This property is extraordinary!

We were a large group of friends staying at this property and it had more than enough space for everyone. It was a beautiful property and well maintained. The house is also incredibly well sound-proofed and it was easy for some folks to sleep even while others used the home theater room. I would recommend this property to others looking for a place to accommodate a group.

Spacious, clean. Tons of games to play in their game room. Only down side is extremely spotty WiFi but that’s it. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Overall, what an amazing place, Well kept and very clean.
Internet was kind of unreliable, didn't reach a lot of places but we made due.
Biggest complaint, I reached out by text to 2 different numbers but never got a response. They weren't big issues, but still.
I've been renting thru VRBO for many years and this is by far my family's favorite.

Stayed here for our family reunion. The views were stunning, accommodations great. The kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was not great.

Had an amazing stay here for a friends weekend retreat. Property is fantastic: beautiful views, spacious rooms and a great games area with pool, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, and more.
Amazing location - very close to some truly great hikes, lakes, sightseeing. Perfect home base for a friend or family vacation with outdoor adventure and hang at the house plans.
Master suite was large and comfortable, including an en-suite with a soaking tub and an open shower. Other bedrooms were well-spaced throughout the house on 2nd floor and finished basement. Tons of bathrooms throughout the house.
Large central living room/kitchen (nice range and oven), porches/patios wrapping around the house, and the detached wing game room give the house a great combination of communal space and privacy.
Host was extremely responsive. Accommodated additional guests on the reservation and early check-in. Was super helpful over the weekend we were there. We accidentally set off the smoke alarm cooking and one of the property managers answered a phone call while at a wedding. Definitely A+ responsiveness and service, thank you!
Limited Wi-fi at the house, doesn't extend to the basement or master suite. Okay cell service as a backup. Was able to take phone calls and audio meetings, but no video calls or streaming to personal devices.
A/V systems work but projector/theater screen a little difficult to navigate. Others TVs all easy.
Overall an amazing stay and A+ experience across the board.

We have stayed in this home two years in a row for my husband's birthday. The home has everything you could possibly want for a family reunion in terms of comfort, supplies and by far the best game room ever (for teenagers on up). Also loads of places to explore in this area of New Hampshire (if you want to leave ). Perfect for all ages - and the view of the mountains is unmatched.

What a wonderful house! We entertained family and friends at this house and had such a great time. The communication between the property management and myself were top notch with all our questions about the house answered and also an Easy check in. Thank you Lois! The location was great, and the house was large enough where we all had our privacy to spread out and also have wonderful meals together. The game room was where we spent most of our time. The views from this house were amazing! We couldn't ask for a better vacation in the snow.

Awesome time at this home! A lot of space to spread out in and beautiful atmosphere. What an awesome view. It was close by to a lot of places we were going to. The huge game room with the movie projector was a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing house in a private, wooded setting. While we agree with many prior reviews and a couple of the games/systems were not fully functional while we were there, this was an excellent place to create life-long memories with loved-ones. Each day started with an amazing sunrise over the white mountains! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and air hocky in the great room. We relaxed by the fireplace while some family memories performed tunes on the grand piano. We also enjoyed walking around the property and sledding down the hill. The kitchen was very well equipped with a wide range of pots, pans, electric griddles, dishes, and spices, etc.. There is also amazing wood work and unique decor that enhances the house and setting. Note: The popcorn popper takes the 4 oz size popcorn packages (if you want to buy the pre-packaged type to bring).

The house is amazing, like having a private hotel. But we hauled up a ton of food to make multiple feasts for our extended family over Christmas. The listing shows a dream cook’s kitchen, but the temperature control is completely busted on the main oven rendering it unusable. Food either never cooked or burst in to flames in five minutes (yes, literally) . The second oven didn’t work at all. The small warming oven seemed to be approximately the right temperature, but it was too small to fit a roast or ham or turkey. We were very disappointed not to be able to make Christmas cookies and feasts. Pasta on the stovetop had to do…
If you don’t care to cook, the house is a real treat. One of a kind and beautiful surroundings any time of year.

