About this apartment rental
Have morning coffee as the sun rises over Lemon Bay. Enjoy cheeseburgers on the beach broiled from our patio grill. Watch as the sun disappears into Gulf while sipping cocktails on the beach. Fall asleep to the sound of soothing surf below. Enjoy long beach walks: experience dolphins playing, sea shells galore and shark teeth. The beach restoration begins Jan 6 2019 and completed in Mar 2019. Anticipated to be 107 ft. in depth.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The space is abundant and allowed our family is 5 plenty of room to spread out. The beach is so quiet and you feel like you actually relax. Perfect is all I can say.

Our 1st time in the Manatee key area but not our last. The condo was very nice! Lots of room for everyone. Nicely furnished and everything we needed for the beach in the storage area. The beach was very nice. Several very nice restaurants on the island. Overall an outstanding week in Florida.

Listing pictures almost don’t do this property justice.
It is huge, well-appointed, and perfectly placed above a quiet, picturesque stretch of beach. There are water views from nearly every room, 3 covered decks with seating and views, and 2 kitchens which was perfect for us with a house split between early risers and a sleep-till-11am teenager.
This unit covers the entire 3rd floor and is a combination of two formerly separate units, which makes for a unique and expansive layout.
The master bedroom is an incredibly comfortable place to spend time. You can look out the massive sliders and big bay windows and think you’re on a cruise ship on the ocean; all you see is water everywhere.
It is very nice to have 2 covered parking spaces and a big, reliable elevator (some buildings we’ve stayed on this beach previously had limited, narrow parking and elevators that feel like they’re one ride away from failure).
There is a downstairs storage room with most everything you’d need for a day on the beach, e.g umbrellas, nice chairs, sand toys, fishing gear.
Our family of 7 had a wonderful time and will look to return at the earliest opportunity.

This place was absolutely perfect! We had 4 couples ,We all had our own bathroom. Big enough to have our own space, 4 balconies overlooking the gulf ... Highly recommend unless you have more than 2 cars...we had a few minor issues that we resolved ourselves, but otherwise a very nice place!!!

Our family booked this condo for a week at the end of March. The property manager reached out a few days prior to our stay with check-in information and also the morning of our stay. Parking was very tight in the garage, the rusted steel steps next to our parking spot was quite a challenge. Either the driver or passenger could exit our van when parked, but not both as the support column on the drivers side and the steps on the passenger side obstructed our doors from opening. That is our only complaint about the property during our stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The condo was spacious and laid out well. The evening views from the balconies were beautiful. We would absolutely stay again, this time saving vehicle space and leave our beach chairs home as there were more than enough beach supplies in the locker.

Well appointed, large condo; luxurious, yet comfortable. The location is terrific-walkable to restaurants if you’re a walker. This section of the beach is perfect-not crowded and away from the public beech. Parking is a wee bit tight if you have a large vehicle. We’d definitely go back!

The apartment is beautiful and much larger than the pictures portray. Each bedroom and bathroom are tastefully decorated and well appointed.
The kitchen was large and easy for many people to congregate. Has everything you need to cook up a meal. The coffee pot did a full pot and pods. Has ice and filtered water in the fridge which is a plus in Florida.
The back bedroom/bath has its own small kitchen and sitting area and is adjacent to another bedroom/bath, plus another half bath. There is also another front load washer and dryer for that part of the house. Great for separate families or friends.
There are four balconies but the best is off the master bedroom. Spent quite a bit of time out there reading and enjoying the scenery.
The location is close to restaurants and the infamous Stump Pass where shark tooth hunting is the thing to do. Definitely try Texas Best BBQ! One of the best we’ve had!
Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we enjoyed meeting all the neighbors and their cute pups!

Property very nice and well maintained. Had everything we needed except not much light for reading and six readers in this trip! Hope owners do not allow children as it would be death with all of the decorations and Oriental Rugs

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Condo had all the amenities needed for a large group to stay a week in paradise. Views were amazing although the waves and seaweed were rough the first 4 days. The parking was fine and the beach supply closet in the parking garage made it very easy to store supplies without having to tote everything back to the condo. We called housekeeping on Friday afternoon to let them know we would be leaving at 7:30am the next day. We asked if there was anything other than "normal" check out procedures but never heard back from them. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

This is a fantastic property right on the beach. It is clean with a well stocked kitchen, and very nicely decorated. It has everything you could need from beach towels to toys for the kids to play with.
I would highly recommend this location. Perfect for a family vacation.

