About this house rental
Nestled within the aptly named Waters Edge community in Seacrest Beach, Wilder Dreams is a sprawling six-bedroom estate with space for everyone. Your group will love the proximity to the bright blue ocean waters and gentle sea breezes. Plus, the oceanfront swimming pool and fire pit are the ideal spots to relax with cocktails and conversation at the end of each day. You can use the six provided bicycles to peddle into Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach for an afternoon lunch or a leisurely dinner.
The main great room is located on the second level, allowing for gorgeous natural light and stunning panoramic views. The interior of the space has been thoughtfully drenched in soothing neutrals and creams, a color scheme that allows the breathtaking turquoise of the ocean to take center stage. Slipcovered sofas face an 85" FRAME TV, while glass doors lead outside onto the exquisite Gulf-front terrace.
An expansive formal dining table is illuminated by beaded chandeliers and leads directly into the gourmet-style kitchen. There’s a large island with plenty of extra seating, plus bright white cabinets surrounding the full suite of premier appliances, including a smooth top electric range, a double wall oven, and a massive refrigerator.
The first bedroom is located on this main level and includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Also on the lower level, the second bedroom has a luxe king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Finishing out the first floor, the third and fourth bedrooms have built-in bunks that house a twin-over-queen-size bed and a trundle. The two bunk rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. You will find a fifth room on the second level holding a queen-sized bed.
Climb the stairs to the top floor, where the ultra-private and final primary bedroom suite awaits. With an upholstered king-size bed, HDTV, and a private balcony that overlooks the Gulf, this space is like a secluded sanctuary. This room also includes a sitting area, and the spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The house was in the perfect location, it was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were perfect sized for all of our needs. The pool on the other hand was dirty and in need of repairs, we had to call for light repair in pool. The vents on the floors need to be cleaned but other than that we would definitely come back.

The house has the most beautiful view! All new appliances, cold a/c, plenty of room. Beautifully furnished and clean. Perfect location. Walking distance to downtown (2 blocks). Little grocery store right across the street was very handy. The teens loved using the bikes to explore. The balcony is the I my one like it taking you out farther than the other houses. My only notes are about the mattresses. Others have mentioned that they need replacing and they are correct. Almost every one of them has deep divots which make sleeping much less comfortable. Also the bathtub downstairs doesn’t have a a bathtub spout. Just a shower head so you have to fill the bath using the shower head which takes FOREVER and makes a mess. Other than that the house was beautiful and we would definitely stay again! Property mama get met us at check in and explained a few things. Was very very accommodating and kind. Thank you!

Location is perfect. Property needs love. Pool was dirty. The windows in the main room have moisture between the panes clouding the view greatly diminishing the vistas portrayed online. House smelt like mold for 24 hours and had to be aired out. Needs internal paint. For this price point, look elsewhere. Disappointing and reduced the enjoyment of a great spot.

The location of this house cannot be beat! You’re right in the middle of all the great places and can walk virtually everywhere. The views and sunsets from the porch are incredible. We had a few minor issues with the house but the management team was very responsive and quick to help us. I would recommend booking this home. It worked great for our group of 11 during spring break.

You really couldn't ask for a better location. This house is amazingly private but also a quick walk to the center of action. Amazing dwelling, great view, secure beach, and a killer serenity. It was clean, the team was responsive, friendly and attentive. We loved it.

We had a great time. the house is in a very good location, however the fact that 8 of the 16 people are in a bunk room made it a bit difficult for our group. I would not book this house again for that reason. House had a roof leak the night before we moved in so had a bucket in living room during our stay. We also received notes on our cars for parking in parking spaces along side road in community.

The property was as advertised and the view was incredible. Water's Edge is a nice location, very close to Rosemary. The house was tidy and clean with the standard list of items needed for a rental, and nothing more. 30A Rentals was Fantastic, and literally saved the day multiple times. They are new to managing the house and we found LOADS of deferred maintenance items that they address quickly. We enjoyed our stay but for feedback purposes, here is what we noted.
We would have liked more instructions on the Induction Stove. The front door Code box was irritating because you had to enter the code Every single time you entered (no way to leave the door unlocked). The AC units were VERY loud and ran continuously regardless of the temp settings (and yes, they were set to Auto). The pool was missing the cleaning net and no beach or pool toys were to be found. The 3rd floor AC unit leaked water through the ceiling in the kitchen. The roof/patio was leaking also (in a different location) in the living room and the "water" was brown and gross and sprayed around the room when the fan was on. The light/fan switches appeared to be installed upside down (to increase fan speed you hit the Down arrow!) as were many of the Shower and Sink handles, making hot and cold/ push and pull confusing.
Overall, as mentioned, the management company was fantastic and the house has a great location. Thanks for having us!

