This is a great vacation home for a family. It was easy to get to the beach and the pool was nice for the kids when it just became too hot for them on the beach.

We have been to Rosemary several times, once again it didn't disappoint. The house was the perfect house to entertain a wide array of ages. Beautiful home with lots of space! The location was perfect for our family. Very close to beach access point, across street from playground, and easy walk to tennis courts. Most private pools in Rosemary are very small but this one is a little larger than most. My toddler and teenagers used the house pool every day. Living/kitchen is on the third floor with a great porch to enjoy at night. There is an elevator which makes it easy to get your groceries to third floor. Bikes included too! Love this house!

We had the most incredible family vacation at this home . The entertaining space was amazing .. The kitchen beyond perfect for large groups .. and perfect for our private Chef from Blue Magnolia !!
We played card games , enjoyed all the bikes and beach toys, just at the end of our boardwalk .. literally ! We walked easily into town and biked to the gym … and drove easily to nearby 30A towns .. it was perfect and will be back !

This was a trip for our family of a lifetime and this house did not disappoint! The best part was stepping outside the front door and walking down the path straight to the beach! Perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of beach supplies including umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Memory Maker at "Seas the Day!"
What a wonderful 50th Anniversary Vacation with our family of 6 adults and 4 children! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for our grandkids and the beach was just a minute away. We loved every minute! You couldn't have asked for a better location since it was so close to the beach and just a short walk to Rosemary Beach Town square with unique restaurants and shops. Also, there was a cute little playground right across the street from the house. Perfect for our kids! Joy was great and was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this house!!!

We had a lovely time. The home was perfect for 3 families of 4. The older kids loved the cottage. The younger kids loved their area with the PlayStation. The adults had their own space and kitchen was large enough for all to come together.

We had a great stay. The location is second to none. This is the 4th time we've rented this house and it's really the amazing customer service we get from Joy that keeps us coming back. The house has a lot of bikes and paddle boards and space for guests and family. We would like to see some areas maintained a bit more, as some of the furniture is starting to show wear and tear over the years. We still plan to come back again.

This house is perfect for a family group. It is spacious with the perfect layout. This is our second time renting and it did not disappoint. The house is very well maintained at a high level and beautifully appointed with high end designer finishes. The kitchen had everything we needed for us and for our chef. Location is in the most quiet part of Rosemary, yet steps from the beach. The back yard and pool are simply wonderful. We have both owned and rented multiple houses in Rosemary and this house is hard to beat! A bonus is all the bikes and water toys! The property management is very professional and responsive at all times, for anything. If you are considering and looking for a first class house, do not hesitate!

Exhausting
We enjoyed the beach tremendously, although bad weather the first part of our stay due to a tropical storm. The kitchen being on the third floor was exhausting with the amount of children we had with us. The house had an elevator in it but was very small and I didn’t feel the kids should bother with it. Several things not working. Overall everyone had a great time and a good workout.

Fabulous home within minutes to beach and town
This home was perfect for our family of six. It easily could’ve slept more as well. It is just steps from the ocean and from the top deck you have a beautiful view of the water and can hear the waves and feel the breeze. Being so close to the ocean was priceless. It was also nice to be within two minutes of the community pool. The home also sits right next to the kids playground which is fun for younger ones. The best part as well was how close the Rosemary shops and restaurants were. On foot, everything is just a five minute walk. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator was a nice touch! The home was clean, well decorated and very spacious and well laid out. The kids bunk room with attached game room was a huge hit in our family! We will definitely stay there again!

A perfect Rosemary Beachhouse
This house was outstanding. Service and communication with Joy, the property manager, was great. She was 100% responsive before, during and after. It was just as pictured. Decor was tasteful and updated. House was very well equipped and maintained impeccably. We loved the location which was not too close to the busy and crowded town center. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We were a family party of all adults and house had multiple perfect spaces, rooms and decks to have privacy and work remote. We owned a house in Rosemary for many years and I can say this is one of the best in Rosemary. The kitchen was perfect for our private chef to work in. We cannot wait to return to this house!

We rented Seas The Day for a second year in a row and it did not disappoint. We were pleased to see the owner heard our feedback and provided step stools for our little ones and also did some upgrades (new refrigerator, paint, etc.) to the house. The kitchen is outstanding - we are always cooking at home and everything worked extremely well, including the outdoor grill. We love the proximity to the boardwalk and the ability to have heat in the pool. The carriage house is also very nice to have so that we could invite friends or family. The carriage house seems to be missing the dining table that was shown in the photo, so our guests ate by the pool or came to our upstairs kitchen. The weather was really beautiful, so it worked out fine. 11 paddle boards was plenty, but I wonder if a pedal boat or something along those lines could allow for another experience? The bikes are in need of a tune-up, several of them had chains that had fallen off and the only child bike needs handles. The manager has said new bikes will be purchased, so we are looking forward to seeing those during our next stay!

Best beach trip yet
We had an incredible trip. The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, quiet location only steps from the beach. Furnishings are clean and new and rooms are well apportioned for all guests. We particularly enjoyed making use of the pool after long hot days at the beach. Additionally, the property manager was friendly,
attentive to any need, and made our arrival seamless. We could not have been more pleased and hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seas The Day. The only shortfall were the three story stairs, but it's our own fault for not using the nice elevator. The way the houses are built, there's no way around not going up! We will definitely be back! Joy was wonderful to work with. Hate we had to leave.

Wonderful house and vacation
We had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach and loved everything about the house! The location is convenient and it's easy to ride bikes to many great restaurants and shops. We loved being so close to the beach also! The house was very clean, well furnished and had a well stocked kitchen. It was so nice to have beach towels, paddle boards, boogie boards and lots of bikes. Joy, the property manager, really made our trip. She was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. She is organized and very helpful in every way. We loved Seas the Day and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful House located to the boardwalk to Rosemary Beach
This is our first time staying with Elite 30A and we loved Seas the Day. This home was beautiful and really allowed our family to experience the beauty of Rosemary Beach. We had 4 young adults and 4 teens in our group and the house came equipped with boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs and plenty of bikes for a full house of 11! When they said "bring your sunblock and smile" they were not kidding even down to the beach towels and 2 beach wagons.
Elite 30A has been a fantastic company to work with and Joy definitely will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to 30A and we will definitely be using Elite 30A again.

A great house in a great location

Amazing house
The house is spacious, well designed and the location can't be beat. Management was extremely personable and responsive and generous with all the supplies - paper towels, bath and beach towels, dishwasher pods, bikes, beach toys and paddle boards. The location is on the outer edge of Rosemary, so it was nice and quiet. The kids also loved the pool. We had one of the best stays. We will want to continue booking as long as the house is well maintained. It is just starting to show a bit of age in some areas but we are definitely coming back.

Off season vacation
We throughly enjoyed staying at Seas The Day. We visited during the off season of summer and had a wonderful time. The house manager is very easy to contact. Only issue we had was a refrigerator was on the fritz but the house manager took care of us and informed us they had a new fridge on order. The house was spacious for our large family. The pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the visit. We look forward to referring our friends and staying at another Elite 30A property.
