Would stay here again. We were in Athens for 2 nights (24 year old travellers). This was comfortable and spacious. We got served breakfast in the morning which was lovely. Easy accessible & bathroom big. Close to a train station. We caught two Train lines to get from the airport

The beds were comfortable.
The area was horrible. The outside smelled extremely bad as a result of the cats and it was full of homeless people and drug users who were using drugs in front of people and when we were leaving a couple told us we should not go out at night that it is very scary and they moved elsewhere. We got taxis as you should not walk around this area it is very unsafe. Also for an unsafe area the key code to our floor and room were the exact same which didn’t make us feel safe. We felt unsafe at night because of the area it was really horrific to walk in that area in daylight so I can’t imagine at night.
Also the room was not up to standard the bedside lockers were broken and not in good condition. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and the grey throws on the bed were very dirty and made us consider the standard of cleaning of the other products.
The bathroom was clean however the shower products were not good enough and very bad quality and there were so many bugs throughout our short stay.

It was convenient for the night and where we needed to be early the next day. The staff was also responsive and polite, but were not able to help a difficult situation.
They advertised that they had air conditioning, which was really important with it being four of us (two of which are young children) and it is Greece in the summer. They could have let us know in advance that it was not working, but did not. We did not find out until we were getting in after a busy day and putting our children to bed. When we called, they said they knew of the issue, and would have someone fix it in a couple of days (we were just there the one night). They could not change our room because it was full. They told us to leave our door open (not ideal given we were on the fifth floor and have a 3-year-old). It was awful. None of us slept. There was also a rancid smell in the bathroom that seemed to be coming from a very disgusting, rusted drain. We were frustrated that they did not inform us about the air conditioner in advance so that we could have gone somewhere else.

Price , location near a metro..
room 8
- air conditioner didn't work. Compressor didn't turn on.
- shower curtain needed as the water falls on the rest of the floor.
- bathroom floor can be slippery when wet.
- not sure why there is a futon where space is limited. I assume it folds to be a bed. Not something I would have done but just my opinion.
- access to outlets were difficult., Had to shift the bed to gain access

Special thanks to Mrs. Tatiana (room service), who was polite, decent, and a truly humane person who deserves respect and appreciation. She helped us a lot, especially when she learned that we had been booked for nine days.
The first two days they gave me a very small room that did not have a wardrobe. The TV did not work. It was not what it was on the site when I booked
It's actually a room for one person, and most of it is for one person to sleep
It bothered me so much and I was so upset
But after contacting them, I thank God that they have understood my position, which I was right

Easy access to the room, good location, close to the metro station, cooperative host. It is an excellent choice especially for a short stay.

The staff were very polite and very helpful. The room was clean but could have done with the lower tiles in the shower having some Klinix mold spray used on them. The location is close to the centre and many attractions. Great value for a one or two night stay.
Breakfast was basic, which wasnt an issue but one toaster when several rooms were waiting wasnt ideal in the hour it is available. The area itself is a bit rough. Taxis are better than walking around at night.

Location is not so good, but the staff were very helpful. We booked with them again for another night on our way back to the airport. The manager even went out of her way to help us find a ride from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport! We are truly grateful for her help.
The property has no Signage in front for the guests to know it is the right place. The location is in a not so good neighborhood but we did not encounter any problems. We can still recommend the property to male travelers.

Close to the metro station, mini market, quiet neighborhood.
The bathroom smelled a little weird, probably from the drain, but when the bathroom window was open the smell was't there.

Had an excellent stay here! Rooms are pretty good, clean and tidy with private bathroom and a balcony, the bed was comfy and you have a socket next to it to charge your phone etc. friendly staff and the online reception is very helpful.
everything was spotless which sadly seems to becoming less and less common.
Really good property in this price range.

Central location, clean, warm room. For us everything was fine and we felt wonderful.

