My wife made the reservation. She is not an Israeli citizen and should not pay the VAT. Despite that the hotel charged her the full price including VAT. We tried to explain that it's not ok, we showed them her foreign passport but nothing helped. The manager Rachel said that we are supposed to show them the little paper that my wife received at the airport when she arrived to Israel. When we asked her how we are supposed to know that and where it's written about that little paper, she started browsing in internet but found nothing. So I call it as it is - STEALING MONEY.

NES AMMIM is a confortable , clean place in a very quiet, isolated, area. Ideal to rest.
Yasmine at the reception has been very nice : also invited us to a rich and delicious kosher breakfast. Recomended place .

the room was fine, clean and comfortable beds
it felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel, the corridor was pretty poor and the couches weren’t clean

Very nice and relaxing ambience where you can get a flavor of the daily life in the village. The area is clean and with a lot of green. Ideal location for trips to Haifa, Akko, Nazareth and Tiberias. Close by (in Regba) there is a nice shopping center with many restaurants.

Arriving at the hotel I was upgraded from double-bed room to apartment. The hotel is set in a picturesque village in the country's north, the beach is reachable by car < 15 min, and a huge shopping mall is set < 10 min from the hotel via car. A regular bus service is also in place. The rooms were very clean, A/C was working in all of the rooms, and the view on the Galilee landscape is stunning. When asked the reception allowed me to check-out 1 hour prior to their usual hours without additional costs.

10.0
The property is located in a very quite area with beautiful surroundings and a lot of grass fields. The staff is super friendly and professional. We liked the apartment and its size which can easily accommodate 2 families with comfortable beds, living room and large balcony. The parking is also very close and spacious.
Not exactly the property, but the location is slightly far from everything. Any trip to get some supplies or whatever requires a short drive.
