Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!
We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

This was a wonderful home with a great utilization of space. The location is perfect and so close to the beach access. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house was stocked with many household items. The kids had their own area on the lower level with a full kitchen and living room.

Everything as advertised and amazing location. Easy short walk to/from the beach allows you to easily run home for lunch and be back at the beautiful beach in no time. Three levels allowed plenty of room for our multigenerational family to stretch out and enjoy the time on 30a.

Fantastic house and location. Our teens were able to ride bikes to Seaside and the opposite direction to their favorite Shaved Ice place. Would definitely stay again. We were 4 families and had more than enough space for privacy when needed. Lower level is perfect for the kids!

Took my family to Santa Rosa for a vacation and our beach wedding. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone felt comfortable and enough space to spread out. The pool was a hit for everyone in the family. The location was amazing within walking distance to the beach. Great for a sunrise or sunset walk. It was nice to not have to worry about parking every time we wanted to go to the beach. The only suggestion I can give to those renting the house is to back in if you can in the driveway to pull out easier. This is due to the fact that the driveway is directly on 30A and with normal traffic and pedestrians walking and riding their bikes it is the safest thing to do. You will not be disappointed at all with this beautiful home. I would definitely rent again and the owner was great with communication and very friendly.

Had a good time at our summer 2023 stay. This house is adjacent to a large parking lot with public beach access. You should book chairs further down the beach if you want a quieter beach experience. If you like to people watch or feel safer with a lifeguard, the access next to the house works fine.

Easy walk to the beach. It only takes a couple of minutes to the ramp. The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was large enough for 15. There is a small pool that the younger kids enjoyed when we weren’t at the beach. We did love our stay but didn’t love the crowds on 30A. Golf carts helped.
Kevin, the owner, is easy to communicate with and was very helpful with all of our questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect with easy beach access, ocean view from the top floor, & close proximity to all of the fun happenings in Seaside. Our older kids loved the bottom floor living room area & bed set up & we loved them having their own space where they could enjoy each other's company without disturbing the older adults. The property manager was extremely attentive to what needed to be done if anything even before we were aware of it. Nice decor, loved having a pool to dip into when we needed a refreshing cool off, & enjoyed 4 parking spots with room to park our golf cart rental. It was a joy to get to stay here & I would definitely recommend.

Very large home with a lot of amenities. It was perfect for our family of 13. Downstairs was like a second home. Highly recommend this home.

We loved this house and its location. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated as well as having two full kitchens. The proximity to the beach is great and the private pool is a really nice addition. The only complaint was the grill needs replaced. We stay here again for sure.

Location is AMAZING....perfect and VERY close to beach. The remodel is also fantastic, but there are some things I should mention.
Spending 13-14k, you should not encounter these issues.
1. Towels - Motel 6 quality with tears and stains.
2. Downstairs bedroom is not suitable for adults....it is more of a walkthrough to get from the large bunk room to downstairs kitchen, plus doors have no locks for this room
3. There is mold on the upstairs ceiling
4. Upstairs kitchen, trash cabinet inoperable and oven coming apart
5. Owner let us know at checkin that dryer wasn't working and a new one would be delivered on Wed....not ideal, but not the end of the world....HOWEVER dryer was never delivered all week....Spent 14k on a week rental without a dryer is unacceptable....should of rented a truck or something to get it delivered.
Overall I would stay at this property again, due to the location, but better/cleaner towels would need to be provided.

Our whole family group was impressed with this house! It was large and spacious, plenty of room for all adults! The location is excellent, as it is steps from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. A big plus is the full kitchen and den on the first floor with a 2nd full kitchen and den on the 2nd floor, so the adult children had a place to go when they chose to! We know this area and its houses very well, and we recommend it 100%. The host, Kevin, is readily available to answer any questions, but we had zero issues while vacationing in his beautiful beach house. Our entire group highly recommends Chasing Seagulls for your next family/freinds beach vacation!

As Advertised!
Excellent setup and location. Beds were super comfortable (hard to find in a rental). Was nice to be able to see the ocean from the porch (great for an AM coffee or PM glass of wine). Kitchen was adequate but not stocked for extensive meal preparation. Having 2 kitchens was a bonus. Contractor working on the houses next door was very courteous and kept reasonable hours. Overall a great experience for our family. We will be back for sure.

We had 3 families stay at this property and it was simply perfect! The teenagers had the downstairs all to themselves which was a big plus for the adults. Great property for our group. We had a business trip in Sandestin and decided to stay here with our cadre. Separate rooms and space for everyone and allowed us to hang out together and bond.

Such a great weekend! The house was almost perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 kitchens and with this bunch it was very needed. The pool was a lifesaver when you came home from beach or bike ride, hot and sweaty!
Everyone had a bed, but we could have used one more bathroom.

September Stay
Great property for our group. We had a business trip in Sandestin and decided to stay here with our cadre. Separate rooms and space for everyone and allowed us to hang out together and bond.

Such a great weekend! The house was almost perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 kitchens and with this bunch it was very needed. The pool was a lifesaver when you came home from beach or bike ride, hot and sweaty!
Everyone had a bed, but we could have used one more bathroom.

The house is nicely decorated and great for a large group or family. It’s an easy walk to the beach. There is a coffee shop and beach essentials store as well as a few casual lunch places within walking distance.
A larger grocery is just a few minutes drive away , as are Seaside town , etc.
My only reservation was the pool area was small and not well maintained.

Great Location
We had an awesome time here last week. The beach was almost in our backyard! Love the updates that have been done inside. We had great spaces for all of our family. The two kitchens helped us tremendously! Would love to come back!!
