Our second time renting the home and we love the convenience and location. Comfortable and has everything we need. Owners are across the street in case of emergency. We look forward to another trip in the future.

House was in need of rehab. The WiFi didn’t work. Two of our family had to leave because they had to work( they needed WiFi). It smelled musty all the time. There is a dehumidifier in the dining room that we had to empty twice a day. The master bathtub was dirty.
A lovely neighborhood.

Wonderful location, loved touring and seeing the Christmas lights!

We needed a place to stay close to family in Tulsa for the Christmas Holiday and found this hidden gem. The communication with the owners were fantastic and they actually live across the street from the house. The house is not new, but had a very homey feel to it and was even decorated for Christmas with lights outside, a small Christmas tree in the den and decorations in the house. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The owners were very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything (We locked ourselves out of the house one evening and the owner came right over to let us in). We will look for this house again when we come visit family in Tulsa.

Could use a new front door handle. Sometimes tough to open. Otherwise great.

I stayed here for 2 months and was very pleased. The owners were very nice and the neighborhood was perfect for walking my dog. The house is roomy and clean.

The house definitely needs some updating and freshening up — it looks and smells like an older home that hasn't been changed in any way since it was built in the 1960s. Having said that, the house provided all that we needed for our 16-day stay in Tulsa for medical appointments, a graduation, and two surgeries: a spacious home-away-from-home with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. We would definitely book there again in a similar circumstance... The owners (who very conveniently live across the street) are very nice, the location is ideal, and there's ton of potential for the property.

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving and it was an enjoyable stay. We especially liked that the owner put cute thanksgiving decorations around to make it feel inviting. The backyard is huge with lots of mature trees.

We loved our entire stay(10 days). The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with the nicest host. We stay in town a lot for work and we all agreed to keep this house on top of our list for our future stays. This was our first vrbo experience and it was definitely a good one

The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Ping pong and foosball table were added bonus. Kitchen appliances well stocked and the back yard was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the layout was great for a group. Sleeping quarters were offset from the front room, so people could sleep while others were still up and active.

This rental did not disappoint us with offering space for adult children, indoor and outdoor space to hang out, plenty of staples, leisure activities and linens to keep us very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient. It was an excellent place for our family’s visit to Tulsa!

The charm of this property is in the outdoor space. The property features wood everywhere. It was a delight to stay here. The shower water got very hot so test it before hopping in.

We came to Tulsa to celebrate our sons wedding. Our youngest was flying in to meet us at mudnight, so we wanted a location convenient to the airport but also easy access to the interstate. The house was clean and spacious enough to sleep 7 adults and 1 toddler. It had everything we needed and the host even brought over some goodies to welcome us. They also live in the very nice neighborhood where the house is located. We would definitely stay here again.

This property has tons of space inside and outside to gather and to sleep plenty of family members. We loved the foosball and ping pong table, and the beautiful back yard with adequate of seating for eleven. The decor, the wood paneling, and the quaint tile in bathrooms were reminiscent of childhood visits to (nonsmoking) family homes. And yet, modern televisions and kitchen appliances made the living easy. To top it off, the host provided fresh milk, eggs, and OJ in the fridge for our arrival. That was such a nice touch. This is a great house to gather your family.

Great location
This house was accurate to the listing. It was located in a great area and central to everywhere we needed to be. It’s an older home but clean and spacious. The backyard is a great space and the foosball table was a family favorite during our stay.

House was clean, spacious, and centrally located. Great price as well, highly recommended.

My family road trip about a month of every year and stay at VRBO as much as we can.
I was a little skeptical after reading a negative review but I can honesty say that this is our favorite home we have EVER stayed in.
The house does NOT smell bad though there is an older home smell that is familiar to me. Not bad and not prominent.
The huge back yard was perfect for our 5 children to roam and play when we wanted to kick them out of the house.
While we were inside, the games were a huge hit and my kids begged me to play with them before bed every night.
As opposed to our home in Colorado, this house has PLENTY of space for our kids to spread out which of course makes for fewer fights as bed time.
Yes it’s true that this hole has some older decor but for about the same price as a small hotel room it has incomparable value. Also...we don’t travel to enjoy the newest and most fashionable decor of the place where we are staying...just not that important to us.
What was important is that the home was very clean, very spacious, in an extremely nice neighborhood (mid-town feels 100% safe), and the hosts were incredibly gracious!
My sincere hope is that the owners continue to rent this home out so we can stay there again and bless others as well! Thank you so much and our kiddos say hi!

good house in a great neighborhood, convenient to many things.
1960's decor and feel in a neighborhood with much nicer and newer houses. Kitchen had newer appliances. bedrooms were large and comfortable. Two large living areas and a huge, unkempt back yard. Unfortunately, the whole house had a musty smell, and we had to use the provided dehumidifier throughout our stay. Would stay there again, as the price was in line with the accommodations.
Recommend the owner update lighting and bath fixtures to improve the overall feel and enjoyability of the property. Fresh coat of interior paint would also go a long way.
