Mediocre vaya, no hay la milla extra ni atención. Le falta mantenimiento.

Las amenidades, las piscinas, la localización, no está cerca de la playa pero te queda cerca Walmart, Starbucks, Dominós y restaurantes..

El servicio no es bueno, solo una vez contesto el encargado de abrir el departamento y de cobrar, no el dueño, el encargado nunca más contestó ni preguntó si hacía falta algo, Falta mantenimiento al departamento, no había papel de baño extra,, no hay agua caliente, aunque prende el calentador nunca sale el agua caliente, las tasas de los baños rotas, un sillón en una recámara súper sucio que ni loco te acostarías en el, no hay microondas y cero detalles o el punto extra de atención, ósea básico pero a comparación de los otros que me he quedado en el sitio, este deja mucho que desear la verdad, no creo que regresaría. Si el dueño ve este mensaje pues le recomiendo ponerle más cariño al lugar o cobrar más barato.

La renta es atra vez de terceros y cuando llegue apenas lo estaban limpiando y nunca me entregaron dichosos brazaletes para la alberca. En prácticamente todo el tiempo ruidos arriba moviendo muebles arrastrando golpeando posiblemente un perro verdaderamente no pudimos dormir puesto que nos toco en planta baja

ES ACCESIBLE ECONÓMICAMENTE, PERO NO ME FUE BIEN

La ubicación es excelente, realmente la casa está bien y cumple con lo necesario para estar.

El anfitrión se contacto conmigo para decirme el número de apartamento ubicado en Bacalar, cuando llegue me recibió alguien más que me dijo que no y me paso a una casa la cual no tenia la vista que muestran aquí, ubicada en Navios, estaba hasta atrás, en la casa hubo algunas fallas las cuales se arreglaron, y al retirarme quedamos en el horario de las 12hrs, llegaron 12:50 retrasandome en la ultima actividad que tenia prevista, solicite dejar las llaves dentro a lo que me pidieron esperar, al recibir la casa llegaron 2 chicos diferentes a las personas con las que tuve comunicación antes y parecía que me había robado algo, llegaron revisando todo y no me pude retirar hasta que terminaron estuvieron fotografiando toallas de baño y no se que tanto, realmente esas acciones no me gustaron.

Great pool and apartment

Very nice modern accommodation in Cancun Huuuuge pool and swimming facilities (you can swim/kayak/SUP in the artificial lagoon). There are also separate swimming pools around the periphery of the lagoon for swimming Apartment was roomy and had all modern comforts (A/C, TV's etc). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware for proper meal preparation. Good parking on site Location was away from the busy/party areas of Cancun (what we were after)

Tried to charge for using credit card to pay which was not part of the original information

The big pool

We booked a 3 bedroom property and the space was only two. They did give us an extra room but on another level so we werent altogether as a family. They decided to charge us extra, for THEIR mistake at 9.30pm that night!! Lift broke down, lots more to say, can't be bothered, will officially be complaining to booking.com

photos look promising but the actual apartment is very disappointing

- the apartment was not clean - the digital lock had an easy and obvious password anyone can guess - the Pool is not available from 20h onwards - one of the WC would not flush - there was no drinkable water

Perfect family stay

Perfect for families - multiple playgrounds and the pool was enormous! The kids couldn’t get enough of all the outdoor spaces. Inside was immaculate and had everything we needed - from bottled water to body wash in the showers. Gated complex with parking and easy access to grocery stores.

Just know that it’s not walking distance to hotel zone but it’s an easy drive to picture postcard beaches.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment and not 3 bedroom as advertised

One of the bedrooms was locked and inaccessible with the owner's belongings inside, so this apartment is in fact a 2 bedroom apartment and not 3 bedrooms as advertised. This was very disruptive for us, as when we arrived at the apartment it was too late to find alternative lodging, and we had to manage with only 2 bedrooms when we needed 3. It is a nice apartment in a very nice location though - if you need a 2 bedroom apartment.

Gigantic new development in the outskirts of Cancun

It was all brand new (one of the many, many towers in what will be a very crowded development one day!). The apartment was on a 3rd floor and the elevator was not installed yet. Everything worked and was very clean (despite a smell of sewerage common in Cancun during heavy rain or flooding). The apartment buildings have a huge swimming pool. While the development is far from downtown Cancun and even farther from the beach (25 minutes), it is only 1 km or so from a Walmart (Poligono Sur) and Starbucks! If you have a car, this should work just fine.

It was unclear who was renting the apartment. There is no desk. I am glad I speak the language and was able to get the apartment on time despite the late departure of the previous visitors.
