Infelizmente não voltamos a este alojamento.

Boa localização. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Colchões requerem ser substituídos com urgência, muito antiquados e muito usados. Quarto ao lado da cozinha não oferece tranquilidade depois das 22h. Muita conversação de hóspedes na 1.ª noite até às 4.15h da manhã e na 2.ª noite até as 2.55h da manhã.

extremamente pequeno para duas pessoas e havia um hóspede que fumava erva o tempo inteiro e o fumo entrava no nosso quarto. por mais que pedisse para falarem com o hóspede não o fizeram. alojamento não recomendável para ninguém:(

Boa relação qualidade/preço

A decoração da suite, era bastante espaçosa e tinha uma cama para cada uma das crianças.

Não tinha ar condicionado. O quarto torna-se muito frio durante a noite e deveria ter pelo menos cobertores extra.

Very closely situated to public transport facilities to beaches and downtown Porto. Nice and helpful hosts!

Buy a new mattress. Springs were popping out. Upgrade kitchen utensils. Proper pans, knives and plates were missing. Add a van to the room. It was boiling hot in there.

Fix the bathroom!

Clean, value for money

My bathroom had some kind of leak so the floor covered in water. The pillows are rock hard so not comfortable. If the bathroom had stayed dry I would have loved everything!

Lovely rooms, friendly staff, could not sleep with the noise made by other unrespectful guests

The staff were lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and the location was perfect. We had very unrespectful neighbors who made a lot of noise until 3am we could not sleep with loud music & talking

The property advertising was a little misleading. It’s neither near the Ocean or anywhere close to it.

Superb

Great guys at the reception, bright, cozy room with two windows, there is a common equipped kitchen, a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, the location between two subway stations. You can walk to the beach and to a large beautiful park. We stayed with the dog.

I wish there were more outlets in the room.

was a waste of money and the staff didn’t care about its customers

The receptionist was kind

• the size of the room was really small • the room was not clean. when we arrived, it remained some dishes. The maids never clean the room ONCE. they only give us 4 towels for 7 days. • the noise-insulation was inexistant. We could hear everybody in the hostel. • No hot water for 2 days. . The bed was really rigid, not easy to sleep.

Ok stay, but needs improvements

The staff were very nice upon arrival, and were helpful in solving some issues that happened during my stay. The room has a nice design with a nautical and industrial touch in some details.

Unfortunately there were a few things: the bed is very uncomfortable and mattress really needs to be changed (you can feel the metal coils in the mattress), there was also a leakage of water in the room (which is fine as these things happen and it was solved as best as possible with some towels by staff), and WiFi signal was not so good, very slow and couldn't do work (which was kind of good because forced me to relax :) .
