Grote badkamer, zelfs een balkonnetje.

Limpeza e conforto.
Distante do centro, e sem muitas opções de transporte público.

The homely atmosphere of the property. A relief after so many "sterile/ unwelcoming" hotel locations. My hostess did everything to make my stay comfortable. A well-equipped kitchen is available should you want to have a meal in.
I found it difficult initially to find my way to the centre of Verona. My map reading skills leave something to be desired.

Marisa was so kind and welcoming. She was also super helpful when I was running on little sleep and forgot how to let myself out of the gated building!! Really beautiful and clean, comfortable space. It has everything you could need. Also it was lovely how there was a common area as well that had some coffee/tea. There was a grocery store nearby that I went to in order to buy some snacks which was great. And there are a few nice restaurants in the area, one of which is well-known. I loved the freedom of going in and out as I pleased.
The location wasn't the best for a solo female traveler, but I never felt unsafe around the neighborhood. Plus it's just a short bus drive away from the Porta Nuova station and the town itself.

Well kept, everything was in order. Grazie mille per tutto 😊

The room was relatively basic but had everything one would want. The bathroom was large and the balcony access was definitely a nice touch.
We didn't make use of it but there was also access to a kitchen, which isn't too common in a lot of rentals.
Minor complaint would be the curtains let in quite a bit of sunlight early in the morning. Dark out curtains might make sense! Only other issues that would be nice would be a smart TV with access to an app like Netflix.
The neighbourhood was charming and perfectly fine if you're ok staying outside of the city centre. Busses are free with the Verona card and come every 15 minutes or so. Multiple Busses go to the city centre, so I think you can definitely justify staying out of the city centre.

It was brilliant value for money when elsewhere a tiny room share bathroom was double the price. Loved everything, the owner was very helpful and accomodating. I will be back! Thanks very much :)
Everything was great. I only wish I could have stayed longer but Easter was far too expensive in Verona. Such a lovely city though. Cannot wait to come back! :)

The room itself was comfy and the facilities provided were nice. Almost everything you would need was prepared for you. The balcony was also nice, for having a cup of coffee or a meal.
The neighborhood was generally calm and one could reach the city center or the train station by bus in 10~12 minutes or so.
A well equipped kitchen is also shared between the rooms, so that you can use the stove, or the microwave to prepare a quick meal or have boiled water for tea or coffee. That's in my opinion a huge plus, so that you won't depend on fast food and Co. for every meal.
The WiFi connection was also okay.
Regarding the room, everything was fine. But on the 1st of January there was no bus in Verona, so it was difficult to reach the city center on foot (about 30 minutes). I tried using the E-scooters and it was a bit better (about 15 minutes).

V nice - everything was ok, except the location - a little far from the centre - there are busses but they finish at 20.30 from the centre and the other side as well.

Good location with lots of convenience places to shop for food and last minute errands
Everything was great for us

We found the rooms to be very clean and of a good size. The bed and pillows were quite comfy and there is a large PAX closet as well as a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, the shower was large and the water pressure and temperatures were on point.
The shared kitchen was complete and had everything we needed to start our day. There is more than enough cookware to cook all your meals too should you want to do that.
Our host (Marisa) was very kind, professional, attentive and on time (she was there before we were!) which is nice as I've been to a few places in the past where the host doesn't even bother showing up and just leaves you with some self-check in details.
There are actually 3 rooms on this property that share a kitchen and soundproofing wasn't great so when other guests got up at 6am to leave, we heard everything as our room was right next to the kitchen. Could be an issue for problem sleepers but otherwise this property was quiet.
Also to note is that room we were in shared a balcony with the communal kitchen which may present privacy issues for some people though we didn't mind so much. There are secure blinds you can close which nicely blocks out all the light and the windows are those top quality European ones that close tightly.
The AC unit was adequate but we needed to let it run for a good while before the room cooled down. Keep this in mind on especially warmer days.
The property is located outside the city center in a mixed neighborhood that felt quite safe but I highly recommend you rent a vehicle as the city center is a bit of a trek away. Good (but very limited) choice of local restaurants in the are as well.

Clean and tastefully renovated.

Marisa was lovely she messaged us before our stay to give us check in information and to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean and we were able to use facilities in the shared kitchen if needed. We enjoyed our stay in Verona very much.

Easy to get to old town by bus or bike rental.
Everything was good

Not too far from the train station and city centre. About a half hour walk with a big suitcase. Single room had everything you would need. Wardrobe, fridge, TV, comfy chair, desk, balcony and a lovely bathroom with towels provided. Local area seemed very pleasent with good amenities and the host was very helpful.
For such a short stay in such a beautiful city i spent too much time enjoying the lovely room. I have nothing bad to say.

Marissa very helpful and responsive. Location very good. Quiet neighbourhood with supermarket in area
limited access to things I needed, like shampoo

Close to the Fiera. Shared kitchen.

The fact that the room was nice and tidy, room had everything that was needed + balcony with a table and a chair.
Maybe bad sound isolation 🤔

Marisa was really welcoming, with great English which helped. The apartment was amazing and as a solo traveller I felt really safe. I would definitely recommend this property and/or go stay there again myself.

A bit far from city center but close to public transports so it's fine

Big, spacious room with its own fridge and balcony. New and nice bathroom, well-equippted kitchen are definetly an advantage.

Kitchen was handy and the room was clean
Arno, what to say? Having had 6 missed calls the day before arrival whilst we were enjoying another city all for an arrival time, I had given an estimate and then had to change that time on the day of travel due to train issues but never once told there would be fees if after this time or that it needed to be an exact time. We got a text just before 7 advising that we would be charged 40 euros as a late fee, I asked what was late as no exact times were given and I was never informed of this. We were told it was on the hotel information and we wouldn’t get in the room without paying the owners friend (texts finished with smiley faces😡) we got to the room advised that it is no where to be seen and after a call with the owner the fee was then changed to 10 euros I said I would pay but required a receipt as I was going to put a complaint in, in the end the 10 euros was given back to us! This ruined our first evening and gave us a bad view of Verona (this thankfully changed). Location was a bit far out especially on a Sunday where we struggled to get a bus ticket, electricity went out and the shower never heated up, all in all I would 100% recommend Verona but wouldn’t suggest people stay here. (Booking.com selected this rating I would have put it lower)
