Splendido

La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, veramente cordialissimo. Grazie ancora! La posizione, comoda e vicina a tutto, dentro le mura e vicina a un parcheggio gratuito. La colazione abbondante e la disponibilità di acqua e piccoli snack a disposizione degli ospiti. Inoltre la stanza assolutamente bella e spaziosa.

Nulla da dire, davvero un bel posto.

Haus mit Flair

De Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt und man kann von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir bekamen Tips, was wir uns in Arezzo anschauen sollten. Auch mit dem Parken waren sie uns sehr behilflich, da das Parken sich in der Altstadt etwas schwierig gestaltet. In der Nähe befindet sich ein öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz.

Conforto sem luxo.

O café da manhã típico Italiano é farto e bem servido. É o ponto alto desse hotel. A localização no centro histórico é excelente porque se pode visitar os locais turísticos à pé. O silêncio é perfeito. É um casarão de 1300 e portanto conserva as paredes e ambientes. É um bom hotel para quem não tem exigências de luxo.

Não posso dizer que não gostei porque eu sabia como é se hospedar numa casa de época.

Perfect stay in an ancient building in the heart of the mediaeval town.

The warmth of the host; the cool entrance lobby when coming in off the street; the high ceilings; the lady who prepared breakfast every day; the big, comfortable bed.

I cannot think of anything that would improve my experience.

A very special place to stay!

The breakfast service is spectacular! The room, beautiful and immaculate quiet for sleeping. The staff are kind a helpful. The amenities were perfect.

We were given a very warm welcome by Mr Arnaldo

In my view the hotel description is derailing. Our room was very spartanely furnished (see photos) with late 60's furniture. The flooring was laminated parquet. The bathroom without bidet. I was expecting a lot more charm & character

Great location, Great staff - great place to stay in the center of the historic district.

Breakfast was great - we had great choices served in a common room or in our room. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Yuri helped carry our luggage up (one flight - no elevator) and allowed us to store luggage on check out day while we toured the charming city. Ambiance was wonderful. This is a charming place with even more charming staff.

We loved everything - no negatives. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Sweet bed and breakfast in the heart of Arezzo

Daniela is amazing. Really lovely host who took great care of us and gave us amazing tips and stayed really attentive throughout the trip. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms and beautiful. Great location too.

The booking.com advert says this property has free parking. We arrived on the busiest day of the year and so couldn’t get free parking, if this is important to you double check before booking. That being said Daniela was very accommodating and helpful in that regard.

Beautiful accommodation in the centre of Arezzo

The most beautiful house and rooms in the centre of Arezzo. The owner and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The rooms are huge and you can use the kitchen facilities where water, juice and milk is at your disposal.

Be prepared to share the apartment with other travellers who you might meet in the kitchen when you make your coffee. This is not a negative thing at all but there might be some people who perhaps are less open to this idea.

Central location, friendly communication, though interior felt very cheap.

Generally clean and Staff was very welcoming in their communication.

Although clean and neat, the interior felt very chap. like an low cost Ikea design. After showering, water got stuck in the shower sink and the toilet didn't have enough force to flush things probably. Breakfast was placed in front of our door the evening before - it contained packaged chep sweet cookies, some fruits. There was also yoghurt and bottled water provided in a fridge in the common room and a capsule coffee maker. I found it disappointing.
