little place away from the city! The bus from NYC dropped us off right in front of the apartment! The bus takes you to the port authority in NYC, very convenient. The apartment was nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable also and a very nice location. Plenty of room for us, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.
