Great complex but noisy at night.

The apartment is spacious, with balkonies and own bathrooms. It was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was excellent. Our flight was delayed and despite our late arrival Nelly was waiting for us and gave us all information we needed. She organised all transports and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. Lovely lady cleaned our apartment, checked for towels and took rubish every day. The location was great, only few minutes from the beach. This was very important for us as we had two elderly women in our group. Sunny beach is flat, not hilly like Sveti Vlas and it was suitable for them. The kids loved the pool. The beach was great.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and very low, which was a problem for the elderly ladies. There was no mosquito net in one bedroom,which also felt very hot due to direct sunshine. (The other 2 bedrooms benefit from the huge trees). However, there is A/C in all rooms. The biggest problem was a noise coming from the Regina hotel (our complex was very quite at night,no problem there). Late music, karaoke till 2-3 am, drunk people passing...Impossible to sleep and get up early. We wanted to book some trips but they all start at 8am. Cannot be done after 4 hours of sleep. We booked Khan's tent which was amazing and went to Nessebar by boat. Also recommended.

Exceptional

The apartment was big and clean. Great location and close to the beach and many restaurants. The pool was excellent, as was the restaurant/bistro located on site.Very safe area. We wouldn't usually return to the same place but will definitely be back. Communication with MNG was excellent, as was the connection from and to the airport.

Great location

Dimitrij, our host, was extremely helpful. He provided transfer from/to the airport, which was fast and smooth. Whenever we had a problem he answered fast and helped. The apartment has an excellent location: close to the beach, entertainment facilities, transport, shops. It's large enough and well-equipped. The cleaning lady took the garbage every day and even changed the towels during our one week stay.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, the apartment was rather worn - it needs doing up and a thorough cleaning.

Great value

The apartment is spacious, it has a pretty big terrace and the location is ideal. There's supermarkets within a very short distance from the apartment and plenty of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it. The host is extremely friendly and helpful also!

Enjoyable stay, nice sunny weather and cheap enough to eat out every night.

Complex that it is on was clean and tidy, with a decent cheap friendly bar/ restaurant and shop which was good value for money. Not far from beach and strip where there was loads of restaurants and bars. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment which could have slept 10 people. Children enjoyed the swimming pool which was kept clean and tidy.

Apartment was in need of some Updating, non of blinds in bedrooms working properly. Limited amount of cutlery and chinaware, seal had gone on fridge- freezer and it was outside the broken kitchen unit. Hallway had wardrobes in which was used as storage for sheets and towels and cleaning lady would come in and get them anytime she required any, even if we were still in apartment. Not much of a view from balcony owing to big trees in way.
