Very typical Santorini stay up on a hill with our very own terrace - Just lovely

Lovely place in a great location - attention to detail was amazing. We loved sitting on the terrace of a night time looking at the scenery. Beds super comfortable (with plenty of pillows provided) and extremely helpful host. We would definitely book this place again.

Minor point would be that there's lots of stairs upon entry, but this is part of the experience. Sun lounges would have been great.

The appartment is nice but the mood and communication and actions of owner/manager is not acceptable

The appartment is in a wonderful location and the view and panorama are very beautiful. Beautiful authentic building.

This apparrtments is managed by Stefanos as a Manager. I have very bad experience with him. One day before traveling I asked him if we can bring one more person in appartment. When we was speaking on phone He tend to approve this option but then He sent a written answer with rejection. Then I called him again and He approved my request again in words but sent a rejecting written answer again. After this game I booked another separate appartment for my extra person. When we arrived the lady who received us did not let my family into appartment until all family member arrived. My family members were sitting on terace for more than one hour untill everyone arrived. After that She asked damage/security deposit to pay (500 EUR) - however this was not mentioned in the booking at all. Lady took my perosnal credit card and took a photo about both sieds (inclusing CVC code). I told her this is completely illegal and ask her to delet picture from her phone..... Finaly I called Booking.com customer service and they give us an answer owner can not ask safety deposit at all according to reservation policy. This was a nightmare and Stefanos and the Lady was very agressive.

Het was geweldig.

De locatie is ideaal, op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand is er een bushalte waarmee je met de bus naar Fira kunt reizen. Er is ook een supermarkt op een 10min loopafstand Het appartement is schoon en mooi, het personeel ( Anisa ) is erg vriendelijk, en de eigenaar of de baas ( Froso ) is bereikbaar via WhatsApp en staat klaar om je met alles te helpen.

De airconditioning in de woonkamer en slaapkamer kan niet gelijktijdig aanstaan, omdat dit de stroom doet uitvallen. Je moet kiezen tussen de woonkamer en de slaapkamer. Wat betreft warm water, je moet het 20 minuten van tevoren aanzetten en dan kun je ongeveer 5 minuten douchen voordat het water weer koud wordt.

A Hidden Gem in Vothanos. Central location on the island.

The location was excellent. Central location in Vothanos. It was nice they had a dedicated parking spot as the river road has minimal parking.

The beds were a bit hard. A memory foam topper would fix this small issue. It wound not detour us to stay again. The host was excellent and our housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you

Amazing customer service from Froso and Rania, but very deceiving pictures. not as advertised

We loved froso and ranias customer service. They were amazing and this place would have been terrible without them.

The actual place is not what you get. The pictures are very deceiving. We paid for 14 people to sleep. We could only fit comfortably 10 max. One of the rooms was completely useless, it had 3 foot ceilings and a toy bed.

A great way to get a San Torini cave experience with the grandchildren.

The host, Froso, was excellent. Very helpful and personal. Froso cleaned the apartment each day. Plenty of clean towels. We shared photos of landmarks in San Torini. The location was central. Easy drive to the black sand beach, Fira and Oia. Thank you for the chocolates!

There are numerous stairs. Best to park next to Alme Villas and walk down. There was some confusion with our arrival time. keep in mind you need to heat the water 20-30 minutes before showering.

Be prepared for going up an downstairs. The beds are a bit uncomfortable.

our stay at four seasons mansion was extraordinary

We really had a wonderful experience while staying at the Four Seasons Mansion, and we will most certainly be returning there. We would like to express our gratitude to firosa who was there for us; she really made everything perfect for us by guiding us around the island and introducing us to wonderful locations. The apartment was excellent, and it provided us with all of the amenities we required. We already miss Santorini

Superb

Location is great. It is in a quite neighborhood away from noise. And you have to have a car or motorcycle to get around. The host Mrs Froso and Ms Rania are great. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay. The house was very clean and nice

Very welcoming and would love to visit again!

The location was good and peaceful! The room was gorgeous and clean. Absolutely loved our hostess Raina, she made our trip everything and more; Very friendly, informative and very helpful. She was on hand anytime we needed her. Would 100% recommend :)

The Jacuzzi doesn't heat up so wasn't able to use

Superb

This is a traditional Greek house with lots of charm. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The location was a little remote from the tourist spots. It was near a bus stop so you are able to hop on the city bus to Fira for 1,60 Euro. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance along with a little convenience store. Each morning the church bells would ring which we loved to hear. The deck with hot tub was a great place to catch the sunrise each morning. Just wo advise the hot tube doesn't get hot. We noticed most pools in Greece were kept cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and even enjoyed drinks with our neighbors staying in another house below.

Exceptional

Our group of friends rented two appartments with two big terraces with jacuzzi and we felt like staying in private villa, very quiet, beautiful, clean, very nice interiors (even more beautiful than in pictures). Especially great was the owner (?), lady who gave us many advices, was super nice, arranged us early checkin just after we landed and even helped with printing boarding cards. Thank you! As for location - it’s away from all the fuss, you gonna need car to go to the restaurant or city, but we liked being further - to feel real greek village charm, away from tourists:).

Well if you gonna rent one of those appartments, the second one will be just above you (i’m not sure if they rent them separetaly at the same time) and you won’t have much privacy.

Location, amenities, cleanliness, hospitality, above and beyond. We were a group of 4, and spent there 4 nights. Rania is a host you can only dream off ❤, gave us greate recommendations. Thank you for everything, and hopefully see you again 🤗

The property was nice and we were able to get a taste of Santorini

Rania, the hostess was super sweet and met us late at night as we landed past midnight. She was very quick and responsive to my questions and tried to accommodate as much as she could. She also left some candy for the kids, which was super sweet, an added bonus.

There are a some steps going in to the property. If too many luggage and if unable to walk due to disability, this property is not the right choice. (Although Rania was willing to help carry the bags). Wi-Fi is not so strong (due to old lines throughout the island). No washer/dryer

Central location

Rania was helpful and available whenever needed. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. A/C was nice and cold for our summer stay. Centrally located and only 7 minutes from the airport. A rental car is needed and there is good parking available. Will need to be able to climb stairs to reach the apartment but that should be expected almost anywhere in Santorini.

I loved the location! It is located in a small peaceful village. It is a traditional house very nicely decorated. The hostess was extremely helpful and nice. Very spacious room, very clean, you can feel at home.

There was nothing that didn't meet my expectations.

Great host and facilities

Clean facility and we had enough space. The terrace with the Jacuzzi was fantastic. The location of the house is really central and close to Fira. So even the most distant points on Santorini can be reached within 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic). Furthermore Rania (our hostess) was very hospitable and nice. It was great to have her and easy to communicate when something was needed. Thank you very much!

We spent 10 wonderful days

The wonderful view from the terrasse und the iacuzzi. Rania was very helpful und let feel us as at home. She raccomended us very nice restaurants.
