Renovated unit in great position.
The Space:
In this centrally located property you are definitely going to be able to leave the car at home what ever you do. Go for a short stroll along Murray Street to the beach and surf club, or a nice easy walk down McMillan Street to the river, shops and cafes. Surrounded by high fences means that this property has nice, secure back yard, perfect to keep the kids or pets safe. There is an undercover area with outdoor setting, gas barbeque and firepit Complete with two separate outdoor areas, including a sun filled, private courtyard, there's room for everyone. Inside there is a renovated kitchen, that is light and bright, and comes well appointed with stainless steel appliances and a coffee machine. The kitchen/living/dining area is open plan and has sliding doors that let an abundance is light into the property. There are three bedrooms in the property that are all tastefully decorated and comfortable. The family bathroom is modern and spacious with a gorgeous timber vanity top. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Your comfort will be well taken care of as the property has both air conditioning and electric heating. There's plenty of off street parking and there is also a double garage so you can bring the boat, the bikes, the surfboards.....everything. This property is one of the rare properties in Anglesea that have Wi-Fi available, so the kids will be extra happy. This is the place where memories are made.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Lovely stay at property in quiet street that was easy walking distance to beach and shops. House contained all the usual conveniences and was well set up for family pet.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful property and location- would highly recommend. Only small complaint was couldn’t fit two cars in garage, as there were items in there taking up the space, so had to park at front of property and we got a parking ticket (surprisingly on a Saturday afternoon) as we didn’t realise you weren’t allowed to park at front of property.

A very central position with plenty of room. Comfortable bed. Could do with a thorough clean. Lots of mozzies and flies hanging around the doggy door.

Very lovely unit in perfect location within walking distance to everything. House had everything you’d need and more.

Quiet and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well set up for us and the dog. Lovely little garden and outdoor area.
Would be helpful to note that the entrance to the property is not on McKinnon Street. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Anglesea.

Dog friendly family fun
We had a great stay. The enclosed, grass yard was great for dog and the doggy door was a bonus. Great location with easy walking access to most things. Clean, comfy and hopefully we will be back.

Great location and house. Poor communication after checking in.
The location and house were great. We had 5 people stay, of which it was a perfect size. It was one block up from the main road with the General store and surf shop right there, and walking distance to the beach. In terms of location, it was perfect. However, a window in one of the bedrooms was missing a blind and was very bright in the morning. The fridge was also working very poorly, forcing us to move everything into the freezer and when trying to contact someone to help us, no one ever got back to us. Communication was great leading up to the stay, but when we got to the house and actually needed assistance, we received 0 communication.

Exceeded My Expectations: Clean, Cute and Comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and were very pleasantly surprised. The property was even better than the photos. It was very clean, super cute and in a great location. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery and even a few essential basic cooking ingredients. Maralyn left us a welcome note, and wifi and netflix were two extra bonuses that we were not expecting. The bathroom was the only room in the house has not been recently renovated, but it served it purpose and was fine. The property has 3 bedrooms with a queen, a double and a single bed. I would definitely recommend this holiday house and would stay here again.
