Super helpfull and friendly staff 😉 Rooms very clean and very good standard of rooms. Bus stop to any location just next to the hotel. It's the perfect place to explore the island. Highly recomended!
Nothing😉

The hotel is in the middle of the town, you have restaurants around it, a supermarket and souvenir shops within walking distance. The room very clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony with a view of the town. They cleaned it every day. The hotel staff very attentive and friendly. The person who welcomed us explained everything about the island step by step. She was learning Spanish and she explained everything to us in our language. A super nice girl.
The hotel does not have a private parking lot. Next to the hotel there are 2 public parking lots (free).

Clean, cozy, the staff was so nice to arrange our checkin to the room after midnight, when no one is supposed to be there at this time, left us all the instructions. The hotel is very close to the airport and easy to drive to explore the archeological site of the island.

The owner is very attentive, she gives us a lot of help and support.
The hotel is perfectly clean, and has plenty of seating areas. Wifi ok. Bathroom very well renovated. Near to main roads and main shops. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible.
There is no pool and no sea. It's more of a city hotel. It's pretty expensive.

Absolutely everything.
There is no aspect to mention like I didn't like, didn't agree or something to suggest to the hosts

Julia saves this hotel! She was very helpful especially when I was enjoying an evening drink outside our room and a vehicle suddenly parked up beside me! apparently it was a parking space. We were able to move rooms to an upstairs level which was better. Julia also made sure we were comfortable with some local delicacies, water and cutlery when we were eating on the patio. My advice would be to always request an upper level room. Room 24 may be the best.
Better descriptions of the rooms and 'balconies' would give potential guests a real idea of what they were buying. I should imagine that guests staying in the upper rooms would have a better assessment.
Our toilet was open plan. Not great when you are sharing with a friend!

Lovely rooms very clean, Guila was so helpful organising transfers from airport and to the port. Near to a few restaurants.

The customer service
The location
The breakfast
The lady on the desk was fabulous!
There was nothing I didn’t like, though the balcony was very small (space for one chair only).

Giulia was the best host! We wish we had of stayed here for our entire trip but we opted for an expensive high end hotel, don't waste your money stay here instead it's perfect, right on the bus lines to go anywhere on the island cheaply, including to/from the airport, convenience store across the road open from 7am - 2am !

I thought the space and host were very nice and accommodating, however, I was misinformed and thought that the hotel was in a different location. It was not the view or location I was hoping for but the stay that I had there for a night was pleasant!
The view and location wasn’t what I expected.

The communication with Giulia was great. My card transaction was invalid yet she kept the booking and was helpful and patient. She arranged transfer from the airport ( our plane was delayed almost two hours)and was super kind the following morning allowing us to stay much longer in the room after check out.The owner also kindly accommodated our request for a room downstairs to avoid climbing stairs with a lot of luggage. The hotel is very close to the airport and port so perfect for an overnight stop. Plenty of shops around the location too, with a mini market opposite and a lovely cafe 50 yards if you turn right out of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable too.
I expected a kettle in the room as in the photos and had chosen it with that in mind as I knew we would arrive very late and wanted to make a hot drink after our long journey and to drink some coffee in the morning. There was no bottle of water either and yet I had a free upgrade to a superior room. I didn't want to ask for one after midnight as the hotel is closed from 10pm and the driver had shown us to our room. Possibly they had forgotten to put these and I suppose if there was someone around to ask for them, they would have brought them. The owner is very kind, polite and friendly and I have nothing negative to say other than that. Thank you

Very comfortable large room, stylish, spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and with great facilities. Staff are fantastic - so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed one night at the start of our island-hopping holiday and then one night at the end when we were greeted virtually as regulars. Very good value, highly recommend.
There was nothing we didn’t like. If you want to be in the centre of all the action (and pay considerably more for the same quality hotel), stay in Fira. If you want to avoid the crowds and crush of Fira stay at Hotel Eucalyptus in Mesaria. You can easily get to Fira, the ferry port and the airport by (very cheap) local bus (or taxi). Restaurant choices are limited but we enjoyed a very good- and very good value - dinner at Sergena (2 mins from the hotel), where the staff were equally delightful.

Julia was perfect! She helped us with organizing everything we need! A big thank you! We had a very pleasant stay!

This hotel was beautiful, quiet and had the greatest hosts. We arrived at midnight and Giulia was there to greet us. She mentioned places we could grab a quick bite before going to sleep and said that if we had any questions we could talk to her in the morning. Throughout the stay she gave us suggestions on where to go, where to eat (the bakery across the road is amazing!) and organised a motorbike for us and transfer to the port. The room was spacious and modern. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport and centrally located in Santorini. I would suggest hiring a motorbike or quad (10min ride to Fira), but if that’s not an option the bus stop is 50m down the road.
The bathroom in our room was quite small, but it’s functional and modern and does the job. That’s the only negative I have.

the staff at this accommodation were brilliant, the accommodated is soo well showed us what and where to go,they made sure we were comfortable and anything we needed we just had to ask and it was guaranteed!
nothing!

The room was clean and stuffs were very friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights, it is close to airport (need 5-6 minutes by bus) and fira. Like to recommend this for other persons definitely.

Spacious, bright, clean, modern room newly decorated with Cycladic island character. Warm and welcoming owners and hotel staff, very helpful and generous during our stay. Ioulia was so sweet and helpful sharing numerous tips for having the chance to experience Santorini like a local which we enjoyed very much! Delicious, rich, freshly prepared breakfast upon request. The hotel has access to nearby convenient parking and is conveniently located for accessing all areas of Santorini. Bonus we had the chance to meet and interact with the lovely founder of the hotel for some added local tips we loved. We enjoyed our stay very much, highly recommend it and would like to return in the near future❤️.

Everything was amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful! The manager made an easy and early check in. She helps you to rent vehicles and scooters. She gives you tips on what to see in Santorini. The hotel is steps away from the bus stop(super helpful). There is a supermarket across the street, tavern, parking lot. The hotel has a beautiful terrace, modern furniture, very clean room. You can also order breakfast. Highly recommend!
Everything was super!

I can’t talk highly enough about this hotel. The staff (especially Ms. Julia) are extremely helpful and kind. The room was big and cozy, with great AC. There’s also a balcony. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stops that take you directly to Kamari or to Fira where you can catch all the other busses. Supermarkets within the same block and restaurants nearby as well.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Absolutely nothing negative to say
