2 steps away to the slopes, close to supermarket and telecabin

3 weeks have gone by and I still dont have my money back from the 250 euros deposit

Posizione

Nice views, close to bus station, good price.
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist that speaks only French (and poor english reluctantly).
Dirty kitchen appliances, floors and balcony.
Nobody checks the premises at check-out and our security deposit (250e) was still not returned (the receptionist didn’t want to check and told us “not to tell him how to do his job” and that this is “standard practice”)

The location is great and it is super easy to get to the lifts and then back to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel is well equipped for skiers and snowboarders with gear closets. There is a little shop nearby and also some bars/restaurants and you can easily walk down to the village for more options. The kitchen had all that I needed so it was easy to save some money. The staff was helpful and did their best to help me have a good stay.
The small apartment had a bed couch which for a bigger person like me was somewhat uncomfortable. All the signs were in French which was not a big problem if you use Google Translate with the camera function.

location was good
very basic, cold, staff were terrible, unable to access the property
took a large deposit that we are still waiting to be returned!
4.5 / 5.0
Not applicable- we were self catering.
Easy access to supermarkets.
To have to make up the beds on arrival and to have to remove bed linen and bring down on departure.
3.5 / 5.0
The location is almost ski to door, which is ideal on a ski trip.
We had a ski locker which was great and a nice view in the distance of the valley. The apartment was spacious for just the two of us and had a lovely shower.
The apartment wasn't particularly clean, rather dusty and the beds were uncomfortable (hard not breathable mattress and pillows were thin).
A little dissapointed to find there were no towels, toilet paper, washing up stuff (eg sponge/dish soap).
Parking in the basement was €10 euros a night, there is free parking on the road however highly sort after so it is tricky to get a spot.
The staff member who checked us in was unfriendly and rude. However, he did let us borrow a shovel to dig our car out of the snow.

The host was rude and unhelpful

it’s cheap.
The owner quite frankly is rude. charged us 100 euros for apparently not cleaning the flat which even if it were true is extortionate.

This is truly a ski in/out location and the ski area is great. Underground parking is an important bonus as parking along the road was full. The location is rather uphill from Meribel - Mottaret but there's a free bus which one could use until around midnight.
As other reviewers mentioned there's no soap, dishwashing liquid, salt, etc.

Zero amenities like dish cloth. Salt&pepper etc
