About this apartment rental

UNIT 1 A is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the ground level. It is fully self-contained and suits up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have Q size beds with the availability of a foldout divan in the living area.
ALL LINEN is SUPPLIED (with the exception of beach towels)
UNIT 1 A is PET FRIENDLY, HOWEVER, GUESTS INTENDING TO BRING THEIR DOG MUST NOTIFY MANAGEMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. SURCHARGE $20 per day or $70 per week, CONDITIONS APPLY.

The comfortable living area includes a small kitchenette with a glass cook top, microwave, fry pan, crockery, cutlery & other necessary cooking items. NO dishwasher.
The bathroom and laundry are accessible from the living area. All necessary laundry & toilet requisites supplied.
OUTSIDE THE UNIT THERE IS A GAS BBQ, WITH TABLE AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE, leading onto a well cared for native garden with ocean views. An outdoor shower is located outside Unit 1 A, for the purpose of removing sand after being on the beach.
The total complex is fully fenced.
Shared Space for one car in lock up garage available.
PAYMENT: CREDIT CARD FACILITIES AVAILABLE, or DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO A SPECIFIED BANK ACCOUNT.

*UNITS 1 (UPPER LEVEL) & UNIT 2 (LOWER LEVEL), CAN BE BOOKED AS 3 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE. UNITS ARE SEPARATED ON GROUND FLOOR BY AN INTERNAL DIVIDING DOOR THAT CAN REMAIN OPEN. THIS CONFIGURATION CAN ACCOMMODATE NINE GUESTS.

LOCATION. Strathmore Lodge is conveniently situated at 1/35 Watonga St, across from the Lighthouse Beach Shopping Centre. This area is quite flat so is accessible for all ages. Here there are excellent coffee and cake shops, Malaysian Restaurant, Take Away fish and chips, BBQ chickens, Hamburger shop, hairdresser, massage therapist, post office, convenience store, butcher, bottle shop, dentist, doctor, town bus, taxi.


At Emerald Downs, 2-3 mins drive you will find a supermarket, chemist, newsagent, tavern, bakery & service station.

This townhouse is in a great location so close to the beach, shops and places to eat. Our dog was able to safely run around in the backyard with both dog parks and beaches very close by. We had a great stay.

Only stayed the one night as it was a pit stop on the way to Brisbane but the accommodation was as advertised and dog friendly.

Great location, walking distant to beach and local shops. Little disappointed with bits of rubbish left laying around from previous guests. Comfortable bedding, overall enjoyable stay :)

Comfortable and clean. Wonderful for my dog and myself. Only negative was a caretaker/maintenance man ?came and left the gate open.
