This 935 sqm property has 3 buildings and garage for 2 cars. There is a very nice swimming pool with a beautiful water fontain. In the Napa Hut there is room for 15 person to enjoy a meal right from the grill area, 5 meters away. In the pool house, there is a cr and a shower for incoming guests, and there are 5 coconut trees and other different nice plants. In the main house, there are 3 big bedrooms , and 2 bedrooms in the maids house.. Both of the bedroom in the maids house have an A/C . This property is situated in a quiet area of Lapu lapu City.You have the local market within walking distance (15 minutes), and if you want to go to the Gaisano Mall ,you can take a tricycle trip of 5-10 minutes. Top attractions in the area: Mactan Island Dive Spots (6.4 Km) Mactan Shrine (6.5 Km) Olango Wildlife Sanctuary (7.3 Km) SM City Cebu (9.1 Km)There will be a caretaker on the property that has the responsibility for the gate ,the pool and the electric fence,and the caretaker will also assist with help getting a tricyckle or taxi. We can also provide a person taking care of the daily cleaning,dishwashing and more for an additional fee depending of the number of guests The cleaning fee is ment for the total cleaning after the guests have left after rental periode is over. Its a quiet place with a Finnish and a Japanese neighbor and lots of fresh airRight outside the compound you can catch a ride with a tricycle if you want to go to Gaisano Mall or just to the local market. There are 2 beach resorts in an area of 20-25 minutes walk, where you can enjoy good food and nice beaches with crystal clear water. We also arrange island hopping and other various water activities like jetski,parasailing etc. 7 minutes with a tricyckle can take you to Plantation Bay Spa and Resort with lots of activities for all the family. A 35 minutes walk you also have Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa .Area recommended for: beaches family fun sports Distance to airport: Mactan-Cebu International Airport (6.1 Km) Customer comments: "Numerous activities" , "Perfect for couples and families" , "Private location" , "Variety of pools" Top attractions in the area: Mactan Island Dive Spots (6.4 Km) Mactan Shrine (6.5 Km) Olango Wildlife Sanctuary (7.3 Km) SM City Cebu (9.1 Km)Guests are asked to not step on the fontain by the pool and only to use swim suit in the pool. Because this is a residental house with neighbors close by, guests need to take that into considderation, and keep the noise at a normal level.Check out at 10 am --Check inn at 2pm
Water in fossits is not suitable for drinking . Drinking water is supplied seperately.
Visitors are asked to leave the property before 11 pm if nothing else is agreed upon with the owner /caretaker