Hello my name is Greg Bechtel. We really enjoyed Rosemary over the 4th. My sister has a vacation home in Rosemary so all of our families enjoy the week. We really enjoyed the view and the upgrades. We were impressed with the staff that helped with a couple of issues. A couple of suggestions. We were told that the house would be available between 2-5pm but we could not get in until 6:30pm. Beds did not have sheets etc. Having our 2 small granddaughters made it very difficult on them. The shrubs off the deck absolutely blocked the beach view when sitting on the deck chairs. I noticed only 3 homes had that issue the others were trimmed back. Spending big money for that view I would have liked to enjoyed the beach from all points of view. The TV could not get local network channels which would have been nice. They looked at it but was not resolved. I killed ants in the master suite. I am not complaining at all, we had a great time and loved the property. I would be willing to rent this home every week of July 4th in the future if you would be receptive to favorable pricing for returning good customers. Thanks,,,,Greg Bechtel

Absolute Paradise!
Wilder Dreams is located right on the beach front and has an incredible deck that extends out to overlook the beautiful white sands of the beach--every evening was spent there watching the beautiful sunsets! There were also a few naps taken in the "swing daybeds" on the covered porch as the waves crashed below. It was a difficult decision as to whether or not to stay out on the incredible deck or to relax in the beautifully appointed family room! We lacked nothing...you thought of everything. The location is perfect and so convenient. The privacy and shade of the beautiful pool was perfect. It was warm so we did not have a chance to light up the gorgeous, deep blue glass fire pit...maybe next time! Wilder Dreams property provided the perfect vacation for us
and we are so grateful! Can't wait to return.

Kiwi Kastle at Rosemary Beach is wonderful!
Kiwi Kastle is the perfect place to stay if you have a large family group!. We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids, ages 2-4. Because it has 3 levels and stairs, we used a baby gate to keep the small kids from playing on the stairs. The upper and main floors had amazing views of the ocean/ beach and the lower floor looked out on the wonderful pool area. And, it was only a minute’s walk to the beach, which made it so much easier with little kids! We even saw dolphins in the ocean while relaxing on the wonderful balconies of KiWi Kastle.

The location of Kiwi Kastle can't be beat. It is gulf front and easily walkable to the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach communities.

Perfection
Our favorite 30A property to date and we have been going to the area for about 15 years! Location was so very convenient. The views from the balcony were amazing and it was a super full moon as a bonus. The furnishings seemed brand new which was a treat. Plenty of seating around the pool and a kitchen table that could seat 10, the size of our group. We all loved the "good ice" maker and I was happy to have a large washing machine to fit in plenty of beach towels. Truly enjoyed our family vacation

Great location! With a very short walk to the beach, very short walk to the Peddlers pub/pavilion. The pool has a nice covering for some shade during an afternoon swim. The fire pit was a very nice place to be in the evening after the kids had gone to bed. The only challenges we had were we had to hand wash all the dishes as the dishwasher didn’t work and the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Also the electronic deadbolt lock failed (couldn’t be unlocked) and we could only enter and exit the building from the bedroom that accessed the pool. After a couple days a repair man came and replaced the lock and we were able to enter and exit through the main door again.Overall I would stay at this house again, and again and again. If you are looking for a spot to walk into Seacrest, over to Rosemary, or to Alys Beach this house has the perfect location, along with great ocean view and a 2min walk to the beach!

We loved the Kiwi Castle. The location/view is second to none. We have stayed in 4-5 other houses in this neighborhood. We like this one best of all. Jodi reached out to us before we arrived to make sure we had what we needed, then she called that evening to make sure we were settled. Very well done! We'll be back.

Our family had the best time here at Kiwi Kastle. Location is perfect. Oceanfront views you can’t beat. Plenty of space for our 12 people (6 kids). House is stocked perfectly! The pool and fire pit were a favorite also! Beach service chairs were great and the house even has boogie boards and sand buckets! Highly recommend staying here and would come back! Everything is in walking or biking distance too! We loved Kiwi Kastle!
