The apartments are small and basic but centrally located for a visit to Beaverton. We were most impressed with the immediate availability and helpfulness of the property manager. She was readily available when we had difficulty with the door lock, twice. And she was also quite available on a Sunday morning to help troubleshoot a situation where we couldn't get the heat to turn off on a 90-100 degree day. Situation resolved quickly. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the downtown Beaverton hideaway! The property was easy to find and get into. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The only downfall was we were too hot without AC units in the bedrooms. The one unit in the living room and fans weren't enough to keep us cool during the hot summer weather. We loved the location and really appreciated the hosts letting us have a later check out time so our son could take a nap before we hit the road home.

Clean, comfortable, and private in a nice central location within walking distance of groceries, shopping, and a mass transit hub. Luke responded promptly to all our questions. It was a great vacation home for the three of us.

This was a great place for my family to stay while we took our daughter to college :)

I thought I booked this for two nights and received a rude call telling me that I had to get my stuff out and when my father showed up they had put his stuff in a shed. Even if there was a mistake made, that is not the proper way to handle a situation.

Shared the rental with an old college friend while we were both in town for a wedding. The space was about the right size for two people, not too far off Canyon road, tucked away on a quiet street. The amenities were everything we needed them to be. With the streets still icy from a recent winter storm, we mostly stayed in. Everything worked, never needed to contact the host.

Tucked in a neighborhood with no traffic, it was nice and quiet. It was only two of us but the 900 sq-ft was well laid out and spacious. You could easily have kids or another couple comfortably. Just don't plan on multiple people in the kitchen. The bed in the back bedroom did squeak with any significant movement so be aware. Overall recommend. I'd stay there again.

Great location, out of the way but easy access to everything
I am a little conflicted about this review. I would give it a full five stars because everything was amazing for me regarding cooling, heating, cleanliness, and comfort however the location is in very close proximity to train tracks.
Every night we would hear train horns blaring causing my wife to lose sleep. This is not something that is the fault of the property manager's fault it is simply the consequence of the location. If you are a heavy sleeper like me, this place is great. If you are a light sleeper, YMMV.

The property does not have A/c in the bedrooms so it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep .

Comfortable and Convenient
Cute little unit in a fourplex that has everything you need. Comfortable beds, cool temperatures, and close to shopping and restaurants. Property managers are available if you need them and very welcoming. Our granddaughters stayed with us, and we took walks around the area. Everything felt safe, and there is an awesome waffle place a couple of blocks away called “Batter Up” that is a must for waffle enthusiasts! Thank you for a great stay!

Cute, clean and close to shopping/zoo
You get an apartment to yourself. Close to shopping and only about 10 mins away from the zoo. That’s the biggest thing we were looking for. We stayed for 1 night. We are from Washington and wanted to make a zoo trip. This had nothing to do with the property or the owners/managers our neighbor in the apartment next to us hot loud about 10pm. I messaged the mangers and he reply quickly and the noise level went back down. If we did another trip out there I would use the apartments again. The apartment is very clean. If had a washer/dryer you could use.

This property was perfect for my family. Outside the city, but next to the max to get around. About a 2 hour drive to Mt Hood, Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach.

Little Gem
From the time my wife and I walked into this little home, we loved it. The two-bedroom, single-level condo is located in a private area but walking distance from shops, markets, and restaurants. There was easy access to all freeways whether traveling to Washington, Lake Oswego, or Wilsonville. The owners took care to spoil their guests with all the amenities we can think of - including a washer and dryer. We highly recommend this place to anyone heading to Portland. You will save money on a hotel and live in a furnished home that will make you feel like one of the locals. You won't regret it.

Perfect for our needs
The space was exactly as advertised - super clean and cozy! The bedrooms had individual heaters, which was nice. Although we weren’t in Portland long enough to need them, the washer/dryer would come in handy for longer stays. It easy to find and close to shops, restaurants, etc. It worked perfectly for my daughter and I.

No stairs!
We needed a place to stay without stairs after knee surgery, and this was perfect. Level sidewalks and only 1 tiny step up into the breezeway took us right into easy to navigate accommodations. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond.
