did not have to go to the Omni Hotel front desk to check in or check out - the view of the ocean was awesome from this villa!!!!

The resort and amenities were amazing. The staff in all areas were great, from front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping.
Our villa had major issues, but they staff was quick to help us and make us feel comfortable.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was so quite and inviting. The staff was amazing and i hope to come back soon.
We stayed in the villas. We were in 2302. I honestly belive that the mattress was made before i was born. I'm 47. When was the last time you slept on a spring mattress and the springs were poking through. I think my ribs are bruised. The property was 1000%. The mattress.....I should have slept in the truck.

Staff at reception, housekeeping and engineering (for tv and Wi-Fi setup) were courteous, friendly, and competent.
Grounds and resort amenities are excellent, we particularly enjoyed the short golf course, Bob’s steakhouse, and the Verandah. Hard to get reservations on Thursday night of our visit.
Oak marsh golf course was in good condition and fun to play - the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Linens clean
Beds comfortable
Furniture dated from 1970s. Not clean enough to sit on the couch without a towel cover.
Appliances are dated and unappealing look to the kitchen. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and oven.
Televisions at least 20 years old - not easy to use and there were no instructions.
Wi-Fi did not work; staff was able to apply a work around using another villa’s system
Bathroom toilet was so low it reminder us if kindergarten facilities. Plumbing fixtures and sink date from the 1970s too.
Tub drained slowly and shower curtain old and rusty.
We are embarrassed for you, in that you are renting a property that shows poorly, needs major upgrades and rents for a considerable price. The rental was well below our expectations.
Someone from your staff should review this offering with a view to your reputation

Nice tram service to and from villas to Omni hotel, beautiful
Rooms at villas were subpar. Felt old. Electrical didn't work right. Difficult internet access. My mothers room never got internet or tv service. Expensive price for low quality food.

I love the hotel and the staff was so friendly
The condo could use a little updating . The deck by the condo pool needs attention.

Brought 3 of my grandchildren (ages 22, 20 and 15) to stay in your resort. We stayed in a villa. It was all 1st rate and they had a fabulous time. They had never been anywhere like The Omni Plantation and they appreciated every moment. Staff, food and amenities were just wonderful. Thanks so much for everything!!
Resources for the handicapped and senior citizens were difficult to find. I found the elevator from the pool level to the lobby only by following another senior on the last day. I did not see any sign that pointed the way to get to it. There were a lot of ramps but not a lot of signs showing the best way to find the best way for the handicapped to get around. Other than that, it was perfect!!

After upgrading to an oceanfront villa, experience much better. Access to beach, pool and restaurants was very good.
Disappointed in first villa. In a secluded area next to tennis courts. no easy beach access. difficult to get luggage into villa, no elevator & limited access from parking lot to villa.
Oceanfront villa was a bit shabby, needed upgrading of furniture and more kitchen linens. We had to use our own!!
Prices in restaurant were very high!

Surprised that we were on the Omni property and had use of all of the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not good. Both beds were broken and you felt as if you would fall out during the night. The microwave/coffee machine was in the bathroom; gross! No mini fridge. No view of the ocean, so of course not beachfront as we thought. Screen was broken on the sliding glass door so we never used the patio.

The ability to get a room at the hotel because the villa did not have internet service.
The room at the villa was dark and dreary and the carpet wasn’t clean.

Beautiful property with lots to offer. can easily get turned around if you’re not paying attention. Loved being right next to the beach but not all places have a view. Cool markets, restaurants and pools to cover anything you need.
Seagulls attacking people eating outside by the pool.

The property was gorgeous. The resort had everything you could want or need, playgrounds for the kids were great, nature trails, beach access. I could go on and on it was wonderful! But the best thing was the staff they were amazing and kind and so helpful. The room we originally booked the air conditioner wasn’t working I called to see if they could fix and that wasn’t an option due to parts so they took us from our villa and upgraded us to an ocean front room in the hotel. They gave us complementary drinks and an appetizer in the hotel bar they were going to give us free breakfast but the conference we were there for was already providing it. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you to all the staff from front desk to the bellman to the bartender and house keeping! I wish I could remember everyone’s names because you were all AMAZING!!! traveling with a 2yr old and 14 yr old could have been a disaster with no air day 1 and my 2yr old having an accident all over our bed at 10pm on day 2 . The staff made it amazing and relaxing thank you for being so caring and nice.
It was hard to navigate such an large property with the security gates most of which are electronic.

The breakfast buffet was great!
The room had several deficiencies (1) Iron board would not stay open(2) the iron cord would retract(3) the sliders were difficult to open (4) the closet door kept falling off (5) there was a ceiling access panel that look like it was about to fall.

the Villas offer more space, amenities like kitchen and washer/dryer while still enjoying the resort style as you wish. They make it easy with the shuttle bus to get around the property!
