Perfect

The place includes all what we needed for stay like pan, glass, mugs, shampoo, laundry machine & dryer, benches, quiet terrace, etc. Owner family is sweet and kind. Always got quick reply.

Perfect

Location was great, short walk from Grindelwald station. Chalet was perfect, cozy and meticulously clean. Kitchen had everything you can ask for. The bunk bed and small garden were loved by the kids. Claudia and family were nice host, helpful but not intrusive. Thank you, and we hope to be back.

Welcomed. Loved. Embraced. Happiness and joy. Love and sadness to leave.

Is this box big enough? First of all look at how stunning it is. Then look at how stunning the scenery it boasts is. Then pay attention to the family that host and how welcome and at home they make you feel, and how much they care about you enjoying yourself and your stay. This chalet is breathtaking, from the look outside. To the warmth and cosiness you feel the moment you step inside. Then as you make your way down the hallway to be greeted by panoramic views of the most spectacular scenery. Take your first step onto the balcony that resembles the size of a deck of a ship, and gaze at the mountain and glacier peaks to be blown away. Turning back inside you begin to notice all the festive and seasonal decorations throughout and it feels like home. There’s not something I ‘like’ about this property. There’s just everything I love about it.

That the UK is not closer to Switzerland so I can visit over and over again.

Perfect experience

The Chalet is very new and comfort, cozy. You can find all the good details around, good deco, good furniture. you can feel the effort that the host put. You can find everything you need for living there, including well-equipped kitchen, laundry, private underground parking. And Claudia is very friendly and kind, super responsive in case you need any help! It is for sure the best chalet I have every stayed.

As a family of three generations, we took all three apartments in the chalet and it worked really well. They were superbly equipped, spacious, spotlessly clean, and have breathtaking views. We also had use of many extras, from binoculars to bicycles! The owners, Claudia and Dave, were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this chalet for a great holiday.

Chalet Carve is in a great location with amazing views of the mountains. The apartment is modern and comfortable and well maintained . The owners of the property were great .

Wonderful chalet carve

Everything! The hospitality, the apartment n furnishings, the facilities (laundry, full utensils) & the fantastic view. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. A highly recommended stay in beautiful Grindelwald!

The walk down from the train station was quite steep for a family with many luggages.

the heart put into running the chalet. property is in good size for small family, furniture and equipment are well maintained and so complete, very clean, garage parking, host is very friendly!

nothing really. only thing for improvement is to offer one more washing machine and dryer as it gets busy when chalets are fully occupied.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for kitchen, laundry and parking. Also, location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Grindelwald station. The view is absolutely stunning even from the ground floor. Our host (Dave) was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely the best stay in this trip.

we love everything, the chalet is new and got all the facilities to cook , entertaining also great for kids with ping pong table, bikes, and more, indoor parking. amazing view. the location was 5 minutes by walk to all grinderwalt transportation..

one of the best holiday ever . the accomodation, weather and area , and the host Claudia is awesome.

everything! the cleanliness , the modern appliances, the host , the design, the facilities especially laundry and dryer , the chalet design , everything you need is there .

when you are going to city a bit hilly . but it is only 10-15 mins walk to city , supermarket . shops, train st.

the property is well located with a nice view. it was very clean, well stocked , nicely furnished and very tastefully decorated. we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the owners, claudia and her husband. and could sense the care and attention they give to the property and to their guests.

Amazing chalet. Fantastically well equipped - everything you can think of - coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, dishwasher tablets, cupboards full of everything you need. Beautiful garden with fantastic views. Superb location which was only 5 mins from main train station, coop supermarket and main town.

Wonderful stay in Grindelwald

Beautifully appointed to a high standard, the apartment is lovely. Location is between Terminal (for Eiger express) and First gondola so great position in Grindelwald. There were lots of kids toys and equipment in the basement which was an unexpected bonus. Claudia and Dave were very welcoming.

Nothing we disliked but a welcome pint of milk would have been appreciated.
