Excellent accommodations. Beautiful location and super chill

Everything about the experience was spot on. The ONLY issue we had were the mosquitoes and there was a giant dead German cockroach in the closet of the second bedroom when we arrived and another under the master was a few days later. So whatever was used to kill them was working but I would highly suggest removing the plant at the front door because mosquitoes seem to love it and stay there. They are sucked in as soon as the door is opened.

Just the bugs. I also purchased bug spray. We did not sit outside as when we’re about to there were two very large spiders and I didn’t want to attempt sitting on the cushions and something waiting. So I sprayed and killed them but it was pretty much a done deal from that point on sitting on the very very beautiful patio.

Perfect for the guys getaway, golf, GA FL game long weekend.

Simple, she called me with the code to the lock box, I picked up after hours and returned after hours very easy.

Maybe clearer marking for the condo #

We loved the space! It was a little big for just two of us but we will book for additional guests next year! Love the privacy and the screened in porch was a great place to relax.

The *only* thing that would help is curtains or blinds on the living room windows. It just seems too open at night, but that’s just my opinion

Quiet and off the beaten path. Location was in excellent shape having recently been renovated. Would recommend others to stay and definitely stay here again, but longer next time.

Excellent overall, furnishings, cooking items, and layout. There were some issues that need to be addressed but they did not detract from our stay.

Not really the property but the key pickup and instructions to get to the property were misleading and quite confusing. Mainly the address given was incorrect. Some kind of map/ written instructions would have been nice. Also the local property managers were unfamiliar with this property . There supposedly is a pool but we never found it. I feel the management company is just not on top of the property including reporting to the owner regarding minor maintenance issues.

Pleasant Weeklong Stay on Amelia Island

The condo was updated, clean and amply supplied. It was quite close to a number of public beach options. It was about a twenty minute drive to historic downtown and also close to nature parks and bike paths.

No problems WITH the unit, but the property management company could have better explained where to park, where to find pool, and didn't provide a pool key card at check in. By sheer luck I was able to find someone to help me with the key card since the after hours call service did not deem this an emergency even though it was a Saturday evening and it would have otherwise meant waiting till Monday to use the pool. I left the PM a review upon check out so that these kinds of issues can hopefully be addressed in a way that helps future guests.
