We left the property cleaner than we arrived, there were dead bugs all over the window sills and floors. There was not enough or adequate lighting, The two main bedrooms did not have con=comfortable beds, one guest slept in a bunk as a preference after one night. Garbage disposal to the basement was gross!

Right on the riding trails, walking distance to awesome village restaurants. Great for large group of guys. Lots of character in this rustic stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Grange in East Burke. We were a group of 8 and loved the big room to stretch out and all be together. Because of the No Shows Inside note a guest fell on the stairs in her socks and was badly bruised. The coffee pot worked sometimes and it could use a new frying pan. Great location & place for a group of KT bikers.

Amazing place to stay for a mountain biking trip. We had 8 guys sleep comfortably and the house offered us everything we needed. Perfect location in a perfect setting. We are already planning on our trip next year (possibly two). Great job by our host Amy. She was prompt and very helpful throughout the process. Cannot wait to go back!

Great place
Love the location. Walk to town for dinner/coffee then ride straight out of the house with KT trails right there in the back yard. Sunny back deck for post ride beers. Yup. We will be back for sure.

Kingdom Trails with the Boys
This place worked out perfectly! Amy our host was very accommodating and responsive. The big living area was great all for 4 teen boys and us 3 dads to just flop around and relax after riding all day. With the rustic cabin feel and condition of the house we weren’t worrying about the boys ruining anything. The sleeping area’s are definitely no frills but they’re very clean. Bathrooms were also very clean and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again

Ideal for mountain biking group
This place was awesome for a group of mountain bikers. Ideal location. Easy access. Awesome stove with griddle that got lots of use. Good handout space on deck and inside after biking. Good bike storage for nighttime. A bit rustic - not sure my wife would be happy here. And only two bathrooms for a large group, but we had no issues. All in all a great place - our group of 11 would return in a heartbeat.

Stayed here with my college mountain biking club for four days. The location was perfect, the size was perfect, plenty of room in the basement to store our bikes, trails right behind the property, walking distance to town... The property owner was very sincere and quick to respond to several questions. Everything we needed we were able to find. Looking forward to staying here again!
Only complaint is that several lights were not functioning.

Solid Rental
Place was plenty bike and access to trails was amazing. I mean, the trails were 100 yards from the back door. The only way it could be better is if they went under the house. Plenty spacious for a lot of people.

Great Stay!
We have been renting this property for a large group and have always loved it. It's close to the Kingdom Trails network and the large field (perfect for soccer, frisbee, ...) behind the house makes it a wonderful base camp.

The location was perfect!
The Barn was a killer place to stay and accesses the kingdom trails. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable!! The rustic feel of the barn was nice to come home to each day and the open space in the living room made it easy for everyone to share the days adventure .

Perfect location, very large house perfect for groups of mtn bikers
We had 9 of us all 45-55 years old . Great location, ride or walk everywhere including mikes tiki bar , swimming in river , bike shop and grocery store . House is not luxurious, but it is clean . Linens and towels all very clean, well stocked kitchen , awesome deck that has fun sun all day long with a breeze . Just don’t forget your favorite beach chair for deck. Bike trial starts out back yard

Great spot!!
This house is the perfect spot!! We were a large group and we had enough space for everyone. The kitchen is full equipped, the big patio is awesome and all the bikes were locked in the basement. The house is situated literally in the KD Trails, perfect for us mountain bikers.
Thanks to our contact Amy who called us back very quickly to help us with the stove.
I will recommand this house to all my friends!
Thank you!

Perfect location
Great location. Village easily accessible by the bike trails. Wonderfull view. Lot of Space for a large group but absolutely not luxurious. The House could appreciate a profound cleaning but it was ok for a short stay.

Great location and comfortable for large groups
Recently stayed for a mountain biking get away with 10 other riders. Even though the weather was lousy we all had a wonderful time and much of it had to do with how well this property could accommodate us all. The large open area was perfect hanging out before and after rides. You cannot beat the location.

Best spot for large group of mtbikers (or skiers)
My group and I are been renting this house twice a year for over 5 years. As you can see on the pictures, it is not luxury style, but this house is just perfect for large groups who want to enjoy Burke and mountain biking. It is just one minute by bike from the village (no climb on our way back from our ride). The large deck and BBQ is awesome to chill and have a beer after the ride and cook food on the BBQ.
The sofas and living room is huge and fit 18 people no problem. The kitchen is convenient as well as the gas cooktop on which to cook great sautés and biker breakfasts :)
Another practiful room, the large locker room to store safely bikes and gears.
Finally, the big and severals windows expose us to the daylight and nice surrondings.
Nice and helpful management staff! Go for it if you're looking for bike n'fun with folks and/or large family.
