El lugar perfecto para un fin de semana en pareja

Las instalaciones están muy limpias, cómodas y muy completas, además la ubicación tiene unas vistas de la playa espectaculares.

Solo comentaría mejorar el tipo de shampoo, no supe si era shampoo o jabon

The location was good and we walked a lot. The beautiful pool was unheated .

Excelente vista, con playa privada

Deben mejorar las condiciones del baño, ducha, piso. No hay donde colgar la ropa. La relación precio-oferta no es la mejor. Insisten tanto en los requisitos del condominio que parecen amenazas, en lugar de mensajes agradables. Camas muy cómodas. Hay dos restaurantes muy cerca, bastante buenos, lo demás está retirado. La vista excepcional, con playa privada muy tranquila.

This was the most frustrating and disappointing vacation we have ever had!

There was no breakfast.

The plumbing was terrible with no hot water, a toilet that did not flush, no access to the internet, very noisy air conditioner, no map of the area, no phone service, and no contact with the rental company. No assistance from the hotel staff who were happy to help but did not know how to contact the rental agency. We paid for 4 days and nights but left for our home in Tucson, AZ which was about a 5 and 1/2 hour drive greatly disappointed after 2 days. No No one at the hotel knew what to do or who to contact. This was the worst vacation we have ever had!

Nicely decorated and a perfect view of the Mar de Cortez.

It's not anything we didn't like but a suggestion. Have written instructions in English & Spanish to connect with the tv and stove function. We had to have the office people come and in a few seconds showed us what to do. With instructions, no problem.

A good spot for the weekend, would NOT stay again.

The location is great. You are literally on the beach. Tons of restaurants and bars are close by and the pool area is ample.

The shower water was not very hot. The location seems to be a hot spot for families, so many people are up early and making noise (which you will definitely hear). Kids running, spouses yelling, etc.

Beautiful location for one or two day stay.

There was no food The location is spectacular

I asked for two bedrooms. I checked with booking.com that friends could join us for a few days. There was a king and a queen bed both in one room with no door. Our friends had to seek and pay for alternative accommodation. The book in the room said that it was occupancy for six. There were only four towels. When we asked that the Room could be cleaned and the bed linen changed after one week, the proprietor told us that it was a condo not a hotel and it wouldn’t be cleaned until we left. We had to hire a cleaning company. There were lots of other major annoyances. The wifi was sporadic at best, we needed to find a restaurant with good service every day. Yesterday they sent us a list of things to do before we left. We didn’t receive it until late in the afternoon when we were able to get wifi service.

Great view and better location

Excellent location, kind of a private beach and close to restaurants and bars (no walking distance tho). The view from the bed was amazing, the condo itself is really good, the bed was really comfy

Everything but what I loved the most was the view from the balcony in my room.

I didn't like that the cleaning ladies thought I lost a towel that they didn't even put in my room in the first place.

Awesome view, but a few updates are needed.

Pros: The view is one of the best I have seen in my life. Very awesome and European feel. We saw 6 dolphins swimming in the bay from the balcony. The access to the bar/ restaurant next door is accommodating. The location to attractions nearby couldn't be beaten. If you have a sense of adventure and small things don't bother you then you'll like the place and your time there.

Cons: The bathroom had paint peeling, there was a bit of mold, the balcony was not kid-appropriate. The water pressure is not good. The hot tub was warm and dirty. It was almost always occupied by kids as the pool was cold. Beach is super rocky. The wifi didn't work well, and you absolutely need to make sure you have WhatsApp to check in. The only way they like to communicate with their guests.
