Panoramic views of the bay off 94th st. Wonderful sunsets . See the bay from the large deck, living room and master bedroom. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo includes a king bed in master and 2 single beds in second bedroom. One bathroom with tub/shower combination and one with shower. Living room with queen sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer in unit. Unit has been almost completely remodeled. TVs, DVD, WIFI, private balcony, elevator, direct bay front, large deck along bay for fishing and crabbing, parking for 1 car, non-smoking, no pets. Renters must be 25+. This condo is not wheelchair accessible.

Linens (sheets, towels etc) and paper products are not provided.

This condo has amazing views from the balcony! The owner is very responsive and kind. The unit was clean and ready at check in. The master bedroom mattress is older and is not memory foam and was very uncomfortable. The two twin beds are memory foam which was nice. I think the place would be very nice with a more modern look of upgrades. It would have also been nice to have some sort of lounger chair on the balcony instead of 6 high top chairs. Overall it was a nice place and if the master bedroom bed gets upgraded I would definitely consider staying here again!

The condo was great. We loved that it was on the bay and made use of the balcony every night. It was peaceful and quiet away from the crowds farther south. My son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter walked to the beach which was about a mile. It had everything we needed when we wanted to cook instead of eating out.We brought our own linens as stated in the listing but could have requested rental through the owner. We all agree that we would happily stay there again.

Place was clean, quiet and off the beaten path a little, but close to ACME, Green Turtle, Bull on the Beach, etc. Location was perfect - wish there was a pool, but I knew that going in. There is apparently an elevator somewhere, but we didn't use it - a few steps, but not overbearing.

The condo was in excellent location, in nice, quiet neighborhoods with amazing views of the bay. Few things that we didn’t notice before booking: wall air conditioners located right next to beds in all rooms. They were very loud and cold air was blowing right toward the head. No sleep because of that. It was hot and humid outside. The bay had strong smell of something rotten because of stillness of water. I would not comeback to this place again. The condo was clean, did not have any linens or necessities in the bathrooms. The kitchen had supplies but we didn’t use anything. For the price we paid, i can find better quality and better stocked condos.

We love coming to this condo. This is our 2nd year in a row and we’re booked for next year as well. The quiet relaxing location practically on the water, walking distance to the playground and the great amenities make this the perfect home away from home for us. The unit is always clean and has everything we need. If there’s any issues the owner is very friendly and responsive. We look forward to the years to come here!

The location was perfect. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful! The unit was clean and included everything that was promised. I never needed to contact the owner during my stay because everything was thoroughly taken care of before my arrival. I would definitely return to this location if I vacation in Ocean City next year. Stayed here for our daughter’s national dance competition. Clean condo right on the bay. Building is older but inside is renovated. Would stay again!

Overall, experience was pleasant. However, bedding could be updated. Mattresses were not comfortable and mattress in master bedroom was sagging in the middle.

This condo was amazing. It was perfectly spacious. The area was quiet. We were close to everything we needed. We were even able to walk to the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. House was super clean and right on the bay. Just a few issues. the house has wall air conditioners so my son and I slept horribly. The house stayed nice and cool but the AC units are right in your face in the bedroom which led to a miserable night sleep. I would recommend owner upgrade to central. Cable TV and DVD/VCR didn't work in living room. However overall we aren't that picky people and enjoyed ourselves. House was super clean and had all we needed. Weather was nice for the week.

I spent a few days here to get some work done and be nearby while my son was at “beach week.” I spent almost the whole time on the balcony overlooking the bay with my laptop. It was wonderful. The place has been renovated, so while it does have a few hallmarks of a beach place (e.g., moldy stuff in the air conditioning units, broken air filter in the dryer), it was a perfect getaway for me. Parking spot was close, too. Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay and the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We found the balcony to be the highlight of this condo. We spent most of our time there. The master bedroom’s bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. There was a stain on the masters bedspread. The blankets in the guest room smelt musty. When we entered the condo the air freshener was over whelming. Both air conditioners had error codes that said the filters needed to be cleaned, which we did do. The coffee maker was dirty. We went out and bought vinegar to clean it. We found that coffee mugs where put away dirty, dried coffee in them. The cabinets and knobs need to be washed. I feel for the cleaning fee that is being changed for each booking a deep Cleaning should be done. We spent our first hour in the condo cleaning. Saying this I would like to add this would not prevent me from staying there in the future.

We loved our stay in the condo. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and all the amenities made our vacay even easier. The deck overlooking the water was a favorite and we spent most of the time out there! Love the quieter area and was able to really relax. The VCR was a nice touch of nostalgia 😊. We’re already booked for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long term stay at Georgetown by the Sea. Virginia was an amazing host and promptly answered any questions we had. The view was breathtaking, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate of what you experience at this property. The beds were comfy, shower pressure and water temps were great! The beach is about a mile walk out the front door to the sand. Pro tip is to drive to the Acme lot and park there, then just cross Coastal. The sunsets on the back deck are amazing! Thank you Virginia for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Location and view of bay are wonderful. However, the property is in no respect handicap accessible. Even the elevator requires steps to access it. While the unit was clean, the living room furniture could use a good cleaning. And the cleaning fee should also include clean windows. The windows were so smogged up that you could not see out of them. We washed the livingroom windows so we could see out. The master bed could also be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay! We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats and jet skiers. Even with cruisin’ weekend going on, it was a quiet stay. The owner was very responsive to questions and everything was in order. Will probably be back!
