Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement, mit einer sehr großen Dachterrasse, super sind die zwei Badezimmer.Wir konnten schon am Vormittag einchecken(Türcode).Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hervorragend! In Regensburg mein absoluter Favorit.

Einfach alles. Diesen Standard findet man sehr selten in DE. Ich durfte den Aufenthalt zum zweiten Mal genießen. Einwandfrei.

Nichts zu beanstanden. Perfekter Aufenthalt.

Austattung, Raumaufteilung, Beleuchtungskonzept top! Balkon und Terrasse mit Außensauna auch im Winter ein Genuss

Das einzige kleine Manko sind die dicken, schaumstoffgefüllten Kissen. Alternativen wären wünschenswert

Schönes Apartment in Altstadtnähe

- moderne, wertige Ausstattung - Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenutensilien vorhanden - ein Schneidebrett wäre noch schön gewesen

- Ölspritzer an der Küchenwand lassen auf intensive Nutzung schließen - Die Schlüsselkarte wird am Abreisetag um Punkt 11 Uhr Hotel(!)Zeit deaktiviert. Wenn die eigene Uhr anders tickt und die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist (Di - Do), wird es umständlich - auch deshalb, weil gerade im Bereich der Rezeption der Handyempfang schlecht ist.

Hervorragendes Apartment an der Donau mit Garage

Außergewöhnlich vielfältig gestaltetes Apartment mit 2 Bädern. Whirlpool, eigener Sauna und etlichen Annehmlichkeiten! Praktisch die Garage im Haus, gegen Gebühr. Sehr geräumig, große Sitzbank, bequemes Bett, Verdunkelung möglich, Espresso Maschine, Toaster..... sehr modern und neu, an der Donau gelegen, Spaziergang in die Stadt, sehr sauber und gepflegt, rasche Antwort auf Anfragen

Das Licht im Bad zum Schminken nicht ausreichend, Schminkspiegel wäre fein. Nur eine Kleinigkeit, da sonst alles perfekt!

Apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi a balkónem se nachází v přízemí moderního apartmánového domu.

Prostorný a čistý apartmán s veškerým vybavením a velice dobrým odhlučněním. Klidná čtvrť, příjemnou procházkou kolem řeky jsme byli za deset minut v centru. Zaparkovat se nám podařilo vedle domu, takže jsme ani nevyužili možnost parkování za příplatek v garáži. V den příjezdu nám bylo zasláno číslo a kód pro bezpečnostní schránku, kde jsme našli karty pro přístup do apartmánu. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání.

After a full day of exploring our Marina Apartment was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Quiet neighbourhood metres from the Danube and easy walking distance to the Stone Bridge. The suite was ultra modern with clean lines and top of the line appliances. The balcony was quiet and relaxing.

Perfect spot for a Regensburg stay.

Perfect spot for 2 couples. Quiet spot, 15 min walk into town. Definitely recommend this place.

There was central heating that couldn’t be turned down and in the evenings it got quite hot.

Great spacious flat for a family vacation

The unit was a great size, the terrace fantastic, and the location was nice and quiet. We had bikes so appreciated the bike corral in the parking area and the easy access to the center of town. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful.

The air con didn’t work. They said they would fix it the second day of our stay but never did so it made for a hot few nights of sleep.

Well appointed modern unit.

Lovely well appointed apartment with full kitchen (including oven), tea and coffee making facilities, washer and dryer. Nice walk along the river to town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pillows were super soft, the sliding door was initially a bit tricky to work out and we found it hard to work out how to adjust the heating. Check in process was slightly confusing with different information coming from booking.com and the hotel (but the lady at reception was super helpful in clarifying).

Best choice, don‘t hesitate.

Everything, we will be back for sure and I already recommended the apartment to friends and colleagues from Regensburg for when they have others visiting. Very convenient, all you need is in the apartment. It is spot on clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area, 20 min walk to city center, 10 to shopping center. Truly one of our best stays in Regensburg. And many thanks to the staff for their support, most helpful!

We liked everything. Code is sent via SMS, it provides access to building and parking area, then in the apartment. Code is „room number“, then „enter“( bottom right), then 6 digits sequence. To enter the room only the 6 digit code is needed. Everything is explained and easy to follow unless you‘re tired and impatient as I was.

Very good

The location was great , the bathroom is nice and big . Lots of room in the kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare a nice dinner.

The only thing I did not like was the couch in the living area that went into a bed , it was very hard and not comfortable at all . The main bed in the bedroom was very comfortable though.

Beautiful apartment near Altstadt

The apartment was very nice and very modern. It is in a very nice location and easy walking distance to the amenities of the town. The apartment had lots of kitchen conveniences (dishwasher, induction stove). There was a pot that boiled hot water quickly as well as a coffee maker (with pods). We bring our own coffee fixings so we didn’t need these extras but many travelers may. The bathroom was large and had a washer and dryer (which we didn’t use during our short stay). The shower has a number of settings and ready access to warm water. The lighting is very nice and centrally controlled. One is able to access many channels (many German and some English). There were ample storage space (closets and drawers). There was also a very pleasant patio area.

The apartment was on the ground floor and did not have air conditioning. Though it had a fan it was not very effective on a hot summer day or night. We had the window open but unfortunately a young child may have been ill and was often crying. The apartment can’t help such a situation (and neither can the poor parents) but it may be useful information for someone. During most of the year it wouldn’t be a problem. The garbage was organized per German standards (but there was no BioTonne container downstairs). We did notice one outside the door as we left but we were unaware of it when we brought the garbage down at the end of our stay. We also had problems with hooking up to the WLAN. One needed to input one’s email an get the password but this didn’t work for us (on either of our plans). Since the reception on our phones was difficult in our ground floor apartment, we had difficulty reaching the phone number for “urgent matters.” We did finally reach it and were able to obtain the password but it took some time and was frustrating (as this is usually a very simple matter). One small matter: there was no soap cartouche in the shower.

A good place to stay if better staffed.

good location and well appointed.

Sensors that raise gates when exiting garage did not work properly. we had to exit through the entry gate to get out. The onsite staff person was not helpful in resolving the issue. The onsite staff person was rarely present during the posted hours. Hit water was off on the last evening/morning of our stay, so we had to take very cold showers.

Amazing, new apartments in great location! Highly recommended!

That was my best choice in Regensburg so far! We loved it: the totally new facilities, the location, the apartment! The design was fresh, modern, you could find everything there for even a longer stay, but it was perfect for our short stay too! We got a free upgrade as well, which made the experience even more wonderful with a bigger balcony and with the built-in sauna! I just really really recommend the place! We will get back there definitely!
