If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

We’ve stayed here in this unit & the house right by here 3 times since July 2023, and we are definitely rebooking for next year. The location is amazing, the host is great, and we love coming as a family. Unit is fully stocked, just need to bring your food and shampoo/toiletries. They have regular towels, beach towels, etc. Definitely coming back next year!

This was the most PERFECT spot for a family vacation! The condo was SO spacious and had everything you could possibly need inside. The host (Andrew) was amazing and even let us check in early to decorate the place for my mom’s surprise 60th. We can’t wait to come back again!

We really enjoyed our week at this property. It was spacious, clean and a short walk to the beach. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the balcony -- you could even spot dolphins in the water. The beach was quiet during our stay (Mon-Fri), but started to pick up closer to the weekend, as to be expected. Our first day there we watched a sea turtle come out of the water & lay her eggs. Amazing!!
Parking is very tight. My spouse has a Nissan Frontier and it took him several attempts to not only get out of the parking space, but also driving around the buiding to exit. In addition to the Frontier, we had a Buick Envision & Nissan Rouge which were a bit easier to navigate out of the parking spots. Anything larger you may want to park in the lot a few doors down.
Just an FYI, the condo is not "kid friendly". The grandkids are 2,3 & 6. I had to move breakable & sharp objects out of the reach. Also, the front door does not lock from the inside. We had to barricade the door and elevator buttons to keep the 2 year old from escaping. It was hot the week were there and the AC could not keep up for about 2-3 hours in the afternoon, but we just turned the fans on and it was fine. The elevator was great to haul our stuff up & down from the cars. It opens directly into the unit, but you need a special code to use it, so there is not much of a chance of someone else getting in by accident.
Overall this was a great place to stay & would highly recommend it to others.

The priority was beautiful, much bigger than the pictures posted. As mentioned it does get warm, it is florida and we weren't really in the property much. We were enjoying the beach in front of the property. We met the cleaning lady who was absolutely the sweetest. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of our friends or family.

Overall I am very pleased with this property. Made it very easy for an older couple to enjoy time at the beach with elevator and handicap boardwalk to beach. Very private and a huge space. Worth every penny. Just like description states. The space is easier to get in than to get out. Plenty of delivery is available. Do bring any toilet paper bc there was half a roll per bathroom. Its a beautiful space and would highly recommend for elderly or handicap staying. Loved our visit. We saw bioluminescent waves. Amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way. The cons are that the elevator opens right into the unit. With the slip of a finger, you can end up in someone else’s unit (or they in yours) if you accidentally hit the wrong button. This made me feel a little uneasy about the safety of the place but we didn’t have any issues while there. Also, parking is extremely tight. You will likely have to do several 3-point turns to get out of the spaces. Other than that though, everything was very nice and enjoyable and comfortable.

This was a very clean unit. As other reviews have noted the parking is extremely tight, however this should not be a surprise if you have read the check in email. The location is great and within walking distance to several restaurants. The TV is a little tricky but we were not there to watch TV. I would suggest investing in a keurig or something similar in addition to the Mr. Coffee pot.

Finally were able to get the adult children away for a family vacation and the 3BR accommodations worked our great. Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Gave us enough distance in the living space to do our own things and gather together for activities. Manager was able to get us in early to drop of food/supplies before heading to the beach. Loved Manasota Key. Secret paradise!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy and comfortable. The place was very clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The views of the ocean were good. The outside spigot to clean off your feet before going up to the condo had great water pressure. The elevator was very much appreciated. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen items to cook with if we had wanted to
use it.
Andrew was quick to respond and the check in process was great.
The beach was private and beautiful. It was truly the best beach experience I’ve ever had.
We were within walking distance to many good restaurants. The Lock and Key had hamburgers to die for.

I was looking for a comfortable place on the beach for a family of 5. We had lots of space with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The place was clean, roomy and right on the beach. It was exactly what we needed.

