Exquisitely decorated, luxurious, tropical style 2100 square ft. three-bedroom condo located at the luxurious Vista Cay at Harbor Square resort. This is a luxury high-end condo for both the business and leisure traveler.
Gorgeous bamboo flooring in bedrooms & sitting room make this a one-of-a-kind property. Amenities include two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds, each with a flat screen HDTV which is also found in the living room. There is a wonderful formal dining room to enjoy meal just like at home. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the condo. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertop with stools and a high-top style table with stools. Full size washer and dryer.

We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.

The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:

Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.
New, upgraded deck furniture.

FAQ:
How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours are in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

Beautiful condo! Have stayed at VC every year while attending daughter's dance nationals and normally stay in the townhomes. First time staying in a condo, with three teenagers, hubby and myself. When I tell you spacious?! We never felt cramped. High ceilings, formal eating area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer in unit, lovely balcony we enjoyed all the time. Was on 3rd floor, and unfortunately upstairs had small.kids running arouns and you could hear it a lot. Bur we took it with a grain of salt, our kids were small once. Greeted with a welcome basket, really thoughtful. Quick responses and even allowed later check out, but ask in advance! Access to pool, and clubhouse, plaza across the street with Publix, fantastic pizza at NYPD Pizza other eats, a liquor store and a nail salon. Close distance to Disney parks, Universal, Top Golf and many other attractions. Thank you for the lovely space! Would highly recommend!

Great property. We were in town for volleyball tournament and arrived to find a welcome basket, plenty of Toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs and everything to get the trip started without having to run to grocery. Plenty of towels and Pool towels as well.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and quiet! Perfect set up as she had one side of the condo and I had the other. I had some questions upon my arrival and the host was great! Thank you.

I was in the immediate area attending a tech conference. The conference ran out of booked rooms at the hotel, so I ended up staying here instead, for actually less than what the hotel would have cost. The unit was well appointed and turned out to be an excellent alternative. I would highly recommend! Dave

This was exactly what we needed and more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at Vista Cay before for work trips but this was our first non work stay here. It was just about perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen stocked with utensils and some starter supplies. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and several places will deliver here although we didn’t need any. The only thing we couldn’t get to work was Airplay to project our phones to the TV. But it wasn’t an issue or necessity. If the price was lower, we would have stayed longer, even a month or so.

This condo is roomy and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need and it was also very clean. This is great for adults and/or families. Located in a nice community with a Publix across the street as well as other stores and restaurants. We were greeted with a gift basket upon arrival which was a nice touch. Great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Our recent family vacation was made exceptional by this conveniently located and spacious condo!! Its proximity to Universal Studios eliminates long, complicated traffic, and the convenience of a nearby gas station, several restaurants, and Publix grocery store made our stay worry-free. We would love to stay here again when visiting Orlando!!

Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Excellent attention to detail! We got check-in information in a timely manner without having to call and ask. The welcome basket with snacks and a few soft drinks, water bottles and juice pouches in the fridge were a nice touch. Very convenient location. Publix, Chick-fil-A and Walgreens (all of which we visited) were right around the corner or across the street. We were able to jump on I4 quickly to get to Disney and Universal parks were close by. ITZ provided starter of dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. They also provided a good hair dryer and hair products. Showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking breakfast every morning. We would definitely book through ITZ again. They will be at the top of our list.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is much larger than it looks in the pictures and was bigger than every other place we have stayed in Orlando. Place was very clean, well stocked even including a handful of drinks in the fridge. Instructions for wifi, tv and other amenities where readily available and easy to follow. We will definitely stay here on our next Orlando trip.

As soon as we checked in, I had a couple of questions, so I called the number listed only to realize it was a few minutes after closing. Expecting not to get a call back until morning, I was surprised when my call was returned within minutes to a very helpful voice. The property at vista cay seemed bigger compared to the pictures. Next time in Orlando, we will stay at the same place if available. Our stay was phenomenal! Thanks for a great week!

This was one of the top experiences we’ve had through VRBO. From beginning to end, the owners had thought of everything. From providing beach/pool towels and toys to board games and restaurant recommendations, we truly felt like guests at a resort, not just a family using someone else’s home. Communication was fast and easy leading up to our trip and there were no hiccups during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained throughout. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a bigger space than a hotel. The location is convenient to the convention center and all of the attractions in Orlando. We will be staying again.

Overall our experience was very good. A few things though: Second bathroom tub did not drain well, Ironing board was broken, and the closets definite;y needed more hangers. I think we had roughly 20 for all three bedrooms. We bought another set and left them.

We were in Orlando for AAU Volleyball Nationals. The property was spacious, very comfortable and clean. It is about 5 minutes to the convention center and very close to Icon Park and Universal. The pool was great, and so was the on site service. The property was very nicely decorated and centrally located to both pools and clubhouses. Walking distance to Publix and other restaurants. ITZ left a thoughtful gift basket on the counter for our arrival. I would definitely return to this property. My wife and I stayed with my two daughters, my son and his friend.

Very nice place and very clean with central located to all things Orlando and 55 mins to coco beach! One drawback is thermostat needs to be above 73.... that’s a bit warm for my taste! Would be nice to keep it a little cooler!
