The house was very accessible to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and most importantly the beach. It was not a bad walk and the shuttle was fantastic. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to the beach or to get home once called. The drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The house was very large and it was the first year all family members had their own bed. It was quite conducive to having rooms for children. Our grandsons had the lower level room with the bunks and our granddaughters had the 4th floor room. There were lots of beach chairs and two refrigerators which was very much needed. The only negative was that the ice machine was broken in the refrigerator so we constantly had to buy bags of ice to keep all our drinks cold. The manager was very responsive to our calls as we did have some issues with the AC and all the TVs. He took all calls and responded immediately.

The only complaint I have is the distance to the beach from the house was not accurate. It stated 700 yds away and it was 1/2 mile.

Lots of room and multiple balconies.

This house was mostly in great condition, other than a Few minor repairs. The rooms are all very spacious, the kitchen is adequate and plenty of form meals. The living room space in the open area was also comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were all clean and there were plenty of useful items in the kitchen for cooking. The pool was rather small, but good for young kids. The pool table in the garage with a big kit with the teens. The neighborhood is attractive, and the beach was within walking or bike riding distance.

We had a great time. Loved the house. The large size of bedrooms were a plus and the bathrooms were excellent. Golf cart to beach was very appreciated. Loved Hilton head beaches

House is beautiful and well stocked with supplies. TVs in every room and by pool. Pool is small, but just perfect for those who want to sit and relax. Lots of seating indoors and out. Great location. Would definitely recommend for large group or family. Elevator available if have elders or people with mobility issues.

Our extended family (mostly in our 50's to 80's plus my kids in their 30's, and my 5-year-old granddaughter) gathered for our annual week at the beach. The house is large and well-equipped, and the owner was very responsive for a couple of minor issues. The only real issue was the next door neighbor. On our first night, we were sitting out on the deck (just talking, no loud music) and the neighbor came out and yelled obscenities at us. We immediately went inside and did not use the outside decks at all in the evening after that. And her pit bull lunged at my son's dog not once but twice. Great house, great owner, but we wouldn't stay there again because we didn't feel comfortable with the neighbor (who evidently lives there - the owner, not a renter).

Great house for a tennis weekend.

The house layout is very good. It was great to have so many bedrooms with attached baths. We used the elevator which came in handy with the 4 floors. The kitchen is very well appointed and has about anything we needed. Very nice balconies in a very nice neighborhood. Quiet and a nice walk to the beach. Beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay on Crabline!
The house was perfect, the large open kitchen family room dining room was amazing plenty of counter space for our family pasta making day and none stop cooking . The seating options were perfect for eating and setting up a drink area and buffet. All the rooms were spacious with some kind of amenity, whether it be a private balcony, or a Jacuzzi tub or a walk-in closet. Everyone had their own private personal space and plenty of space in the common areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking tools for a family of foodies. We were very impressed.
Walk to the beach was great as well. Very scenic and made for some great family photos on the bridge.
The location was close to everything, and the gated community made us feel extra safe.
Highly recommend for big family vacations, or any vacation for large groups.

We paid a cleaning fee but our rental was not clean. The dishes bathrooms clean Baseboards blinds fans over the doors and floors. The rug on the main floor is a death trap. Plastic does not lay flat. Beautiful home needs some TLC

Lots of room for 12 people, Great house!

Property was great for our family reunion, 20 of us.
Two suggestions:
1. Buy a broom and dustpan
2. Be up front that it's not beach friendly. At least a 20 minute walk dragging beach equipment and 3 little kids and one baby
3. Wow that luggage elevator would have saved the day. Carrying the luggage up 4 flights of stairs was near impossible. I'm 85 and need a cain for support. my kids are in their 60's. Get the elevator running!
4. Also we bought a baby bed and left it for future renters that have young children.

Pros:
*The size was great. The kitchen and living area accommodated us all.
*Bedrooms were fine in size and number of beds to fit us all.
*Could fit 5 large vehicles in parking
Cons:
*It was not clean. You couldnt walk across floors without getting very dirty feet. Had to wear socks or slippers all the time. I mean very dirty feet.
*Couldnt trust bathrooms/kitchen were really clean
*When we took off sheets/pillowcases, the pillows were old, stained.
*Property manager not responsive in emails Responsive if I called or texted
*Bathroom off kitchen clogged
*Upstairs bathroom with queen bed, the shower clogged
*Rooms in front of house get very hot
*Loud AC unit on 3rd floor -
Needs to be updated.

The property was as advertised. Very roomy, clean, convenient, and well kept.
We were an older group and would’ve enjoyed having the use of the elevator.
It is there, but we found out later that there is an up charge for using the elevator, which to me is a bit over the top for a high priced unit. There was mention of the elevator in the listing, but no mention of an up charge. Would’ve been nice to know. (if there was mention of the up charge for the elevator, I missed it.$
Other than that, a great stay

Great location very nice neighborhood. With great timely communication with the property manager we were able to come up with a plan for parking. Awesome House!

Great stay. More kitchen seating than envisioned from pictures when booked. Very accommodating for a big group. Very small detail - would recommend BYO-trash bags, only a couple provided (went through quickly given number of people).
3.0
On the positive side, the house was large, with lots of room in the dining area to seat a large group (we had 18 around 2 tables) and the bedrooms were great. Walking distance to the beach and, even closer, to the park.
On the negative side, some of the furniture in the living room was tired and should be cleaned, if not replaced. We had an issue with the ice maker - it actually had a hole in the bottom and the ice was dumping out into the freezer rather than coming through the door; to the credit of the manager, she brought us over a couple of bags of ice when we mentioned the problem. More annoying was the alarm system - although it was off, it would beep periodically - often in the middle of the night - which was a problem for the bedrooms that had an alarm station on the wall. Manager was not able to fix that issue, although she tried.

