This was so disgusting 🤢 and disappointing. Arrived at 20:30 nothing to sleep in a dirty apartment 😒 So ended up booking a 4 star hotel to get som sleep in clean sheets and toilet paper in the room.
It was dirty dirty dirty, no toilet paper, no towels, and only tiny paper towel to put on the bed. 🤬 Not possible to stay the first night. We came back the day after and wanted to rent some bed linens and towels. For one night it would cost 100 €😳 4 set. We could have stayed at a five star hotel for the same price. This is so stupid words can’t describe it 😤

Location is good and that’s all.
The apartments are very old and small. Beds and sofa beds are very hard and not comfortable for a night of sleep.
You have to pay for literally everything: bed sheets, 10€ for towels per stay, 8€ per day for WiFi and you have to give a security deposit (which is ok) but you have to pay a cleaning fee even though they have strict rules for the guests to clean the apartment, which includes things like vacuuming and emptying the vacuum. I think you either charge a cleaning fee or ask guests to clean and if it’s not clean, deduct from the deposit but doing both is wrong.
And regarding the deposit it takes more than a week to get it back, contrary to the 48h that they promise during check in.

lots of room given the size of that makes sense the layout was very well used
had to park the car 400 metres away, door handles could do with large easy to grasp handle difficult to pull doors open when wearing gloves

great location, free use of bubble and bus a great advantage for non skiers in the group. Staff very friendly and helpful. The on-site supermarket was very useful.

great location for ski in ski out
kitchen was tiny, I had a four person apartment to myself but it would have been a squeeze for more than two people

The location of the apartment was good, highest you can get an apartment, and backs onto a nice green run into the town centre and all the lifts. Ideal location!
The apartment was very very basic. I'll start with the living room/ kitchen, perfectly adequate if you are not going to use the kitchen. The Kitchen was lacking some very basic appliances, mainly an oven, making cooking in the apartment very difficult. Next is the bathroom, it has a bath with shower outlet, unfortunately there is nowhere for the shower head to rest so you could shower, neither does the apartment come with a bathplug, making it very difficult to wash in the mornings/ evenings. This apartment apparently sleeps 4/5 people, we were a group of three and found the apartment tight and all barely slept due to the beds being very uncomfortable, after a long day on the mountains, the one thing you need is a good night sleep. One of my friends with me on the trip said he had better sleeps on a bed of nails.
All in all, if you want a very cheap apartment, that is comfortable and has enough space, don't stay in this property.

Location was convenient for ski.
First the welcome from the staff.. very cold! We took the online checking and we ended up with 2 keys for parking while we asked for one only. Bringing the second key was apparently not nice. Then the facility is old, broken, and not really clean. The shower had difficulty to empty the water. Electricity sockets were hanging. Then the last day, during the check out the person was particularly disagreeable. Honestly I am not recommending it.
