We really liked this boutique hotel in Tyre, in the old Christian area; just across the street is the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel and the rooms are tastefully decorated, and the reception area was nice and cool when we walked in from the ongoing heatwave. There is also a nice big fan in the outdoors seating area. The staff was very helpful when we were locked out of our room due to the an issue with the lock. Both of our rooms had nice terraces with sea views. We also had some delicious drinks at the outdoor bar.
There was a small issue with the lock - see above - but it was very minor. The lawn belonging to the hotel could have been cleaner, as there was litter lying on it. It is certainly no fault of the hotel's, but it is a shame that there is so much rubbish by the sea, and generally in the town of Tyre. We walked by the sea, and near some antique ruins, but at a certain point had to give up as the horrible smell of rubbish was overwhelming. Sadly, some places in southern Lebanon have a long way to go to improve their environment.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and room. Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with view over the sea.
Seems a bit overpriced.

The rooms were very well-equipped and very comfortable division of space. The staff were very sweet, helpful, and respectful. The vibe and lookout gave us a feeling of calm and liesure in the city.
The only thing I have a comment on are the mirrors in the room. They are all tinted and don't show clearly the color of skin. So it was hard for me to do my makeup and actually know what I looked like.

Great location
Sunbeds in some of the rooms
Beautiful building from outside
Great shower and water pressure
- Lots of garbage on the entrance. Pointed it out several times to the manager, but only got excuses and nothing changed.
- No proper step from the property to the floor. They've piled 3 bricks on top of one another, making for a very unsteady step
- Room 102 opens up to the outdoor cafe. Absolutely no privacy!
- Door to one of the room couldn't open with the card. We had to get a maintenence man with his tools to let us in
- Door to the terrace of the room didn't open properly either due to rust
- Sink in bathroom was clogged the whole time
- The knob to the front door was wobbly and falling off
- Menu items served incompletely and not according to what is printed in the menu
- Some staff members have deadly body odour
Plus we did wonder about some of the guests in the hotel that seemed to be "working" girls.
We certainly won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone that asks either!

Clean, beach front, rooftop bar

Location and room were really good. Bed was comfy and the actual room was impressive.
View was fantastic for the sunset.
There were issues with the aircon, bathroom and the door was broken, apparently from a previous customer.
I relayed this to the manager after paying where I was offered a complimentary lunch and night stay. I have not been contacted yet to confirm this offer of compensation.
The breakfast was awful. Cold omelette and warm coffee that wasn't drinkable. This really affected the stay.
Not a standard I'm expected as a world traveller.

Very clean, superb breakfast. Great service from Zahra and excellent food. Coffee was not top notch though.
Very noisy even at 2am, there is no directory leaflet (for reception dial 100, by the way). There was no hot water for shower. To top it up, the hotel ripped us off by charging us 11% at Black Market rate of 26,000 lbp where it was supposed to be charged at 1,515 lbp for the dollar. Not nice

Great location, close to the port restaurants and seaside, quiet and with a nice view. The common area of the hotel was really pleasant and well decorated, and the staff was super nice.
The room was a little too small, although the bed and bathroom were comfortable. We could barely move without coliding with the furniture. I was disappointed that the rooftop was closed and there was no fruit for breakfast.

Good location and they took some effort to make the the hotel and rooms indivudual.
The staff but especially the manager should maybe be reminded from time to time that the business here is “hospitality”: having breakfast on the terrace the manager was treated there very well with his own breakfast but beside that they forgot to care a bit also for the remaining (just 5 !) guests.
