About this house rental
This lovely house sits on an unadopted road with beautiful seaviews over the cliff. It comprises of a dining kitchen, lounge, and conservatory on the ground floor with 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. It has a large rear garden and ample parking at the front of the house for at least 3 cars.
The House has WIFI, gas central heating from a combi boiler. The lounge has a settee and chairs, smart tv, and double doors lead to the conservatory again with a settee and chairs. The Kitchen has a table which can seat 6 people, larder fridge, small table top freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, Nespresso Coffee Machine(only limited capsules so may need to bring your own) and a microwave. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which is a slightly smaller double bedroom. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Also I am told that the photos do not do the Seaview justice - They are amazing!!
General Information
Tesco Express is a 2 minute walk. There are steps down to the beach just in front of the house where you can walk along to the centre, or you can walk down the road into the village where there is a slope down to the Award Winning Beach. There is a Crazy Golf Course, Skate Park and a Park with Swings – There is a local bus service to surrounding villages and also into Norwich. Norwich is approx. 20 miles away, it is a Beautiful City with a Castle, Cathedral and a many large shopping centres with all the big names such as John Lewis and Jarrolds, they also have a market and lots of nice restaurants.

Well situated house overlooking the sea. Very well equipped and furnished. Garden well maintained. 5 minute walk down steps to beach. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away; hourly service to Cromer during the day. Tesco metro 5 minute walk away. Walk into village about 10 minutes to pub, fish and chips and other takeaway. Easy access along coast. At low tide you can walk miles along beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Really pleasant beach themed cottage in Mundesley with lovely view of the sea. 3 double bedrooms (two with sea views) and a lovely garden with off street parking. Comfortable and cosy with enough room for us to read in seperate downstairs rooms and come back together in the living room when we wanted to watch a movie. Floorboards upstairs are a bit loose, so if you have people who may go to the toilet in the night and you are a light sleeper, then pack some earplugs! Lovely booking for our first holiday in Norfolk.

A few days by the sea was just what we needed and this place was perfect. Loved the amazing view and being so close to a beautiful beach. Just missed a couple basics in the kitchen eg a measuring jug and wooden spoon.

Lovely little cottage with sea views, close to Mundesley beach. Easy parking in the front drive. A good variety of beach equipment in the garage (bodyboard, cricket set, etc) which was very welcome.

Lovely location.sea views from most rooms.
Quiet and relaxing.

The property is suitable for both good and bad weather due to the lovely enclosed garden and well equipped conservatory. The upstairs is a bit creaky but quite comfortable. It is not far from Mundesley village, although on a hill, the bus stop to Cromer and a well stocked Tesco.

Lovely property and location, had everything we needed and more. Beach was close by, plenty of parking on the drive. Great communication with the owner Deb.
Will certainly use again.

Lovely property in a great location. The steps down to the beach are reasonably steep so I would say suitable for active people, although you can take a gentle walk via the town.
The garden is a really lovely size.
Overall we had a brilliant stay

Great house in the perfect location
This house was the perfect place to ride out the recent heatwave with our family (3 adults and 2 teenagers). The view across the field to the sea was great, and the large garden was perfect to enjoy the summer evenings. Having the Tesco's Express on the door step and the village a ten minute walk away made for a carefree extended stay. Communication with Deb is very easy, and she was always willing to help.
The steps to the beach are steep, it well worth the effort as they take you to the quiet area of the beach, and if you are lucky you may stop a seal!

Gem on the Norfolk Coast
The house, the location and the owner are all first class.
We loved our stay, from the few minutes stroll to the beach, to the local village and pub around 10 minutes walk away and easy access to Cromer and Sheringham.
The communication from Deb was excellent, the booking process easy and the entire family enjoyed.
Really well equipped property with a great outside space and a view that's stunning.
We can't wait to return if you'll have us again.
Thank you Deb. Andy and family

Everything we had read beforehand about this property was “spot on”. We were 4 siblings and 1 brother’s wife, all over the age of 65 and it worked perfectly.

We have had a wonderful family holiday. The location is perfect to enjoy beach walks and spend quality time together. The village facilities are small but meet the immediate need. Would certainly go again !

We had a lovely holiday. The house couldn't be better situated. It's 5 mins from the beach and from a Tesco express. It's quiet and there is parking available. There's a lovely garden to enjoy too.
We had a brief problem when we arrived when we had no hot water but this was rectified quickly as the boiler switch had been turned off in error.
Would happily visit again.