The property is awesome. I would stay here three seasons out of the year. I would avoid it in Winter.
When we came, it had snowed a few inches the day before. The long (1/2 mile?) driveway is very steep in some places. The driveway hadn't been plowed or sanded. One car, with front wheel drive, got stuck going up. It could not make the hill. We had to wait until the next day sun to soften the ice to get it down to the road.
The steps were not shoveled and had turned to two inches of ice. One of my kids slipped going down them while unpacking and hurt his leg. Unnecessary tears.
We bought our own ice melt and used it for the back stairs. There were too many front stairs to try to melt the ice off. The drive way behind the house was all ice. This is where we were told to park to unpack.
I slipped on the ice and thought I either fractured or had broken my arm. Fortunately just a nasty bruise.
At first the property manage was unavailable.
None of the 13 TV's worked because the cable was out and the internet was out. They were out for the first day and a half of the trip. Once engaged the property manager worked hard to get the cable and internet working which we finally got. I appreciated her tireless effort though I had to spend a couple of hours on the phone with the cable company trying to troubleshoot the system. I would have rather been playing with my kids.
It snowed the day we left. It was so beautiful but it turned driveway into a ski slope. No one came to sand or ice it.
As I left I had to frantically pumped my brakes with my three children in the buckled in the backseats, all under 6 years old, to prevent my car from going off the driveway and hitting one of the many trees head on. It was a terrifying experience.
I would never rent this house with the chance of snow in the forecast.
I would however rent it Spring, Summer or Fall because it is a truly awesome property.

This is our third stay at this property and had yet to be disappointing until now. Still a great property but when we got there it was as if someone began the cleaning process but abruptly left. . There was random laundry (including bra and underwear) On floors and stairs. A few of the beds weren’t made. Dishwasher was full.. Property manager was responsive and offered to have a cleaning crew come by but I declined since we had already taken care of it. This was a surprise seeing how our first two visits were great.

This location was perfect for our larger group with kiddos. Can't imagine getting up to the property in the winter after a storm, but our long weekend over the summer was great. Close to hiking and story land. Plenty of rooms/areas for everyone to have their space.
Will absolutely be booking again in the future.

It was love at first sight when we entered this amazing home for a family reunion and 70th birthday celebration. We knew from the listing and reviews that it was a great house that met all of our needs, but it's impossible to capture in the listing photos just how truly special this beautiful home with its breathtaking views is.
We thought it was perfect in every way, including the spacious bedrooms and baths, the meals we all made together in that fabulous, huge kitchen, the fun and laughs we shared in the game room one rainy day, hanging out on the huge deck with panoramic views of the White Mountains, the convenient location to hiking trails, lakes, shopping, etc., I could go on and on!
We highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to stay there again!

This very large, very well appointed mansion-like home is set on a hill with amazing views. You need to take a dirt road to a long gravel driveway to access it so it is very private and remote. However, you can get to restaurants and activities with a 20 minute or so ride and into North Conway in under 30, depending on the New Hampshire drivers who love to go two miles under the speed limit. The house had many different areas to hang out given its giant game room, two bars, piano, seating areas upstairs, multiple large decks and more. This was perfect for our group with two families, with kids ranging from 6 to 14. We made good use of the outdoor space as well, playing bocce in the grass and the kids exploring the woodland/pond area. The kitchen is great for all the reasons you would expect. The two downsides for us were that one of the AC units cooling the mid section of the house stopped working mid week. The other units picked up some of the slack and we did not make a big issue of it. That and it was a super hot July week and the AC did a good job keeping a giant house cool. Second part was that the projector was tricky. The friend with us is highly tech savvy and managed to get it working on day three and it was a complete game changer. So make sure you get it going. But if left to me I would never have figured it out. The owners said to let them know if you need assistance so we were not on our own if we couldn't make it work. Best parts were the game room which the kids loved and did not tire of and sitting on the deck over looking the mountains for coffee, drinks, star gazing and any chance we got.

This home is very spacious and was perfect for our group of 12 adults. The view is incredible, and you can enjoy it from the huge front deck. The game room is AMAZING! We spent quite a bit of time in there. Overall, a wonderful stay for our family!

The house was great except the TVs didn't work and we were not offered any kind of compensation.
The house and property were great. It could use a hot tub. The only bad thing was that the TVs were not working and we were offered no compensation for them not working.

Family Reunion
You couldn't ask for more for a family reunion of 13 people ages 12 - 78. The location with the view of the mountains is glorious, and none of us wanted to leave. We did have three hikes - moderate hikes that were easy to get to from our home. The game room was an absolute favorite of our "kids."

We LOVE this House!
We LOVE this House! This is our second stay. This house is beautiful! Amenities galore! Neighborhood is darling & the property is expansive, peaceful & the Views are simply stunning any season, any weather and from any view in the House. This Home is great for Large family reunions, Wedding parties, etc. The Theater/game room is second to none! Expansive Decks & Luxury everywhere you look. The only slight negative was management was under transition & it showed in some areas, like deep cleaning & general maintenance need attention, but overall, it was presented beautifully, we still LOVE this house & will Definitely return. We highly recommend this House for any large groups or family gatherings!

