Staff was rude and would not give us extra towels for the second day of our stay. Oh well, it’s cheap for a reason.

Staff was great and accommodating. They were doing some maintenance on the lobby building like paint and new door locks. They offer a grab and go breakfast. If you want kitchen items like dishes, flatware, or cooking items you have to request them as they are not already in the room. My husband didn't feel like the bed was comfortable, I didn't have an issue. The pillows are very flat so I recommend asking for more.

The rooms were clean. The bed was too hard. Wish there had been a better breakfast, or at least coffee in the room

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was bad.
The first room we stayed in smelled of wet dog and felt humid and gross. The toilet was broken, the TV didn't turn on, the shower stopper was hanging on by a thread and the shower itself was disgusting.
The person working was very pleasant.
I told them if the toilet and TV and they promptly moved us to a different room. It was obvious this room was an upgrade as the carpet floors were hardwood instead. The permeating wet dog smell was gone and the toilet and TV worked but the bathroom was DISGUSTING. The paint on the bathroom door was warped and disgusting. I ended up not taking a shower because I felt I'd be dirtier after stepping in the shower. The Microwave looked like it has previously caught fire and I cannot tell you how much I do not recommend this place. I'm sorry. I know it sounds harsh, but I had kids with me and the conditions were terrible. We ended up deciding to go to a different hotel after our reservation was over.

Unfortunately they did not see I booked an ADA room because I am disable but celena was able to get me in room 322. So the next day I wanted to stay a few more nights. And they John the general manager said all I would have to do is come to the office and give them my id and credit card. I then explain the situation that I am disable and was just released from the hospital from having my hips replaced and that it took me 15 minutes to walk to my room 322 yesterday. I asked John if they could come to my room and I would give them my I’d and cc. He said he can’t do that because it’s a liability and I would have to go to the office myself. He “John” was very uncooperative and unconcerned with me being disable. Then hung up on me. If this is how you employees deal with guests I will not be using the motel again and definitely not recommending the motel to any one. As well as my company uses the motel for stay when employees fly in and have business to attend too in Beaverton. I am disappointed in your employee John. celena the lady at the front desk told him I have mobility issues. But he was uncooperative with my situation. I understand you have a policy. But one not putting me in a ADA ROOM is unacceptable and so I walked to the office using my walker. But when I got to the door of the front desk no one was there. Until Celena came out and saw me struggling to open the door. She came from around the desk and already new I was going to re up so she took my cards. Got me re up.

It in a great location from the Tualatin recreation facilities. Grocery store very near. The bathroom needed an update. Especially bathtub/ shower. Mold stains. And trim around the tub was cracking.

We were only there for one night. Realistically, checked in at 5, had dinner at 6 and got back to the hotel around 9, slept until 7 and left. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

The receptionist was friendly. The room smelled of stale smoke and wasn't cleaned properly. The bed was sagging and uncomfortable. Stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. They welcomed us, informed us of goings-on & set is up for a pheasant stay. The location was great for walks and meet blocks to restaurants.

I booked for one night and the manager was mad because I came in late. I had to stay in a truck strop because he won’t allow me to get a room

Quiet and well priced for a one night stay, mattresses could really use updating though.

The room is worn, walls this, decently clean, breakfast was lacking, bed uncomfortable, service was helpful and easy to check in. Just what I’d expect from a $97 a night hotel. It was fine.

We had a problem with the first room that they put us in. The heating system didn’t work and neither did the TV. They graciously moved us to another room with out any hassle.

Unable to set or turn off alarm clock Resolved problem by unplugging it from power Screw in/Unscrewed light bulb to turn it on and off (probably not plugged into outlet tied to light switch and it had no on/off switch on lamp. Bathtub soap holder was removed from bathtub title wall leaving a 6 by 6 hole showing sheetrock, electrical outlet in kitchenette did not work and was unable to reset the GFCI breaker Breakfast consisted of coffee hot water, instant cereal and a few more bagged items. Unable to summon a desk clerk when checking out

The staff was very nice although day perso had her child there that kept interrupting. Room was clean and neat. Furnishing we’re good bed was comfortable. But when I checked in at 3 PM the battery in the smoke detector was dead . It kept giving off this really loud beeping every 5 minutes. I called the front desk was told I can come do it now or you can wait for the maintenance man to do it on Monday. Told her to come do it. Finally after several calls to the front desk someone showed up at about 8 PM. Then said we do not have batteries for these. She removed the alarm altogether. I missed visiting hours at the hospital. But at least I will get to sleep tonight.

Facility appeared understaffed and rooms were not ready at check in time. Full garbage bags were stacked in some of the walkways and parking lot. Longterm tenants had "settled in." Suggest one of the 3 buildings be dedicated to short term travelers. Room was average for the price. Cooking utensils, pots/pans/plates etc. had to be ordered at the front desk. Assume this is due to theft. Checkout clerk was cheery and helpful.
