Property was perfect for our group attending a family birthday/reunion.
Vrbo listing was accurate and plenty of room for all. Very convenient to King Pine. Thank you. I would use this property again.

I stayed here with my 20 month toddler and grandmother while the rest of our family was staying inside danforth bay camping, which was a 13 minute drive away. I feel like the photos don't do the place justice, it was much bigger in all the rooms/sunroom/outside than I expected. The queen bed was on the first floor with the bathroom attached, which was perfect for my 85 year grandmother to have single floor living. The downstairs area was great for our toddler, the doors were latched so she couldn't figure out how to open them, and you can close off a door that lead to the breezeway. All the floors were even so there were no step ups to worry about, just brought a little gate for the stairs but she pretty much was uninterested in them anyways. The fire place inside was high, like to her head, so it wasn't a worry about her trying to get to the fireplace(not that we used but they are curious!) There was no AC, as listed, but the host had AMPLE fans, as well as ceiling fans everywhere. It was very cool at night so the windows open with the fans were perfect. Washer and Dryer was in the basement.
we didn't use the fire pit area outside but it was also very nice, good sized outdoor area and in the woods so very private and peaceful and quiet at night. The wifi worked great which is needed because there is no cellular service in the entire area. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is set back into the woods creating a very quiet home. Once inside it’s very much a cabin feel that was clean and well equipped for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable cabin in very quiet location. Seamless checkin process. Location worked for us because it was less than 30 minutes to Locke Falls Farm where we were attending weekend wedding festivities. However, it is rather isolated with not many restaurants or stores nearby.

We packed a lot in our stay using Madison NH as home base. After flying into Boston we spent a half day on The Freedom Trail before driving 2 1/2 hours to the VRBO. On Day 2, we drove the Kancamagus Hwy, making several historical stops and short hikes along the way. You can drive to the other side of the Kancamagus Pass in a little over an hour. On Day 3 we took a North Conway one hour train (skip this attraction, you’re better off in your car in the highway), followed by visiting the Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods. The historic hotel is had an amazing history and there is a Gondola 🚠 ride to see a vast view of the fall colors. Day 4 we did some shopping in North Conway, followed by the Mount Washington Auto Road. AWESOME DRIVE! on the way back to Boston Airport, we went to the Hammond Castle 🏰 and drove around Cape Ann in Gloucester, followed by splurging on some Lobster before flying home. This cabin rental had everything we needed and made for a perfect location for all our activities. We were even greeted by a porcupine one night as we returned around dusk. The host is very nice and responsive. I would return for sure…

Absolutely perfect. My girlfriend and I were looking to get out to a nice secluded area to enjoy local food and scenery. This place was ideal. Fairly priced and a great commute across the Kancamagus highway to the Lincoln/ North Woodstock area where we had lunch at the Woodstock Inn brewery. The foliage was beginning and beautiful. The home has a wonderful vibe to it with a fresh wood smell complete with an outdoor firepit and inside fire place. The host was very responsive pleasant and hospitable. We had an amazing time during our stay. Strong wifi for music and movies. Great location for out of staters to reach the best of NH while still enjoying coffee on the porch and local cuisine. Would return and will highly recommend.

We had a great time in this beautiful property, communication was great & spontaneous.
Something I will like the property management to change is limit there rules at closing. Rules included taking all pillow cases, sheets, towel’s & everything used out & bring it down in basement & start laundry. Put away all Cleaned pots & pans as well start dishwasher.. there was not enough time to cleanup even after extending for another hour for late checkout. We always keep place clean when we leave from any vrbo rentals but this were way too many rules to read & follow after paying cleaning fees on last day before we leave.
Thank You for your help & Will recommend this property.

A perfect getaway for the region. We loved this wonderful cabin. Secluded, but not remote, this was a wonderful launching pad for enjoying the Mt. Washington Valley. We'd love to return during autumn and winter to enjoy the area again!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved everything about it. Very clean and well maintained. It was a humid weekend when we were there but large windows and ceiling fans really kept it cool. The house is very private, we saw no other homes from the lot. We will definitely stay again!

Used this house as an Annex for our camp on Silver Lake for a family reunion. Met our needs for extra beds.

We arrived to find an immaculately clean property, quietly situated in the woods, but with amenities galore. Entry was easy thanks to the excellent communication from our host.
Our party of four was in town to participate in the King Pine Triathlon/Duathlon being held at the Purity Springs Resort.
The home's layout was ideal with bedrooms and bathrooms both up and downstairs.
All the beds were comfy and allowed us to get a good night sleep for the event on Saturday. Although it rained all weekend and we did not get to utilize the outside of the cabin at all, we could see that the fire pit area was awesome too, as well as the back porch.
If we attend the event again, this will be our first choice for sure. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Convenient location, quite and peaceful area. Nice fire pit area out back, but no wood. Best bed and bath upstairs.