Family weekend away
We had an amazing family weekend! We loved the layout which allowed us to all to be together from the kitchen to the living room around the fireplace. Game room is amazing and bedrooms were all comfortable. We arrived Thursday evening and didn’t leave the property until checkout on Sunday. There was plenty to keep us entertained all weekend. Very well maintained properly with everything you need.

Winter Wonderland
This House was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious cozy and the decor fits the location perfectly. Me and my family wanted to do something different this holiday season we couldn’t have picked a better house. We were close to everything skiing ,Tubing and the Outlets. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials pots pans slow cooker you name they had it . The sound system was amazing , surround sound plays throughout the entire house including outside. Was great baking/cooking listening to Christmas music really set the mood. I can’t wait to go back the best views and sunsets I ever seen in my life. Truly a magical holiday if you are looking for a winter wonderland this is the place.

Amazing Property
We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday with 4 other couples. I'll reiterate another review. This property is amazing. It's a little older (~15 years old) so there are some things that are showing their age. Some of the kitchen pans, etc should be replaced. This is pretty minor. The other thing that should be better is the check in process. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive but it would have been nice with such a big home to arrive with a welcome kit of some kind describing the property and how to use the TV's, heat, internet, etc. It was all manageable to figure out but would have been nice in a welcome kit. The only other minor thing was a missing hairdryer. Again, not a major item, but would have been nice to know because nowadays we have come to expect those types of items.
These minor items should not deter you from renting this property. It was beautiful to visit, we had a great time and the game room will leave you speechless. We spent most of our time here. We would absolutely stay here again. The views and sunrise from the deck are also priceless. If you are on the fence about this home, don't be. Go for it. you won't be disappointed.

BEWARE!
I have stayed at multiple vrbo homes. My experiences, for the most part, have been exceptional or decent enough. This home did not come close. I should have been wary from the start when early communication was spotty and delayed and came from different names with no consistency. Upon arrival, the house was filthy, no beds were made, laundry room was full of soiled linens, dirty dishes, stove, refrigerator, counters etc. Trash remained in the house. There was absolutely no welcome notebook or instructions or person to go over house rules or functions (like tv's, lighting, etc..)There was no way to lock the house. There was zero ice. There is not one hook or towel bar in the bathrooms. Calls made to rectify the situation were initially answered by someone who said they "used to manage it" and felt "terrible for our situation". Someone named Lois was finally reached and the house was cleaned 2 days after our arrival. Phone calls and texts to try to get any help were left unreturned or their 'voice mailbox was full'. I would love to post pictures to show the home's condition when we arrived. On the plus side, the home IS spacious and has a great view. Unfortunately, current management is failing miserably. Supposedly, we were to be given a partial refund but I have gotten no indication this will occur. My advice is to steer clear of this property.

Love this place
This was our second time at this house and we are going back next year for a third stay. The house has everything and is cavernous. Tons of room to roam. Huge back porch overlooking hillls and mountains is where we spent all of our time Only complaint woukd be the tv/movie screen in the game room is complex to operate fully but if you have teenagers they can probably figure it out. Highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful!
Overall we had an incredible stay at the property. The view from the deck is amazing and overall the pictures do not do this place justice. Significantly bigger and more beautiful than what is shown! We loved the game room and even went down to the lake for a swim! However I will comment that the house does need some general upkeep and a deep clean, particularly in areas with less traffic. We would have also appreciated directions for using the projector/TV and central air. One of the ovens is a bit janky and needs some tuning, some of the curtains are broken and do not lift up. However, I would still recommend this property for a family getaway as it is absolutely incredible and would 100% stay here again. We may even try to make it an annual trip!

Great Getaway!
We stayed at this property with a total of 6 couples (12 adults) for 4 nights and it was amazing. The views from the deck were incredible and the house was perfect. The game room was the highlight and the house was very comfortable for all 6 couples. Only issue was crystal lake, the lake nearby the house, has a beach but it’s for Eaton residents only. We drove an extra 20 minutes to Westons Beach and it was worth the trip if your looking to swim. The house has everything you need and the host was great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!
Even though we caught terrible weather over 4th of July weekend, what a phenomenal place to be stuck inside of. Tons of space, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and the game room? WOW. A bar, projector, ping pong, pool, card table, air hockey and more! I highly recommend this place if your looking for a place to go away with a bunch of friends or seberal couples.

The property is breathtaking and the caretaker made the check and and out process stress free. He was also available for questions and willing to come to the house for help. We loved staying here and will definitely return!
