Highly recommend staying here! Rooms, Location and rooftop are excellent

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, were accommodating with a late check out for me before my 30 hour journey home. Will return to this hotel when I come back to Athens

Great location closely to the Acropolis with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant.

Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing with views to the Acropolis as was sunset drinks.

Being charged 7Euro for additional coffee pods. Ridiculous!

Excellent hotel in great location.

The Niche Hotel is an excellent hotel in a great location close to the Parthenon, shopping and restaurants. All the staff are professional and super helpful. Great rooftop restaurant that overlooks the parthenon with an amazing breakfast.

Great hotel with the best roof top restaurant I’ve ever been to

The breakfast was amazing! Fantastic food and fantastic coffee service. Honestly, one of the best food experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had.

Ein toller Städte Trip

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Eine tolle Dachterasse mit einem tollen Blick auf die Akropolis!

Da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist es für Leute die sehr geräuschempfindlich sind nicht so geeignet.

Comfortable, easy, and convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. They even assisted us in figuring out transportation before we arrived for excursions. Breakfast was amazing every morning at the rooftop restaurant. The beds were very comfortable!

Excellent modern hotel in a fantastic location with superb Parthenon views from the roof terrace

Fantastic location with a superb roof top restaurant/bar/terrace offering amazing views of the Parthenon (as shown in picture!). Only a short walk to the Plaka district. Rooms (stayed in high floor room) were modern and clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing really, but perhaps providing free tea/coffee refills everyday, instead of just your first day, would be a further nice touch!

Mooi hotel met ideale ligging.

Het ontbijt was super en in een gezellige setting met zicht op de Acropolis. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal om de stad te verkennen. Personeel is super vriendelijk.

De kamers zijn klein en er is veel lawaai van de straat. De prijzen in het restaurant zijn prijzig!

Best hotel choice I’ve ever made. Reasonably priced quality services and amenities from a service oriented staff.

From the moment I walked in I felt that every employee wanted me to have an excellent stay. Perfect place in a perfect location where I could view the acropolis from the glass walled roof top restaurant at breakfast (included and excellent) and at dinner (limited selection but exceptional quality and good wine list). Short couple blocks walk to the entrance of the Acropolis and museum, and just a few more blocks to the heart of the Plaka. Easy access to busses, metro, etc.

Nothing. It is on a corner so you might hear some traffic, but not an issue.

a beautiful stay, phenomenal views and perfect location.

location and views were beautiful, so nice having breakfast out in the morning on the balcony over looking the acropolis. The breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel room was nice and spacious.

bring earplugs! Greek traffic is loud and did keep us up a bit but obviously that’s not the hotels fault. maybe in the future more sound proofed windows would be great.

A great 360 degrees experience offered by Niche Hotels

One of the best stays I had. the location of the hotel was 10 minutes by foot to all major attractions in Athens and to the best restaurants/taverns. The hotels offers an exceptional level of customer service, from concierge to room service- an extremely rare service for a 4 stars hotel. Besides this, the rooftop is a 10/10- with a cozy atmosphere and one of the best foods I have had in Athens. overall a 10/10 experience

Best Hotel I have Stayed in For Years!

Never got to try the breakfasts as we had an early flight, but the hotel then put together a couple of breakfast boxes containing sandwich, fruit and cake which was very kind of them The staff couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and helpful. I rarely give perfect 10s, but this place deserves it It is also a couple of minutes walk to Plaka and Acropolis, with lots of restaurants to choose from

Didn't like checking out. Wanted to stay another few nights

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Loved the eggs....The setting on the rooftop was perfect for seeing the Acropolis.

excellent welcome at 2 am site ,very close to plaka , museum agora etc but just a littoe apart excellent and warm staff view at breakfast comfortable rooms neat

Very good

Located only a block away from the Acropolis metro station, the location cannot be beat. The rooms were much larger than European standard which was a surprising delight. Overall great value for the money.

N/A - I liked everything about this hotel. I would have booked again upon my return to Athens at the end of the week but the hotel was unfortunately fully booked. Loved it and would come back.

Awful

The location close to the acropolis

My experience was a disaster and definitely not one appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The service was comparable to one of a hostel. It all started with the request of room pre-payment. Apparently all my cards were declined for unknown reasons (I have used them to book and pay another 3 hotels without a problem) so I had make an international transfer given I am a UK resident. Once in the room, we noticed the pillow had a strong smell of cigarettes and the bed sheets were consumed. Once asked the reception to change the bed, we decide to hang around the beautiful rooftop which is advertised as one of the star feature of the hotel to be told it was closed for a private event and not available to the hotel guests. I had to wait in the corridor for the bed to be changed. We did complain but no one senior in the hotel was to be seen. It looked like the hotel was run by junior inexperienced personnel despite the 4 star rating.

Very chiche hotel with great roof rerrace and excellent breakfast.

Very clean and exceptionally good views of the Acropolis especially at night from the roof terrace.

The roof terrace was booked out to an exclusive party but we were allowed to sit on the terrace for a short while with a complimentary drink. This placated us a bit as we had booked this hotel for its highly rated views of the Acropolis as we were staying only 1 night before flight home following Cyclades Island cruise.

Niche Hotel was the perfect location for our first time in Athens

The location was perfect and in walking distance to all main attractions. The breakfast on the rooftop each morning was absolutely delicious and fresh!
