The property is really nicely decorated and when we arrived we noticed so many lovely little touches. A bath robe, slippers, a bottle opener, a kettle (we have stayed in a lot of hotels in Europe and very often there is no kettle and we have to buy our own bottle opener so this was good for us). Breakfast was lovely, fresh eggs and juice every morning and lots of other buffet style items. The owner and other staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was nice and our balcony was beautiful with the best view of the volcanoes. A little out of the main parts of Naples but no problem for us as we love walking anyway and public transport is available. Also we found it nice being away from the busier parts of the city. Would definitely recommend
There wasn’t anything really. We did get A little confused by what door we had to go into when returning to the property (when we’d got to level 3) but think that was our own stupidity and too much red wine

Ci dovrebbe essere maggiore attenzione alla competitività dei prezzi

Host was perfect, the view was perfect, everything was very clean.
The private bathroom was located in the corridor. Not convenient, at all. This was not clearly mentioned beforehand.

Spectacular location with ocean views. Our hostess, Elvira was wonderful, helping arrange transportation and offering advice on how to deal with the fact that our airline lost our luggage. A made to order breakfast was delicious. Each room has a separate split level AC unit.

The host is the best. She has a wonderful, clean, modern, well stocked apartment in a great location with a fabulous view. Communication is terrific. You will enjoy your stay!

great location and beautiful b&b. room was lovely and breakfast room was beautiful

The apartment is located quite high up and therefore has amazing views. We booked two rooms: A master bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. We did have a bathroom which was down the hall. Just be aware though that there is another room with an ensuite. Although the bathroom was exclusively for us, the hall was used by all three rooms.
The breakfast was amazing. Elvira and her helper cooked fresh eggs in the morning and there was a cold buffet to choose as well. My kids especially loved the pastry and biscuits and the yoghurt. Lots of choices.
Elvira spent time giving us some advice about restaurants and transport in the area so we felt quite confident exploring Naples. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place. We felt very welcomed. Thanks Elvira!

I like everything, the location is perfect, not crowded, silent, safe, and near the sea, the view is perfect! Breakfast is great, and different, also you drink coffee or tea and snack, fruits anytime

#1 Everyone involved was phenomenal. Count on exceptional communication from Elvira as you approach your stay, no matter how many crazy questions you may have. Antonio, the porter, and Suzy who provided breakfast went above and beyond, always with a smile. #2 Sunset and Moon rise over Naples Bay from the terrace of the room, spectacular. #3 Bright, clean room and breakfast room. #4 Two bedside USB charging stations. Seriously the best room amenity ever when you’re in a country with a different shape electric plug!! Bravissimi!!
These are not complaints. Just facts: It’s Naples, not Disney world. Set your expectations appropriately. There’s a lot of traffic of all sorts rushing around. There’s nowhere to park and the apartment is built into the side of a limestone cliff which requires you to take two separate elevators and some stairs. The location is out of the way and the buses run erratically. For a couple all the pros far, far exceed the challenges. If you’re traveling with small children and all their stuff perhaps not so much.

spacious as it is not a room only but includes dining and living room and balcony.
The host Elvira is super friendly and helpful, like family.

quite and beautiful view

Extremely welcoming reception and helpfulness of the host Elvira, including meeting us on the first day and providing recommendations for where to eat close by. Gorgeous views from the terrace
Bed was slightly short so my partner’s feet hung off the end. Also regarding locwtion, for a short stay in Napoli it would be more convenient to stay closer to the city centre, as this was the pick up point for Pompei tours and we needed to walk 15 min then take a metro train to get there

Elvira is a super hostess and everything is catered for .. the place is a little oasis just outside the center of Naples.. the kayak trip from Bagno Sirena was a great way to explore the area
The entrance at first felt a little like a sci-fi experience like ‘inception’ but this fits right in with the Posillipo way of building we now understand

The view is spectacular and the host was very helpful in booking transfers, her daughters welcomed us on arrival and were so lovey. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious with everything you need for b&b. We really enjoyed drinks on the balcony, amazing!
A few things I think worth knowing before booking.
There are cameras in all the communal areas and that made us feel quite uncomfortable and unable to relax, I feel the balcony is not safe for young children (it’s very high !) , the apartment room is not a private apartment it’s two rooms off a communal hallway with a bathroom at the end of the hall. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. Be aware that it’s 2 small lifts (and several sets of steps) to get up to the apartment- it’s difficult if you have a lot of bags and it was hard work with a buggy! Not for families with kids in my opinion but if you’re a couple travelling it might be ideal.

The cleanliness of the room was A+
Breakfast was a delight in the common area. Elvira is a wonderful hostess🤍

Elvira is a superhost. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Every little thing is taken care of.
The location is fantastic: the terrace with the view towards Vesuvius is to die for. What's more, we spent first half of the day on this terrace instead of enjoying the surroundings!
The breakfast is adequate and the cleanliness of everything is exemplary.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Room with sea view and a beautiful terrace on a quit location, just far enough from the hectic centre of Naples.
Elvira was a perfect host, always in a super mood, serving extensive yummy breakfast ...and even taking care of pizza delivery occasionnally !!

bedroom was beatyful and cozy, view amazing, breakfast really good
we didn't like the fact that our ‘private bathroom’ was located in the hallway, where other guests in the apartment move. with 9month old baby such solution is not convenient and that fact should be listed out in booking.com. in my opinion right now info in booking.com is misleading

Breakfast was delicious and good choice, room we stayed in was large with stunning views of the ocean, large balcony also perfect to sit out on
Quite a distance from town, need to walk to bus stop/metro but perfect if wanting to stay in a quieter region

Fantastic welcome from our host. Could not have been more helpful and obliging. Highly recommended.
Having to leave!

Even though the place is a bus ride from the center of Napoli, it's incredibly worth it for the calm and beauty of Posilipo. The view of Vesuvius and the bay from the B&B is spectacular, and Elvira is very warm and caring. We were alone there for the first three days and it was very restful.
It's quite a journey to get up to the B&B from the street, it's many floors up, two elevators, makes it hard to pop out again once you get in.

The view is fantastic and the property was within walking distance of Naples. The bed was comfortable too!
You have to pay extra for parking but that’s pretty normal if you’re staying in Naples.

Great host. Great view. Great service. Super clean and tidy. Posillipo is the perfect location
The entrance is a bit intimidating, but it adds to the experience!

Elvira was an amazing host from start to finish. What a delightful and kind lady. She was very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was great.
Only downside is that we did not know it is like a B&B setting and another room was sharing the living room and dining room space with us. We thought it was a flat and we booked it for ourself only.
