They have a lot of activities to do inside the property, from cycling inside the resort to paddle boarding or kayaking love it.
The building where we stayed has no lift and a challenge to go up and down from the 3rd floor. And there’s a lot of mosquitoes. Make sure to bring some mosquito repellent

breakfast was excellent, nice private beach. free push bikes where handy to go outside your hotel for massage or to the 7/11.We did a island hop through the hotel which was enjoyable.
The hotel has nice holiday vibes.
It was a bit of drive to get food outside your hotel.
Could not get access to the warf or jetty in the hotel and staff where a bit over the top making you wear life jackets on the paddle boards in waist deep water.

I highly recommend this hotel not because of the beautiful view clean room delicious food but because of the heart warming staffs that made our stay wonderful. Hotel is nice with world class staffs.
I’ll love to go again!
At most of toilets in Philippines the water pressure is weak so it might cause inconvenience but totally understandable because it happens even at the largest malls in Philippines.

this property and all their staff exceed our expectation, they all went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy each minute of our stay, food served by chef was amazing , head up for the linguine vongole cooked perfectly al dente, very healthy breakfast selection. All waiter and waitress were so friendly and happy to be with the guest. Hotel Manager was an exquisite person (he help us a lot with PCR test location and thanks to him we went by tricycle on a near by hospital) rooms and all facility were so nicely clean and easy to reach , we really loved the 4 days spent there. They allowed a day stay to our family at the beach and pool for a very honest price which included lunch for the kids....WOW WOW WOW

Very cozy and enjoyable pools and gardens
Private beach available
Restaurant provides outstanding food
Although external facilities were wonderful, the rooms were indeed somehow outdated, especially the bathroom
A bit far from Cebu City

It's a beautiful place that makes you want to hang out there for a long time, beds are comfy, room is clean and spacious and the staff are very nice and helfpul. Overall a very pleasant stay.
This is going to be quite picky, but for the price I think these things should work better:
- quite challenging to arrange things / communicate via Booking.com, messages get left unanswered or they are sent but never reach you- maybe it works better if you contact them directly
- wifi doesn't work in the rooms, only in the main areas downstairs
- the brakfast buffet runs out of things pretty fast (including plates, I had to ask 3 people before I was able to get one)
4.2
Large and comfortable room.
Lots of great staff, Helpful and accommodating.
Clean grounds.
Very nice breakfast.
Isolated location.
Have to taxi in and out.
Lots of kids.
Large student event, were were not informed about.
Hotel is nice for families, not ideal for couples.
Not good value for money.
4.2
Breakfast was great.
Beach is beautiful.
Room was huge and beautiful
Staff are excellent and nothing is a problem for them. They go the extra mile
4.2
not much....unimpressive.
I was supposed to have a balcony but didn't.
Only one small wardrobe not big enough for all my clothes. only 5 hangers.
No drawer unit
nowhere to put case in room.
toilet not very clean with either rust or urine stains by hinges....either way it could have been cleaned.
ant washed clothes had to be hung outside in the passage way
hardly ever got hot water....the list goes on!!!!!!
shower tiles need re-grouting with mold and mold also on bath sealant
no entertainment
no change in menu - no specials, same every day
4.2
the room I had smelt like it hasn’t been cleaned, smelt like an old cabinet that hasn’t been used for years
4.2
Staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The food was extremely overpriced and poor quality compared to the rest of our holiday in the Philippines. The buffet breakfast however was really good.
I was also disappointed with Mactan itself. I believe every resort along the resort stretch will have the same issue being on mactan.
You are WAY better off taking the ferry to Bohol and spending time over there, there is far more to do and better suited for tourism.
4.2
room, pool, overall experience. althought it would be better if they have more water activities.
food is pricey.
4.2
updated but kept the old ancestral vibe (old closet, sliding windows). the resort is almost going back to its glory some 20 years ago.
I didn't like that the happy hour is limited to Luna bar only when the same cocktails are also served in the restaurant and the pool bar. Make it accessible.

Classic
Their food
4.2
Free breakfast is a buffet, hospitable staff, comfortable rooms and it has easy access to the beach.
4.2
Pools & beach front were good
Tired property that could do with a freshen up. Only one elevator working. The working elevator had cracked tiles & chipped facade. Looked shabby. The restaurant food offering is too extensive. Meals expensive. Breakfast buffet was OK.
4.2
Staff was so welcoming. The room I got had views of the ocean. Many areas to sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors area around pool and private beach. The restaurant's menu has a wide selection. They have a little shop with snacks, souvenirs and things like sunscreen etc.
4.2
The beach and the pools are clean and beautiful.
Staff is very friendly.
Good for a night to stay close to the airport.
Food and especially drinks were highly overpriced.
A beer was 3 times more expensive then in any other hotel on our trip through the Philippines.
It did not feel right!
The room was ok but had no charme.

Nothing

this hotel is a joke! Save your money and time and go anywhere else!
4.2
Absolutely Nothing
After traveling to 57 countries I can say by far Philippines comes at the very bottom of my travels and this hotel is one reason for it.
The hotel policy for a start, there is nothing in it for the guest, you can't do anything!
You can't bring food from outside, their menu is limited, no one can assist in anything.
I booked it for 2 nights and left early in the morning second day after the loud voices of maintenance on the beach.
Food was just out of taste.
Smoking is only in smoking shaks ..
Whatever I will remember it will be negative.
4.2
Food in the restaurant was excellent, staff are so helpful
Nothing, everything was nice
4.2
I love the friendliness of the staff, the vibe of the resort and that it’s next to the beach.
The bathroom sink and bathtub seems a little old. but it’s not a major issue.
4.2
Beautiful resort, amazing staff, great cocktails! Do the hotel day trips they were fab but not many people went on the tours!
The resort is near to the city and the airport therefore not down in the beautiful rural bits with the white beaches etc, I would stay here for a few nights and then go down to the islands, we did the hotel day trips and they were all fab!
4.2
The authenticity of the reception and restaurant area. The kid's room activities and hostesses.
The lack of wifi in the rooms. The lack of diversity in the breakfast and the expensive menu options for lunch and diner. The beach size and cloudy water. The dangerous balcony for kids (could be easily climbed). The broken walkway.