Room, check-in, and staff. The location comes on the top with close access to transportation, restaurants and coffeeshops
Availability of mini kettle and iron to guests would be of much value. The shower also requires curtains.
3.0
it is a basic room, you get what you pay for - so don’t expect much, Breakfast was okay (eggs, jam and cheese with toast) - elevator available
they have whatsapp customer service 24/7 which are very helpful and tried to solve our problems as soon as possible
no reception, usually we couldn’t find hot water for drinks in the morning, the room was very basic, the mattress is not comfortable

It was actually very clean, and a very close walk to the Metro as well as some of the buses via the touring companies.
Good communication and instructions
There is a device behind the toilet that makes a horrendous noise when it requires water!
The sink is very close to the wall and there is a glass shelf that stops you from being able to even spit into the sink properly!

the location is so close to the metro station. I made a walk the first day, and I saw so many homeless people, it is true but I don't care too much about it. I used the metro for the next few days and it was ok. It was a very economic stay so I wasn't surprised at all. The building is beautiful and it's safe thanks to the 3 stepped password security. The room was clean, and equipped with an air conditioner, hair dryer, and tv. The staff was smiling and helpful.
the breakfast was pretty enough. but the last day, one of the toast bread slices was moldy but the other three slices were in good condition. I also think that one day they gave me an egg left from the last day. I wish they offered the food as an open buffet instead of bringing it to the rooms in freezer bags. I know they make it with hygiene concerns but I think that the open buffet is more hygienic if it's served in clear boxes. Because now I think

The room itself was nice
No reception, the elevator you cannot fit with luggage. You had homeless people sleeping in front of the door.

The room was good
The location is very bad, dirty street, tons of homeless people on the way.
Very unhygienic environment

Everything was as expected, the bed was comfy and the room had everything you need for a quick stay in Athens.
The area around the hotel is not the nicest, but that's nothing the hotel can change. We felt save, but you shouldn't stay here, if you are afraid easily, because on some corner people take drugs on the street - yet, they didn't bother us at all.

I like the automatization system. I like the bed, confortable. Good shower And good balcón.
I dindt like the luck of predisposition in what respects to check in and luckgage. I think that if someone needs to keep their things just for one or two hours and having free place to keep It It shouldnt cost 7 euros.
And the breakfast. It was cheap bread, one mermelada, one margarina, two slices of cheese and coffee. No more no less.

Reasonable price. Breakfast came exactly on time. Which wasn't exceptional. The lock system was very helpful and secure. Checking in and out was very easy. The beds were prettt comfortable and the AC worked very well. All in all if you're looking for an affordable accommodation to sleep in and to visit the city, this property is for you. There are many small supermarkets nearby and cafes etc are just a small walk from the property. It's not too far from the city centre, but also not very near. 25 mins walk to acropolis, 20 mins to monastiraki. Tube station is nearby and the tube system is wonderful in Athens.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I want everyone to know before making your decision. The room was much smaller than what I expected. We travelled with children and 2 elderly and requested rooms next to each other, but we got rooms on 2nd and 5ty floor, which was way too inconvenient.
We had an 8 day trip in Greece and stayed at quite exceptional places for very reasonable price. This property was not one of them and I didn't want to go back to my room after spending a full day outside. We booked it only because it also had a sofa bed, but that was not made when we reached at 3:00 am. Upon contacting the owner we were GENEROUSLY OFFERED the sheets in the bed drawers "at no extra cost", which was just one sheet and a used pillow. Upon complaining no reply. Coffee or tea was served at 5th floor and we had to go all the way up to notice that the hot water for tea already ran out. Not once was our room cleaned in 3 days, and 'no we didn't put the do not disturb sign'.
The breakfast plates were still outside our room when we came back at night.
The neighbourhood has many homeless people and drugs going on. We saw someone selling openly. Drugs is a big problem overall.
Not any kettle in the room, not even a mirror. Just a small one in the bathroom and a very tiny sink. It's not the rating it is given on booking.com in comparison to other properties with the same rating. I am a regular traveller with kids.
Not recommended for families.

Clean room with coffee outside in the morning
Room was freshly painted and smelled like paint. Probably not good to book room if it still has paint fumes..
