Number 5/27 Purnell Street has 3 large bedrooms, including master with ensuite, and a large updated family bathroom with bath. The open plan living area is the hub of the house and combines a modern kitchen, lounge, and dining area that all open out onto the deck and back garden. In the secure/fully fenced yard you can sit around the outdoor fire pit under the stars while the kids toast marshmallows. With both air-conditioning and wood fire, this house provides all year round comfort. As an added bonus, this property also comes with WIFI and Netflix. Take a short stroll and you will find yourself in the main shopping precinct amongst bustling cafes and restaurants, so you can leave the car at home. There are plenty of activities located within 5 minutes of the property including a bowling green, tennis courts, the beach, and the iconic Anglesea paddleboats and canoe hire. Everything is within reach in this holiday home.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email & sms providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this email at approximately 9am. In order for this email to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
