Ok for sleeping and getting ready, but needs some work.
The location was good and the view of the marina was nice. The balconies were also nice to sit out on.
The place was kind of run down and needed some work. It was dirty, and there were cobwebs in a few places. We also didn't have enough towels for all the guests. There was no place to sit and relax downstairs, and there was only one couch upstairs in the loft. It was also a hassle getting in and out of the driveway because the house is on a busy street and you need someone to open/close the gate everytime.

Las camas, la vista y la amabilidad de las personas nos dejó salir una hora después.
Que falta limpieza en la terraza, en la vajilla, vasos, tazas, platos. La cafetera estaba sucia y además no se podía usar porque no tenía filtros, faltaban toallas y el baño de arriba se filtraba el wc. Faltaban cobijas.

no hay desayuno, tiene cocina, los electrodomésticos están en buenas condiciones, hay platos, vasos, tazas, sarténes y utensilios, la cocina si está algo deteriorada, pero funciona.
que los aires acondicionados hacen muchisiimo ruido, enfrían bien, pero son viejos, que no habia persiana ni cortina en el cuarto que da a la terraza y a la playa, así que en cuánto sale el sol, pega de frente a la cama, lo que no es agradable, por que no puedes descansar.
