Very nice, clean and beautiful.

We’ve stayed many times before and it’s always a wonderful experience. Staff is kind and helpful. Amenities are great. We always get a suite because we have a daughter and it’s more than enough room for us to be comfortable.

Bottom floor restaurant/bar closed long term. Rooftop bar closed three days a week so nothing was open while I was there except coffee shop. Disappointed. Recommend the rooftop bar & restaurant at the Brut Hotel which was open. Extra charge for late check-out despite not being close to full.

The room was beautiful, very quiet. The bedding is luxurious and the bedroom was very dark and restful.

This time our room was set up where the bedroom was far from the bathroom. Didn’t particularly care for that. I do love the hotel and that check out is at noon.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff at the desk is very friendly. Super disappointed we could not go up to the bar because of a private party.

Our trip was amazing. The staff was so helpful and it was a great boutique hotel experience. Really loved the historic detail and the lobby was gorgeous! Starbucks onsite was a great addition. Keurig in the room with Starbucks k-cups! Real coffee mugs provided and great toiletries. Our room has guest robes which was a beautiful touch.

We stayed one night on the way through town. What a beautiful hotel, rooftop was great! Would stay here again

So disappointed that the restaurant was closed really pit a damper on our trip as the website didn't state this ( we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary). Also the rooftop bar is not open on Monday or Tuesday another disappointment. Otherwise the hotel was stunning and really liked it.

Love the Mayo Hotel! More like an apartment feel, than a hotel room. Modern and clean.

They had PLENTY of open rooms, but, I am pretty sure it is because it was an Expedia-booked room, we got a GREAT view of a parking lot and the wall of the building next door.

Staff especially the manager dis an exceptional job. Had an issue that he rectified immediately. Amazing hotel--will definitely stay here when in Tulsa.

After driving 12 hours we were looking forward to our stop at The Mayo. It was easy to get to off the highway and valet was ready to assist as we pulled up. It’s an old hotel with beautiful bones but lacking in decor of the period, feeling drab and almost Russian 70’s era instead. Unfortunately we were on the second floor with a view of a construction site parking lot where a yelling match between two people took place in the middle of the night, waking us up. We were most looking forward to a visit to the rooftop bar and a drink but when we asked about it at check-in we’re told it’s only open Wednesday - Saturday. We ended up walking to a restaurant a few blocks away. If you like a dark room to sleep in the bring your eye mask, an exterior light shines right into this room. The bed was comfortable but firm and the AC worked great although it was as loud as a window unit. We ate breakfast at the cafe in the lobby since the restaurant was also closed and it was disgusting. The egg, cheee, bacon sandwich had a funny taste and the banana bread was hard and stale as a brick. I should have known that because all the pastries were just sitting out in a glass enclosed case getting stale. Even Starbucks doesn’t do this. Overall not a great stay and would not recommend.

A classic “grand hotel” in the European style.

Very nice hotel, rooftop bar was great.
2.5
Nice clean spacious room. Only complaint was the restaurant wasn’t open due to remodeling. Secure parking requires a $30 per night valet fee. Otherwise you’re on the street.

Just average which is disappointing because its the Mayo, usually they are fantastic.

It was very quiet and we felt safe. We were so impressed that every staff member everywhere they were so pleasant and happy. This generally means there's great management from the top down. You don't know we see that. Hope to return soon!! 🙏🙏

Huge room clean and updated, in historic hotel building near sightseeing, including black Wall Street, Leon Russel recording studio, woody Guthrie center.

Great service, very comfy and luxurious room, and a beautiful view of Downtown Tulsa! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely furnished and clean.
I will say it was really frustrating trying to figure out the parking situation. The valet drive up is very small and easy to moss, especially for an out-of-towner. I ended up parking in a garage a 3 minute walk away, for $20 instead of the $30 for valet parking.
There are a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area, but I was not bothered by any of them, and was walking around in the daylight. Just be aware of your surroundings. I stayed on site for dinner and drinks. I had great drinks and excellent service at the Penthouse, and great food and conversation at the café downstairs. It may or may not be haunted, which is why I booked a room here hehe.
Overall, be mindful of the fact that this is a nice hotel in the downtown of a big city. The architecture is beautiful and there are tons of great places to eat within walking distance, but you do need to be street smart.

Great vintage feel to the place. Historic and yet modern and beautiful.

This was my fourth stay at The Mayo and it never disappoints! We love the suite option for a family of four (two small kids). The staff is lovely and the accommodations feel classy without being snooty.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, great spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great location.
Con: no public parking close by, must use valet parking unless you get lucky w street side parking.
Will definitely stay here again!

Big rooms and an interesting old building but in need of updates. Probably wouldn’t stay there again but I’d definitely go back for a drink on the rooftop bar.
