Only three hundred meters from the nearest beach, the villa’s balcony and terrace offer stunning sea views, particularly breathtaking at sunrise.
This elegant, newly renovated two-bedroom villa features a private pool and full air conditioning. It offers a 43 inch smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, including all English and sports channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Bright and airy, the villa boasts modern furnishings and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living area. The bathroom has been recently renovated to include a walk-in shower. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 30 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival.