A lovely piece of Norfolk
You are reading this review because you are thinking of booking this property.
So let me tell you about it, booking process was easy, communication with Deb was comprehensive and punctual and incredibly helpful.
The cottage was spotless, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare and cook our full Christmas lunch, bright airy kitchen diner , sitting with a morning coffee at the table (super coffee machine thank you) looking out to sea how delightful. Good sized separate lounge with a generous conservatory, which we could see would be perfect for the afternoon sunshine.
3 good sized bedrooms with an abundance of storage and very comfortable beds.
Bathroom was a nice size with a hot powerful shower.
During our stay we had strong winds and heavy rain and a sharp frost, not once did we feel cold as the heating kept the cottage warm and toasty.
When the weather cleared the sea views are unrivalled and a delight.
If staying in the summer there is a lovely well kept back garden and ample driveway for 2+ cars.
Such lovely beach walks on your door step, a Tesco, chip shop and Chinese within walking distance too.
Christmas 2020 was lovely here thank you, and we felt many COVID considerations have been put in place by the hosts also, ensuring ours and theirs safety during a global pandemic.
So.....what are you now waiting for? request to book, you really wont be disappointed
Thank you, we have stayed in many rental cottages and would be delighted to return to this one xx

Short Break
We stayed fir four night at Mundesley. The house was spotless and Covid precautions were evident with plenty of hand sanitisers and reminders at the entrance to the house and dotted around in several places. The situation with great views over the coast was excellent but look out for the potholes in the unadapted road to the property.
The house was warm and cosy although the lounge furniture was not as comfortable as I would have liked and the fire didn’t look as if it had been used fir awhile. Thus was something I was looking fir in a winter stay so was disappointed.
Overall we enjoyeD our stay despite the weather not being too friendly.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway
This is a really charming property, with superb views out to sea. Access to the beach is on the doorstep via steep steps, but just a 10 minute walk into the village and there's much easier access down to the beach.
The house is well equipped and was very clean on arrival, there was plenty of hand sanitiser in the property and antibacterial soap & cleaning products which given the year we're having was very generous and welcomed.
The beds & pillows are comfy and there is plenty of space although a bigger sofa would make the living room better suited for 6 people; the conservatory is lovely, and very toasty in the afternoon.
The WiFi is excellent and supported three of us on various devices.
There is plenty to do in the area; a folder with local info would be really handy to save spending a morning on Google!
All in all a great little 'no -frills does exactly what it says on the tin' getaway. We'll definitely be going back!

A Norfolk holiday
This property is in an excellent location as it is near the sea and within easy reach of the Broads and north east Norfolk. The house has everything required for a family holiday.

Great place for a covid escape
Great property, spacious, well-equipped and with a large garden. Perfect for families wanting easy access to the sandy beach and space for outdoor games in the garden too. Plenty of space to store bikes in the garage. Easy stroll to Mundesley which has all the right things for a simple and fun seaside holiday.

Great base to explore Norfolk
The house was an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and the extras of chocolate fingers and coffee pods were great. All basics in the kitchen cupboards salt, pepper etc. Only downside it was stated to have a fireplace which was one reason for booking but was disappointed to get there and it was not a working open fire, as visiting in March it would have been a definite bonus.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay. Property was clean and had everything you need. Amazing views of sea from property. Close to village and shops. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Superb location and well kept property.
Lovely place to stay. Hope to stay again. Only criticism is it was listed as having a fireplace. While it does have a fireplace the fire didn't seam usable. We were looking forwards to relaxing by the fire.

Gorgeous place and very quiet and relaxing.
We really enjoyed our stay, the views are beautiful and property is lovely and well equipped . We would definitely go back again. Great base to explore North Norfolk too.

Lovely cottage by the sea
The cottage is very clean and has lovely views of the sea. You can walk to the beach down some steps. We had a couple of issues and the manager was very quick to respond. The coffee machine and TV were a bit temperamental and we needed a key to the porch which was brought round immediately.
The area only has one pub which you need to book. There are a couple of hotels, we ate in the Royal which was nice. The location to the Tesco express is very convenient.
I was disappointed that the open fire had been blocked up, as we really wanted to sit by a fire in the cold evenings. There is also no washing machine which was also rather disappointing.
Overall it is an excellent property with amazing views and we had a very relaxing stay.
