We loved our stay. The beautiful sunrises were the best! Great location. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. There were beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for the kids.

Stunning! Could not ask for a better experience. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much and it was very peaceful waking up to the sunrise over the Atlantic. We will absolutely come back and encourage others to do the same. Thank you for a memorable experience. Kevin & Christine

The Dolphin Penthouse is definitely the gem in this older building on the FLL strip. The owner was responsive to several mechanical and housekeeping issues that arose upon check in but there was only so much he could do from a distance. While the unit is spacious with great views, it does need upgrades and modernization. It would have been nice to have fresh towels included mid-week as each set was $20 extra. Upon checkout we had to wait for a manager to sign off on the room condition and guarantee our security deposit be returned which took about 30 minutes so fortunately we weren’t rushing to catch a flight. The pool area was basic and fine; as a 3 bdrm unit, we were surprised only 2 beach chairs were included but the owner did supply some folding chairs so we were fine. This is a good family vacation unit but definitely not a luxury property

This unit is at very top, is top notch. Beautiful setup with plenty of space for the whole family. There were 10 of us ranging from 2-60 and we all had plenty of room and felt like we were home. The unit is truly a great place with a huge outdoor terrace which was a favorite spot for everyone. Located steps from the beach you cant go wrong. Brad was beyond helpful in making sure everything was all setup and even went out of his way to help me with a couple things. Definitely a favorite and a spot we will do again! Thanks

This condo is truly beautiful with lots of room for everybody. Any questions that we had, the owner was quick to respond and to offer restaurant recommendations. Although our check-in was slow, the hotel is working hard to improve its reception and their welcome. I highly recommend this condo.

Could not have enjoyed our stay more, checkin was seamless - communication with owners was stellar and location was A+ Beds were comfy, there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable (our group was 6) and the view from the main balcony was stellar! The unit has 3 more balconies but we did spend anytime looking at anything besides the ocean. Thanks for being an amazing host for our trip!

Our family of five had a wonderful time staying in this most magnificent unit. It was described accurately on VRBO. The space was clean, fresh, well maintained and plentiful. The best part was the balcony!! It had enough seating for everyone and more and the views of the Atlantic were extraordinary. I would highly recommend this unit and location for anyone looking to vacate in south Florida!

Great location! The property is a short Uber drive from Ft Lauderdale Airport, and right across the street (walkable) from miles of sandy beaches. We had groceries delivered and rarely ventured farther than the property and beach, although we found a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance too. Very relaxing and nice long weekend!

It was a beautiful penthouse located in the perfect place to restaurants, bars and the beach. Although it was quite windy that we couldn’t spend too much time on the amazing deck, the place was so big that the 9 of us had plenty of space. Centrally located to everything and super clean. Would definitely book again

It’s always great to get great location, great property, great management. Do beware of crazy valet fees and resort fees. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating even though we rented through VRBO. Was worried about that going in but was pleasantly surprised.

The condo was just as described. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved the patio! View was amazing! We very much appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella…which we weren’t expecting. Check in was super easy and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to things but not too close. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

My family and I stayed here, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views, the pictures are an accurate representation. Everything was clean and spotless, and we were even able to use the hotels amenities. Definitely the best of both worlds. Will rent again next time we are in Ft. Lauderdale. We have traveled to Fort Lauderdale dozens of times over the past 15 years and always stayed at hotels. This was the first time we tried VRBO and we were not disappointed. This particular property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, very well decorated, even larger than appeared and outfitted with everything you need. The kitchen had all you need to cook in if you choose and their were even multiple beach chairs for the beach. The owner was always very responsive prior to our trip and I am sure would have been during our stay but we did not need to reach out to them because everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling that wants a lot of room, incredible views and an outdoor space that you could almost spend your whole stay at.

Easily the best penthouse I’ve ever rented in Florida. Spectacular views of the ocean and strip. 5 second walk to the beach and surrounded by every type restaurant and bar you can think of. If you feel you are deserving of waking up to a piece of heaven everyday then this property is for you. The photos depict EXACTLY what you walk into. Breathtaking views in an extremely well kept/clean and spacious living area providing plenty of private/quiet areas if desired. Only minor suggestions would be to add to the fully stocked kitchen with things like coffee, sugar, spices and a few more towels. Aside from that.. a stay at this glorious property will leave you with a self fulfillment feeling of peace, happiness, smiles and a lifetime of beautiful memories. Brad and Michelle were responsive, accommodating, and very professional. They have earned my 100% recommendation of stay!
