Too far out the way.

It was quiet. The air-con worked.

The room appeared to be built on a slope which was disconcerting as you walked about. The pool did not look inviting. There was building work taking place at a vacant lot to the rear. The 75 USD cleaning fee add on for a 2 night stay seemed steep.

A Lovely accommodation!

Property is in the very nice and quiet neighborhood The location is very convenient, easy access to the beach, grocery store and bus stop is 5 mins walk. The host is very friendly and nice, easy check in and out. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again next time in Nassau. Thank you

The location was good, bus stop just 5 mins walk in a safe area... The host was very kind... They do not bother you but you can bother them at any time and they are very helpfull. For me is a big 10

Good

Donald and Theresa are delightful and extremely helpful. Donald helped us getting SIM cards and was very patient throughout the whole process. They are very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.

It’s not a dislike but the property is situated in an area where taxis aren’t available. You can still ask Donald to take you to your destination and pay a reasonable fare.

OK for the price

The location is secure, easy parking. We had the pool to ourselves. Good grocery store very close by.

It is a self catering apartment but there was next to nothing in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. Paper plates and plastic glasses were provided instead of real utensils. We had to ask for a wifi router as the signal in the room was too weak to be useful, The decorating could definitely be updated!

The host was really great, got me a very reliable tour guide who turn friend, the location was so peaceful...I had the best solo trip

Private home with 3 rooms each having Kitchenette .

Mr and Mrs Smith were very accommodating They picked me up at the airport in spite if late arrival

There were no dishes or silverware even though there was a microwave and coffee maker.

Donald and Theresa who are Bahamian's, are so lovely, very welcoming and friendly and not at all intrusive. Looking at other comments, I can't understand some of them. They certainly aren't 'money grabbers'! You pay for your stay when you arrive (like all hotels and guest houses do) and Theresa gives you (disposal) plates, cups and cutlery. Anything else you need, just ask! Lovely big, very comfortable bed, and the basic needs if you want to eat in the room...and there is a good grocery store a few minutes walk at the end of the road. I am not sure when I will be back in New Providence, but I will definitely stay here again ☺ I suggest you get Donald to pick you up from the airport (it's a lot cheaper)... and a Ps to Donald, so sorry I took the key with me you had to drive back to the airport to pick it up! Take note fellow travellers, leave the key! Love to you both X

Only the fact there isn't a good beach nearby (within walking distance)... but I didn't have transportation. There are plenty of beautiful beaches across the Island, all within easy reach if you have transportation. Or if not, pick up the local bus (15a) just a few minutes walk down the road which takes you to 'Downtown' and you can pick up lots of buses which take you all over the Island

Exceptional

I enjoyed everything. The owners live on the property and are very helpful & friendly. The one bedroom apartment with pool was perfect for me & my sister. Theresa & Donald thanks for everthing.

It's a little far from downtown. If you rent a car it's good