What a cute cozy place. Very safe. We even had a deer visit us. She left us firewood and we enjoyed the fireplace. There is a Keurig which the listing had stated there wasn't so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen hot pads were old and stained and also a few roach excretions seen in the cupboards. But the appliances worked great and there were plenty of dishes and silverware and glassware. I have seen in others reviews that they liked the beds. The King bed definitely had sleeping indentations with a mound in the middle and flat well used pillows. I did sleep well though but had grabbed a few other pillows from other beds. The location was great for what we wanted. Fall Foliage peeping! The communication was great. Instructions good (a bit conflicting due to saw both 10am and 11am on check out times though) . However I would come again and I would recommend. Great value for the price.

Had a terrific stay at this location. Home is very nice, clean, and well furnished. Home has privacy, no visible neighbors. Owner is very easy to reach when needed.
Location - about 20 min drive to North Conway. Also about 20 mins to the Maine border.

40 Turkeys on Thanksgiving !
All in all I would suggest this place. I really like the setting and how private it is. The house is set back off the road totally surrounded by trees and rocks. We were there for maybe an hour and I looked outside to see we were surrounded by wild turkey's. This was the day before Thanksgiving so they we're lucky we already had purchased a turkey.

Anita’s cabin was its perfect for a while traveling in NH! Private and quiet, comfortable and secure it met all of our needs! Loved the many windows to see the great surrounding woods and the king bed was super comfortable! Anita was great communicating with us wen we asked a question! We would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to New Hampshire!

Family NH Adventure
My sister’s family with 4 kids and my family with 2 kids all stayed here together. It was a great launching point for North Conway, lots of beautiful hikes, scenic drives of foliage, and up to Mt Washington. We used the fireplace each night and even roasted marshmallows. The fire pit out back looked great, but with the little kids the indoor fireplace was easier. An added bonus was VHS tapes and a rotary phone. Our small kids were amazed they had to REWIND the tape. They also were surprised at the sound of the dual tone! Kitchen is a little small, but we were all able to sit around and enjoy meals together. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We HIGHLY recommend this cabin during any season.

A little piece of heaven
The pictures don’t do this house justice- it is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect place for my family and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! My kids loved watching the old vhs movies, & the backyard was perfect for them to unwind. The property owner was so helpful & responsive! She sent us a detailed description of everything in the house & everything we had to do. The house itself was so comforting, & the location was so refreshing. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!

Peace and quiet
This was an excellent place to stay at. It was quiet, comfortable and lots to do. We were 6 adults and 3 children and when we were at the home, everyone enjoyed their time. Place was clean and offered tons of amenities. Kitchen was just big enough, grill worked great and the house had plenty of places to hang out at. Closest place for anything store wise is about 20 minutes away so bring/get what you need to not waste time running around. Lots of chipmunks and birds but no bears in sight. If you are looking to unwind from city life, this is the place to do it at! Story land was about 40 minutes away, but there are other things for families like miningolf and such closer. All in all we gave this place two thumbs up!

Hidden Treasure - Great Value!
So glad we found this place! Stayed with my husband, 2 year old and 10 month old. We brought a baby gate for the stairs which I recommend! Very clean and it was so private, which was relaxing. I appreciated the abundance of fans, we all slept very comfortably. The bedrooms and bathroom are huge! Our kids loved just being there. The home is beautiful with the most gorgeous sunny windows.
Host is very communicative and kind. Thank you so much, we hope to come back!

Beautiful house in the mountains
The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. We loved that it was in the woods with no other houses within view. Being in July- It was a little tough with no air conditioning, but the fans helped. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Private Heaven
What a great cabin in the woods! Super private but close to town. If you're looking for a property in this part of New Hampshire, this is a good one! The house is very inviting; good beds, good kitchen, and a lovely fire circle outside to sit and watch the stars at night. White Lake State Park is a few miles away. We spent a day there and it was amazing; sandy beach and bbq grills! The towns around have mini golf, go carts, groceries, and restaurants - everything you need within a short drive. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond. I wish we could have stayed another week!

Nice place but note there is NO A/C
Great place off the beaten path. Clean and cozy. Biggest issue was that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING and it wasn't mentioned in the ad. There are big windows and they provide plenty of fans, but it was 85 degrees and humid one day and it was pretty horrible. Thankfully the rest of the days were cool. Also the screen on the back door is very ripped, so you can't have it open or bugs get in, which wouldn't be much of a problem except it was so hot that we wanted to have all the windows and doors open to let in what little breeze there was. Other than that no big issues. Also note that there is a coffee maker but no Keurig, so bring ground coffee/not pods. We would stay there again in the Fall or Winter when there is cooler weather :)
