Easy contactless check in. Great location!
The stairs were quite noisy

Quiet, very central, good place to stay for a few nights, kitchen with snacks and drinks for guests
Steep climb to guest house, difficult with suitcases

the staff, room and general Appartement was lovely! comfortable bed and bathroom was nice.
curtains let in a lot of light in the morning so be prepared for an early start! If I came to Lisbon again I might have stayed in a different area, walking from the apartment to the city centre didn’t always feel the most safe and relaxed, I’m glad I wasn’t travelling alone.

I booked this place very last minute, but it fit the bill for what I needed -- I was working remotely while meeting up with coworkers + needed a place to stay in a pinch.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice enough + for the price in the city, it's really affordable. It was perfect to stay solo + the wifi worked really well.
It took some thought to decide when to leave + come back to the room as the property is up a HUGE hill + then the room I stayed in was at the very top (up like 6 flights of stairs), but I did know this ahead of time so I just planned for it. The location was a bit far from things, but you truly can't beat the price.

Very comfortable room, good location even if it's on the top of a hill. Nice communal kitchen facilities. Good value for money

Excellent location, clean room, easy check in, everything you needed for a base to explore central Lisbon and good value for money.

They were willing to offer us a bigger room free of charge. The staff was good and the room was nice and clean.
The location of the guesthouse is not very good. Also, when we arrived for the check-in, we couldn't enter the building, because the main door was locked and it wasn't possible to open it with the code. There was nobody there from the staff, so we had to wait for another guest to open the door for us.

Great location up on a hill in the heart of Lisbon and close to historical monuments, squares, metro stations, parks and restaurants - to name a few. Within a lively, bustling and colourful neighbourhood that speaks the hearts of its people, this place will not disappoint those who find contentment in simplicity. I took the warmth of the people with me when I left Lisbon and it felt as though I never left it. If you look for something lavish, you should look elsewhere. Otherwise, this is your place to be, explore and experience. (I used the communal kitchen every morning enjoying a cup of coffee and exchanging "bom dia"s with numerous smiling faces).

I liked basically everything. The kitchen had every kind of comfort: free coffee, tea, water and cereals to start the day; all the pottery you needed; anche a big and clean space to eat your meals while enjoying some cool exchanges of words with the other people living in the apartment. Moreover, the landlord was really kind and available.
The position (uphill located) and my room (the last one upstairs) was a bit energy demanding but perfect for temporary solution like mine. However, it is near one of the most historical part of the city so quite an advantage in this sense

The property was located very central (five minute walk from rossio station, fifteen minutes to the waterfront). There are many restaurant’s on the same street and is a generally safe location. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were offered room complimentary room cleaning and the owner helped us store our luggage after check out!

Lovely street with lots of local and International restaurants (sushi bar, seafood bar, Senegalese restaurant, etc.), cereals & hot drink options are provided for free, the rooms are quiet and the bed was super comfortable.
Mostly, Ana is a lovely host quick - very quick to respond to both queries and little hiccups.

It was close to two stations
The room was small and our mobile phones didn’t have reception inside the room.

Clean.
If you are a Solo Lady traveller, maybe you like to consider some place more bustling.
To get to the accommodation at night, one need to go up flights of stairs n stairs. n it's all very quiet, especially in winters when the sky is dark by 530pm.

That it was very close to Rossio and Maxim Moniz on the green line and there are excellent family run restaurants within 5 minutes treck down the hill. There are also convenience stores, a fishmonger and butcher plus great little bars and cafes to cater for every make of traveller.
The stairs were a bit steep and noisy when other guests were entering/exiting their rooms. There are 7 rooms that I counted when I went looking for laundry space to hang my clothes on a line, as the dryer was bust. But the fact that they had a washing machine was a bonus. You have to be fit for exploring Lisbon overall!

The home was very nice very clean lots of lights natural. It was a quiet area and Barbara was just very nice and very helpful.
The location seems to be very good but there is a lot of steps to take to get to the hotel so I need to think when I want to leave and come back. In the night it’s not a very safe zone to walk by yourself and it’s very important to take it in a consider. But overall I’m very pleased with this choice