The home was as expected with lots of beds and bathrooms, perfect for our extended family with children and grandchildren. We were in town for a family wedding and the home gave us plenty of room to rest, socialize and get ready for all the weekend events. The kitchen/great room and balcony areas were enjoyed by all. The property manager did deliver a full length mirror which was helpful. We went out and bought an ironing board (which we left as we couldn’t find one there) and iron to use as the iron in the home didn’t appear to be trustworthy on our wedding clothes. The manager did turn on the pool heat as requested but otherwise was unresponsive or slow to respond to text messages throughout the entire process.

House was spacious and very clean though sparsely decorated. Worked well as landing spot while in area for family wedding

Beautiful house! Had more than enough room and beds to comfortably fit a large group of friends. Huge kitchen/living room never felt like we were on top of each other. Short walk away from the beach easy access
5.0
This property was amazing! We had a group of 19 stay there and it was enough for every person (except for the 4 couples) to have their own bed! The walk to the beach was confusing at first, but we figured it out after the first day. They had plenty of beach chairs in the garage, and overall, we had the best weekend there!
2.0
Plenty of towels and pillows, clean comfortable beds, dead bugs in every room, dead bugs in bathtub, dirty floors and steps, fowl odor in refrigerator (had to clean), mold/mildew in 3rd floor elevator area, return vents filthy, window seals filthy, remote control missing in 2 bedrooms, condensation leaking in basement bedroom, stove latch broken, window blinds damaged in 3rd floor bedroom, 3rd floor bedroom and hallway not cool, needs major renovations

Perfect Family Reunion Home
This home is beautiful, well laid out and quite spacious. Kitchen was stocked well with cookware, serve ware and utensils. Great location too - a quick walk to the beach and convenient to shopping. It’s perfect for large families. We’re already planning our next reunion and would definitely book here again!

Worley Family Vacation 2022
Loved the house! It was big. Spacious. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. Loved all the private balconies. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Tons of seating. The beach wasn’t really a pain IMO. Wished the girls had had a dresser in their room that was big enough. My grand daughter put some of her clothes on the closet floor. But not a big deal.
Pack plenty of bug spray as we where swarmed by mosquitoes at the pool. Not sure the owner could prevent that!
Parking tip, my purse was stolen out of my vehicle, it isn’t their fault but others need to know gated doesn’t mean what is implied. Moral of that is lock all doors to your vehicles.
Over all our entire family from 65 to. 2 months old enjoyed this vacation!! This home differently contributed to our fantastic vacation this summer June 2022!! I would differently stay there again!!!!

Pictures online of the inside did not depict the same decor in the pictures.
No window blinds on main level. Sun in the mornings was brutal. Not decorated. Sofa was not the one pictured online. It was stained. Because of the house under construction next door there were mosquitos at our pool because of standing water in the pool next door. Kitchen cabinets were in bad need of repair. They were dirty. The old pool table was just in the way. Bedrooms had hardly any furniture. Many were without dressers. Overall we were very disappointed for the amount we paid.

Perfect for multi families -adults and kids. Great location for park. Golf cart ride to the beach.

Great House for a Golf Trip
The house is huge and perfect for a large group. We rented it for our annual golf trip and it had a bed for the entire group. Make sure you carpool as the HOA doesn’t allow cars on the street and only a certain amount in the driveway.
Overall the house was great and the check in and check out process was easy and convenient.

Perfect location-Large home
Really enjoyed the stay. Location is great-5 min bike ride in neighborhood. Lots of room in the house. Comfortable beds, too.

Great place to stay. Owner is great. Property manager is awful.
We were greeted at 8:00 pm when we were checking in by the property manager. We had too many cars and could not fit them in the driveway. We agreed to move them as soon as we unloaded the cars. He kept watching over us and reminding us over and over move the cars. We asked where can we move them he didn't have an answer. Although the neighbors were remolding and dumpsters were sitting out over the curb didn't matter. Workers during the day could park on the road but not us. The dyer didn't work but when we tried to report it , vrbo site was down. I did tell the Property manager and said can't getting anyone out until after we left.
The house itself is great . Lots of rooms and beds. Plenty of room in the living room. The Owner is very responsive on VRBO thats why i cant get mad at him when the site was down. Just be prepared for the property manager to be waiting on you every night about parking. It says 6 cars will fit . Keyword "cars" !!! Trucks , suvs, and vans you have to get creative to fit 5 vehicles.

Wonderful
Loved having bathrooms for every bedroom. Loved the heated pool. Ocean was within 10 minute walk.

The floors were dirty, the light switches were dirty. Every room needed to be painted. There were light bulbs out. The shower was slippery and family almost fell. Many updates need to happen especially with the price per night. We were disappointed.

Wedding party
This was a beautiful home with plenty of space and beds to house all of our wedding party for our destination wedding in Bluffton.
The only, slightly negative, thing I could say is that beach access was not as easy as I believed it to be when I booked. That being said, once we figured it out, it was not too bad.

Parents 50th/Family Vacation
Perfect house for a big family of all ages. More then enough room that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Had everything we needed.
Walk to the beach was not bad, but there is a free shuttle service that comes right to you as soon as you call.
Small pool but perfect for the baby’s. Plenty of seating outside including a tv and gas grill.
Older home with dings but felt very comfortable there. Neighborhood is very nice and gated at night. Property manger is quick to respond with any questions we had.
Thank you for sharing your home, we had a great time.