The only nice thing about the property was the 2 things they didn't provide, the beach and sunset. This property is very outdated and cheep. The microwave sounds like it going to blow up when you use it. The Livingroom fan has one speed, noisy and slow. The living room TV has no volume and when the property owner final got back to me about the TV, they said they would have a new TV installed...The day we checked out, Thanks. As stated in their description, they provide minimal nothing. A vacation is supposed to be relaxing not wondering what kitchen items I need. Ok, so bring some stuff with you. I brought k-cups for my morning coffee. Nope, they provide a $10 dollar general coffee pot. I had to make especial trip in the morning for ground coffee. No one uses ground coffee, especially on vacation. Horribly property. Spending a little of the expensive stay money to upgrade for a better vacation experience.

We arrived to our suite and everything was clean and we had plenty of amenities to keep us going for the week. Having the washer and dryer set up was phenomenal for a family with kids who love the beach lol . We had plenty of towels stocked in both bathrooms and really didn't need to bring extras. The view from all the balconies was fantastic. My whole family was impressed! ( Ages 7, 9, 15 and adults)

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this home. It was spacious, clean and a very short walk to the ocean. The elevator was so convenient for bringing in groceries, luggage and pets that are terrified of stairs. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded at all. I had only one issue my whole stay, the second bathroom window is completely transparent once the sun goes down, I’d recommend some type of shade or a foggy window tinting. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this little slice of paradise.

The layout of the rooms was great and the condo is spacious. Clean and comfortable. The private beach access was nice and the non-crowded beach was wonderful. Parking is tricky, as the space to pull in and out of it very tight. I can’t imagine being able to park in the assigned spaces in a larger SUV. Not really an issue for us, but thought it might be helpful to know upfront. Overall, the condo is nice and I’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to have private beach access. We had plenty of space to play in the sand and in the water. Just down the shore, at the public beach, it was packed. You’re a long ways from the public beach, so it was quiet and peaceful. I loved the turquoise painted boardwalk to the beach because it was easy to find my way back in the morning when I took a walk on the beach.
The property is really nice. We had our meals out on the balcony where you can see the water. The kitchen had what we needed. There was plenty of room for us, my mom, my 3 school aged kids and myself. The listing described the property well. We didn’t have to contact the host for anything but when I just checked to say thanks, his reply was very prompt. Overall, one of my favorite stays. Would highly recommend!

The condo is spacious and clean, and we found everything we needed. We used the inside table for our jigsaw puzzles and the table on the large deck for eating and enjoying the gulf view. One evening we cooked on the community grill which was great. It’s such a short easy walk to the beach.
Andrew is a no-fuss host, answering quickly any questions, but giving us a simple check in and out process.
The parking space is tight but my son was a pro getting the minivan in and out after the first day. It was a very nice vacation with lots of laughs, just too short!

This unit was actually an extension of our stay. This unit is amazing with a porch that has a Gulf view. The elevator opens right into the unit so it feels like a penthouse. Unit was clean. Andrew and his cleaning crew made transitioning from one unit to another very easy and got us into the new unit as quickly as they could. The unit had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs. The private access to the private beach area was incredible. Unit is within walking distance to food and music venues and the neighbors were all friendly and fun. We would definitely rent from Englewood again!

Condo itself is spacious and steps away from the beach - just lovely. On-site property manager was terrible. We were not able to enter unit until 9 pm because it was not clean upon our arrival at 6:30. Even after leaving to give more time for prep, floors and bathrooms were still dirty when they were “ready” for us. Smoke alarm also went off on our 2nd night with no one available to assist. Host was responsive but we were at the mercy of the unprepared onsite manager. Parking VERY tight - we had trouble in our midsized SUV. Had the unit been ready timely and clean, we likely would have enjoyed our experience.

Property was larger then expected, the Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Parking was an issue because we had a large van, but the manager Andrew quickly responded with an alternative space. A fun four days.