Close to everything and right on the Gulf is this beautiful and well appointed huge ocean front property. Property was clean but could use a thorough dusting. AC and appliances worked well. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Ample space for 7 of us to spread out and still have plenty of room. The beach is right outside and spectacular. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided though could use some replacements. Only real thing to keep in mind is parking. You have 2 dedicated spots in a parking garage. Highly recommend small to medium size vehicles bc large vehicle will fit but with difficulty. Not a deal breaker but would have rented a smaller vehicle had I known. The condo had contractors doing repairs during the week and with their vehicles double parked, it was very difficult to navigate. Aside from these minor points, excellent place to stay

We stayed in December '22 and there were still a couple issues from Hurricane Ian, but nothing major. And of course the beach is great. Overall a fantastic condo, will stay here again for certain!

Luxury and the beach. The best

This property was the setting for siblings & their spouses to have time together remembering. The property let us sit around the dining room table to play games, laugh about those special memories and cry when we acknowledged that this may be the last time we are all together. This property felt like home and was hard to leave. We will rent again maybe with a grandchild or two.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for approximately 2 weeks due to Hurricane damage to our home nearby. Upon arrival we could not get in the unit as the entry door hardware was broken. The property manager resolved the situation by removing the door handle and putting a piece of tape over it. It was repaired 3 days later.
The unit is very spacious and has great views as advertised. It was clean upon arrival. I am not sure if it was from the recent Hurricane Ian but it has significant damage to 3 of the bedroom floors. The door to get onto the master bedroom deck (nicest deck in the unit) was not operational so we could not use that deck which was very unfortunate. The other sliders to outside decks did not work very well either but were operational. The biggest issue we had was when it rained water came into the unit thru the Master bedroom Slider and also another slider in the rear of the home so we spent that day trying to keep the floors dry to prevent further damage. Admittedly we had a significant storm one day. Also the ceiling in the living room leaked from the unit up above. Not significant but annoying to have drops of water hitting you while watching TV.
While we were there several of the units in the building were having work done to them from damage from Hurricane Ian. I wish the damage to this unit would have been disclosed to us prior to our booking. We would not have booked it had we known. The unit needs to be repaired from I assume damage incurred from Hurricane Ian. With that and a little TLC to the tired furnishings it could be very nice. You can tell it was built in 2004.
Overall not a terrible experience but not a good one either. We expected more for the price and were happy to leave a day early.

Condo was nice and clean. But we only got to stay there 3 days. We had to mandatory evacuate do to hurricane Ian. Wish we could have stayed the full 7 days .

This is our second year staying at this property and it’s our favorite place. Very spacious, but still feels comfortable and cozy. Being right on the beach is great, and they provide many beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc for guests to use. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation
Property and location were perfect for 2 families traveling together (party of 8). Tons of space for everyone, and the chairs/umbrellas/toys available saved us from purchasing and leaving behind. Great bonus!
Unit was clean, great views, and beach was amazing and like having your own private beach. Minimal crowds. Loved our stay and would come back again!

Amazing place!
We LOVED this condo and the location. It’s not really busy on the beach so we weren’t forced to get up early to get a spot. Just steps away from the beautiful sand and water. This condo gave us more than enough room for our 2 families to spend time together but have our own spaces and privacy. The kids enjoyed having the second living room/den area to hang out in while the adults were in the main spaces. We are already looking into dates for next year!!

Great family vacation
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is very clean and spacious. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs and towels for us to use. We watched the sunset every night from the balcony. We will be renting again in the future!

A Perfect Getaway
Beautiful spacious condo located on a nice quiet stretch of beach. We had a party of six with two teens and had plenty of room for everyone. Coffee on the veranda and sunset happy hours on the beach were simply amazing. A great place to dine in, carry out or enjoy dinner at one of the great local restaurants. We look forward to visiting Manasota Key in the future!

Peaceful and Beautiful Views
This rental was everything one could ask for. It is spacious and well equipped. I has gorgeous views of the ocean and is right on the beach. Numerous patios for one to sit on and look at the ocean. It was perfect for our family holiday. It is close to restaurants and the park. Grocery stores are not far as well. We enjoyed it so well we booked for Christmas 2022 and cannot wait!!!!

Perfect condo
This beautiful condo was very spacious. It was perfect for a family of 3 and an additional couple. The 2 separate sleeping, living, and kitchen spaces made it easy for us all to have our own space and privacy. The complex is in a nice part of Manasota Key and the grounds were well maintained. Being just steps from the ocean made for such a relaxing experience. I would definitely give this rental a 5/5!
