We couldn’t have felt more at home on our vacation. The condo was perfect for our family. It is in the perfect location to access all of Ocean City’s attractions, from the beach to the bay to the boardwalk. It was very clean, secure, and our host couldn’t have been more pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be returning.

We had a girls weekend getaway and the rental was perfect! Right near the ocean and bay, close to everything in town, and exactly as posted! Communication was fantastic and the pricing was amazing! We can’t wait to travel and rent here again! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

We had a wonderful time! We don’t usually stay bayside but it was beautiful! Clean. Quiet. Close walk to the beach. The pool was one of the cleanest ones I have seen! It was literally perfect!

From the beginning to end the property owner Margaret was very instrumental in walking me through whatever questionsto I had during my stay. I even texted at times and she shortly responded. Upon leaving I was allowed additional time to exit. I am very happy with the amenities that were available and will be requesting this place again.

Very enthusiastic going into vacation! I was quickly disappointed by how dirty the condo was. We requested early access which was granted so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the time allotted for the cleaners to deep clean the condo but, it needs to be deep cleaned BAD. The couch had trash and soda rings down in the cushions and the rug looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

The overall stay was very nice. The condo is in a great location with being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and activities within 5 to 10 minutes. The pool is a nice amenity as well. I only have 4 stars because the listing didn't mention needing to bring our own linens which I found out 2 days prior to my stay. While I had all necessary linens, it maybe harder for others.

Everything was perfect. The location was great-an easy walk to the beach with restaurants and mini golf close by. We also used the gym, billiards room, outdoor seating area, and the indoor pool. There was also a convenient bus stop nearby, which we used to go to the boardwalk a couple of times and to get to a restaurant we wanted to try. Thanks for a great visit!!

We have been staying at the Makai for many years and this condo is by far the nicest. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Already booked for next May.

We came down for a cheer event at the convention center. This was the perfect location, literally 30 seconds to the venue. Unit was perfect for our family. Property owner was easy to reach and great with communication.

We had a great weekend in Ocean City. We enjoyed the cool fall beach and the Sunfest concerts. At night we hung out at the condo and enjoyed the pool and the billards room. The unit was perfect for our party of 4 and all furnishings were in tip top condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was a great location to beach & restaurants. Indoor pool and billiards room was a great alternative for rainy days. The only down side was I had to turn on the tv to fall asleep because I could hear the traffic from the front bedroom. That being said…I would rent this property again . Owner is very accommodating and great communication.

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. The toilet in the master needs a properly fitting seat. It does not stay up on its own, other than that this place was better than a hotel

The room was super spacious and well stocked. The fireplace in the master was a nice touch. The indoor pool and billiards room were fun too. Only thing I would change is the shower heads are too powerful, we had to use a cup to collect water then dump the water over our head and face. If you could install adjustable strength shower heads that would be great.

Amazing trip. The instructions the host provided was very easy and made the check in seamless. Everything was in walking distance! From going to the beach or shooting a couple of rounds of mini golf! Definitely, my favorite beach trip! My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. However it did have some minor flaws. The 2nd bathroom’s shower curtain rod was difficult to open. I believe the rod should be changed. Also in the second bathroom, the shower drain was clog and the water would raise as I showered. Lastly, the master bathroom’s toilet reservoir would continuously run. Besides those minor things I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fun at ocean city being only 1 block away from the beach.

We stayed at Monica and Carl's property for a mini week Sunday through Thursday. Monica and Carl were very responsive leading up to our trip supplying everything we needed to make it an easy check in and relaxing stay. Monica even gave me some tips to help with our stay such as Restaurant recommendations and a Facebook page for other recommendations and savings. The property itself was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook. In my opinion it is a great location. We were close enough to the attractions but far enough away to avoid any congestion. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was open 10am-10pm which was wonderful so the kids were able to spend the day at the beach then go back and enjoy the pool too. The fitness center was clean and had elliptical machines, treadmills and weights. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this property again next time we visit Ocean City.
