Tolle, entspannte Unterkunft mit gutem Service und tollem Personal

Die Lager und das perfekte Personal .

Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein. Marmelade und Tee fehlten.

Quelques améliorations nécessaires..

La vue sur le lac est superbe et le personnel très agréable (en espagnol).

La chambre est sommaire. Le lit est assez petit (et le drap aussi). Pas d'intimité possible car la porte de la salle de bain (à quelques centimètre du lit), ne ferme pas. La porte vitrée qui donne sur le lac ne ferme pas non plus, mais nous n'avons pas eu de problème, apparemment c'est sécure.

Perfect stay in Guatapè!

All the staff, in particular Sandra, were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! ❤️ We really felt like home during the stay. The breakfast was super good and the view was relaxing and astonishing. Super recommended!

1 Nacht aber 2 sind in Guatape besser!

Super nette Eigentümerin, herzlich, zuvorkommend - einfach super. Gute Lage: ruhig und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur lebhaften Innenstadt.

Licht in den Zimmern ist gruselig, an den Betten gar keine Lampen. Die Matratzen sind super hart.

Great Guatape

The best thing about this property is the view and the staff. Sandra and the day team in particular were fantastic in conversing with us at length and even offering us a room for the night with a better view when it came free - the views are amazing also!

The shower sometimes runs cold and is a bit hit and miss

It feels like coming home

Wir wurden mit großer Freundlichkeit und Wärme willkommen geheißen. Sandra ist eine äußerst gastfreundliche und herzliche Frau, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum See und zum El Peñol, auch auf der Frühstücksterasse kann man eine wunderbare Aussicht genießen. Sehr ruhige Lage, das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht, la Madriguera ist aber auch für mehrere Nächte absolut empfehlenswert.

De locatie met prachtige uitzicht over het water, het vriendelijke personeel

Wij hadden de bungalow aan het water die wel wat klein was kwa ruimte maar het uitzicht maakte veel goed. De douche had maar een klein straaltje water.

Great stay

I had a very pleasant stay at la Madriguera. The hotel is located a bit outside the town, which is why its very calm at night. From my room I had a great view over the lake and the mountains. The staff was very helpful and nice.

I loved the warm welcome and treatment I received by Sandra from the front desk. She assisted me with booking a tour and was incredibly kind and helpful as I was traveling alone and this was my first time in Guatape. The views from the hotel were amazing and my room and bathroom were clean and tidy. I would absolutely stay there again!

Exceptional

This place was incredible! The view from the common space and the rooms is so beautiful. My friend and I literally felt like home, thanks to the generous staff. Let's say that Mia, the adooorable cat, added something to it as well ;) You can rent kayaks or paddleboards directly at the hotel: it's worth doing it!

nice and quiet accommodation not far from the center of Guatape, you can see the beautiful surroundings from the terrace, lovely hosts who were there to help us, great value for the price

The staff is fantastic. The location is minutes walk to town. Very safe.

This night they had a band for a party. The music was until midnight. It is not a regular occurrence so I forgave. The only part is paying. They want cash and Bancolombia bank transfer. It made paying the 1/2 they required very difficult. Money wire transfers. Waiting for confirmations. I was 100% not thrilled with the payment process

we had a fantastic stay!

very clean, First Impression just incredible, the housing is really beautiful, rooms are light and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. great view, very calm and safe. kayak rental available for 40K for 4 hours

the mattress of the bed was quite old. when you order a granola bowl you get cornflakes with flavoured yoghurt. the better option I would say is a selection of the eggs with some sides. but these are just minor things. we had a fantastic stay!

Friendly staff, nice cat, nice views.

I think I got the worst room in the property and in my entire stay in Colombia, although I paid more or less the same price every night anywhere else and the standards were much higher. First of all the bed was totally uncomfortable - mattress sinking in the bed with a metal bar in the middle. Nightmare. The bathroom has a bit of mould, took 10min for the hot water, no net in the shower window, in the evening plenty of insects are coming in. The room was noisy - in the night you could hear everything from the possessions nearby (some loud conversations) and in the morning like 7ish first construction works started. At a certain point at 8am a gardener started looking through my open window. The room has literally no equipment - a cold white bulb, bed and built in closet. Not even a bed lamp for reading (since there is no TV, which for that price was a standard in Colombia). No coffee for breakfast - pay extra. And the worst attitude came at the end, as I checked out and wanted to hang out in the garden for two hours before my bus was leaving - I was told by staff that gardens belong to better rooms (and although nobody was there, as it was checkout time) I was told off to be there. There is better and chealer accommodation in Guatape.
