Location is centrally located with access to grocery store and plenty of restaurants choices.

The apartments AC was not fully functional. We had to keep adjusting it. WiFi was down but owner did informed us as we arrived. Could have been a little more cleaner the floor was sticky.

Good

The host was very helpful! Overall, it was easy to reach her through Viber, she replied quickly to any inquiries and accommodated our late arrival. The apartment is very nice and suitable for a family of five. It is located in the basement, but that was not an issue. The building is very safe.

There was noise outside the two bedrooms, which of course, has nothing to do with the host. Carolina, the host, was great and the apartment was great, too. But unfortunately, there is a bar that is opened until very late (e.g. 03:30 am), just next to the bedrooms small windows and my children had problems with sleeping. So, it might be more suitable for young people who want to stay out until late and do not mind the noise.

Exceptional

Amazing location! We had a great stay at Carola’s place. The location couldn’t be better for the price. Very centric, with easy access to the tram and underground. The apartment is in a basement but we actually quite enjoyed the quirkiness of it, plus it is tastefully decorated and had all the expected amenities. Carola was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay.

quirky, very central great apartment

loved the interior and the apartment had everything we needed. the location was great and very central and owner was very friendly and helpful at all times. beds comfortable and equipment was fine

one room (bunk beds) was very loud due to wind weather coming in from the vent and being next door to a bar but others were fine

1. It does not have 2 double beds like in offer :( there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 2. It's in basement - just 1 tiny window - very claustrophobic 3. It was humid inside

Unique stay in Milan

Spacious, well equipped, unique and comfortable accommodation. Felt like a home away from home. Close to everything you need in Milan with a bit of a walk. Short walk to two metro lines. Not far from the central train station. Staying in a bunker was a cool experience with lots of little unique decorations. Bathroom was fantastic. Host communication was great.

It's a bunker so it was dark, but enjoyable for a few nights.

Fantastic location, really lovely apartment. Carolina, the host, could not have been anymore helpful. Fabulous communication.

The only down side was the bar out front of the apartment. In the two smaller bedrooms the sound comes right in from the street until 4am.

Clean, comfortable and convenient stay in Milan

Clean and comfortable, basement apartment meant it was nice and cool when it was very hot outside. Good location, close to the central train station, and metro and tram stations. Supermarket just across the road and few cafes close by. Ideal for group of friends, would stay here again if visiting Milan.

Would have liked some more towels on arrival and bedding to make up the sofa bed. But I did have th hosts contact details and could have requested when I was there but I think they should be readily available on arrival.

There was an extreme amount of noise from people partying outside our window from 11pm-4am at which time we were kept awake. No fault of the owners

Very nice apartment but the rooms facing the street are very noisy

In general everything was fine. The best thing was the location, the price and the apartment itself is very nice.

The apartment is very humid because it is in the basement. Two of the rooms have windows overlooking the street next to a bar and at night you could not sleep because of the noise until 3:00 am. The landlords should change the windows for ones with better soundproofing.

Very good

It had lots of rooms and a unique interior design. It was in a convienient location, near to the metro. It had supermarket in the corner and a coffee shop with the best cappuccino I've tasted (you should definately try it).

It was a bit chilly in the night. Although we had the heat on, some of us felt cold. Also, we knew that it would be on basement floor but assumed that it would be accessible throught the main building. However, we had to go through the courtyard and then go down the stairs to get to the house. We felt kind of exposed.

Very comfortable and clean, in a good location for transport, Central Station near for trains and buses. Living room, bedrooms, kitchen and shower facilities all very good. The owner has great communication skills, is very polite and lovely to communicate with. All round everything was great 👏👍

Cozy, convenient location to explore milan and lombardy

Good facilities and wifi. Great value and really cool decor. Our host was very responsive and communicative. She made check in and check out easy. The location was good for going to Central Station for lots of day trips.

Location great, very accommodating RE key pickup/dropback/luggage storage.

Advertised for 6 people but water gets cold after 2 and a half showers. A little noisy at night, both outdoors and inside doors very noisy.

A very nice experience for a short stay

We loved the decoration, a mix of recycling and bunker/escape game atmosphere. The check-in / check-out was very convenient. The contact with the landlord was easy and she was responsive to our questions/needs.

When I booked, I did not fully realize that there would be almost no natural light and that the only two windows could not be reached. For two days it would have been ok, or in a warmer season but not for four days in wintertime: the ventilation system doesn't renew the air as open windows would, and it smells chemical in the morning, so that, despite the cold, we had to open the entry door wide to have fresh air.

Interesting but certainly would not recommend

Location

This is a bunker, no natural light or ventilation with a lot of noise from the street The space is very small and certainly not comfortable for a large party One bathroom only is a challenge given its situation in the property The kitchen is tiny Whilst I understand it is quirky and different I was not at all impressed and certainly was not happy I booked it I can however understand why others have given it a high rating, I think it was wrong for the size and age of our group
